• Loren (8/5): Awesome place for a family for 3 or 4 if you value location! - The location was perfect! It was very close to the Acropolis, the museum, Agora, Mars Hill, terrific restaurants, grocery stores,…. Hot water was an issue. We traveled with a family of 4. There’s enough hot water to last for a 1.5 showers and then we’d have to wait 30 minutes in between before another shower could take place. The bedrooms overlook the road. Athens traffic is non stop. So, if you’re a light sleeper, the constant traffic at all hours will create difficulty in your sleep.

• Flavia (9/5): - Everything was absolutely great. Spacious and clean, we had everything from coffee, water, sugar, oil, etc. The only thing that bothered us is that we searched specifically for a place with a balcony and the building was being reconditioned so the balcony was impossible to use (dust, paint, wall paint etc). Moreover you couldnt air the bedrooms because of this or lift the blinds. You’d either have workers staring into the bedroom or dust:) this is something temporary and I dont want it to affect the general review but I would have appreciated the owners letting us know beforehand and not hiding it.

• Lucy (6/5): Very responsive hosts in a nice location close to plaka. - The location and the staff that greeted us were fantastic. You can not see the acropolis from the property and there is no private parking on site. That was misleading. The public parking is a 5 min walk to the metro station. The property was very dirty. My feet were black, there was hair all over the bathroom floor and a lipstick “kiss” mark on my sheets The internet was also not working in the first 12h of arrival but the nice staff kept their word and replaced the modem in the morning.

• Marlene (8/5): - the apartment had a great location, it was clean, spacious, well-organized, and very comfortable. Plus, the host who welcomed us was extremely friendly and really tried to help us as much as possible We’d like to mention that the apartment was located right on the highway, and the bedrooms faced the highway as well. It wasn’t well insulated, and the windows were not double-glazed. Because of the location, it really needed better soundproofing. The noise from outside was quite significant, and we had difficulty sleeping well.
• Rosa Clara (4/5): Appartamento pulito e confortevole ma non offre alcun parcheggio privato nonostante scrivano che sia incluso tra i servi - La struttura era accogliente e pulita ma abbiamo riscontrato dei problemi e delle inesattezze rispetto alla presentazione dell’alloggio. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno comunicato che non offrono nessun parking privato nonostante tra le caratteristiche presentate dall’alloggio risulta incluso il parcheggio privato. NON HANNO PARCHEGGIO PRIVATO. Inoltre al nostro rientro in serata notiamo come la chiave non funzioni e restiamo fuori in attesa che chi di dovere venisse ad aprirci il portone per potere accedere, per fortuna ci siamo accorti del problema nel pomeriggio e abbiamo potuto attendere assistenza, se fosse capitato al rientro dalla cena in tarda sera non so come avremmo potuto fare, probabilmente avremmo passato la notte fuori.

The host was responsive and communicated well, which made check-in and our stay easy. That said, a few things future guests should know: the beds were not very comfortable, one of the showers had a broken door, and while the building has an elevator, you have to walk up stairs to reach it—so bringing luggage can be a bit of a challenge.

• Robert (9/5): Great apartment and hosts, great location, would recommend just be aware of the washing situation. - They offered us bag storage and moved our bags up to the room when it was ready .. allowing us to walk the town. The room was advertised with a washing machine and a dryer. There was no dryer which was a problem. We were lucky that it was a vary hot day and everything could dry on a clothes line on the front balcony.
• Beverly (10/5): - Upscale, and right in the middle of everything you would want to see. My daughter and I walked everywhere during our three days in Athens, seeing all of the sites. We could not have been happier with the space, the design elements, and the convenience of the apartment. Check-in was excellent. We made a call and a representative was there to let us in, give us keys and show us around within minutes. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
• P.shirley (9/5): Great stay for family - The unit was spacious with all the amenities and sufficient supplies such as laundry detergent and extra toilet papers. 2 toilets for 2 bedrooms with equipped toileries and hangers. There is a lift to go up to the upper floor unit. The location is strategic. There are bakery, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is a walking distance to the Parthenon and other attractions. The bed was kinda soft and sleeping on it for 2 nights making us backache. The balcony door is loose and we can hear loud vehicles sound. One of the bathroom water heater is not functioning well, water was rather cold.

It’s a good location in that it is close to the Acropolis Museum and other central sites, but please note that it is on a major street that has a lot of traffic noise, so you may need to sleep with ear plugs.

• Geula (9/5): Stunning, well-kept and clean apartment. - The apartment was well-kept and beautiful, comfortable and in a good location. Nothing was missing, exactly as described and pictured. The hosts were always available and provided us with everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment. One thing really bothered us. The noise from the main road. The cars and especially the motorbikes made a horrible noise. I think this could have been prevented if there had been insulation in the doors and windows.. at your discretion..

We spent 2 nights in Athens and major tourist attractions were all 10-15 min walking distance or 5 min taxi drive which was very cheap. Communication with the agency was top notch! Being in the center of the city you can hear noise from the cars driving by but it did not bother us.

The neighborhood was very central close to all the sites and transport. The only negative we had during our stay was that the mattresses on both the beds were far too soft.
• Maria (7/5): All these issues in the apartment could be easily fixed and it would be a 100% excellent apartment. - It was super cleaned and the staff was wonderful and very kind Several issues: 1) no hot water in one of the bathrooms. We reported it on the first day, but nothing was done about it 2) we were told we would have free cleaning in the middle of the length of the stay. The day it was scheduled, nobody came to clean 3) the noise from the street is awful and the two bedrooms are located on that street. If you don’t mind the noise when you sleep, it is fine, but I had to sleep in the sofa bed during my stay because of the noise 4) be careful with the doorknobs of all the doors: they can be dangerous, especially in the bathrooms where there’ a not too much room and you can accidentally hurt yourself with them 5) the building door does not look. It looks like it’s locked, but anyone can open by slightly pushing it. So, no safety in the building

Clean and comfortable, large bedrooms and bathrooms The apartment is a busy street. Very noisy as the windows and doors are not sound proof making it very difficult to sleep. Also, the living room does not have any natural light. The windows that it has are to skylights so it is kind of dark. Siting in the living room you don’t know what time of day it is.

Given the nice interior, I'm slightly surprised they haven't spent more effort on making the apartment soundproof. I also found a few hairs on my bed. Bit nasty.
