• Angela (9/5): Ancora una volta a Prati!! - Abbiamo ricevuto un' ottima accoglienza da parte di Marco (sempre reattivo anche nei messaggi), abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio prima dell' orario di checkin e dopo l'orario di checkout. La camera è silenziosa e confortevole, la posizione è perfetta per raggiungere anche a piedi innumerevoli luoghi di interesse. Ottimi ristoranti, e locali nel raggio di pochi metri. Ottimo il caffè storico dove si fa colazione con i voucher. I bidoni dell' immondizia davanti al portone, ma non è sicuramente colpa dell' ottimo Marco!

• Marek (7/5): - Comfy bed, close to metro and all touristic places. The host offer us late check out, which was nice to us. Very dark room, strange heating which works I don't know how. Breakfast is very simple (coffee and croissant), save the money, it's cheaper and better in brasserie. Out room has moldy wall. The bathroom smelled of sewage. If you not check in between 15-18 the host charge you EUR 70 or tell you that nobody come. So we had to overnight in different hotel, 55eur with breakfast. It was our mistake, but I never saw only 3 hours for checkin, despite we paid in advance.

Check in was not well communicated, and the property is impossible to find from the street without pre-arranged plans. Walls are definitely thin enough to have a chat with your neighbor.

The place was cleaned constantly with fresh linens and towels. We stayed on the ground floor which made access fast and effortless. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for a full week and would gladly go back!
• Raffaella (10/5): - Abbiamo trascorso due piacevoli giorni nella struttura, comoda la cucina a disposizione soprattutto se si ha bambini, noi l'abbiamo usata per qualche caffè e tisana, offerte gentilmente dal proprietario. Punto centrale, vicino alla metro, il tutto può essere raggiunto facilmente anche a piedi volendo. Noi con il biglietto giornaliero ci siamo mossi in tutta la città tra metro e bus, ben organizzati. Se proprio devo trovare una piccola pecca, la colazione, servita in un bar vicino. Un piccolo appunto perché ci hanno fatto storie per un cappuccino di soia invece di uno normale, e una crostatina invece del cornetto. Una sciocchezza naturalmente, abbiamo pagato la differenza per la crostatina, nulla di che, ma è spiacevole, per il bar, perdersi in queste piccole cose, e fare le differenze tra soia, latte normale, o crostatina o altro invece del cornetto. Però ripeto questo magari più un suggerimento che una critica. Alla fine il bar è anche un locale piacevole e i prodotti buoni.

• Bianka (8/5): - Das Zimmer war ok. Das Bad etwas sehr klein, wenn man auf dem WC sitzt hauen die Knie an die Duschkabine. Nichts für starken Körperbau. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar. Nachdem er uns die Heizung erklärte, war es auch angenehm in der Küche zu sitzen. Das Frühstück ist ein Witz. 1 Kaffee und ein süßes Teil (Croissant..). Es war dort voll, ungemütlich zum frühstücken und als die Gäste noch mit größeren Hunden in den Bäcker kamen, reichte es mir. Wir frühstückten in der Küche der Wohnung, war alles vorhanden, und das Croissant holten wir uns zum Kaffee, auch in der Wohnung. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind viel zu Fuss zu erreichen. Shuttle Bus zum Airport 10 min entfernt. Für mich persönlich würde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr in Frage kommen. 4 Zimmer mit gemeinsame Küche, ist bei dem Preis pro Nacht, einfach nicht akzeptabel.
• Zhang (10/5): Very cozy. - The location is good - close to the bus and airport shuttle stations. The room is clean, quiet, and cozy. The landlord is friendly, very instructive, and helpful during our stay. The place is also pretty close to Vaticano.
• Kerstin (8/5): - Hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, für uns perfekte Umgebung (dafür müsste es 7 Sterne geben), da die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar und ansonsten U Bahn/ Bus 5Min entfernt sind, Nachbarschaft eher bürgerlich. Nachts ruhig, da im Erdgeschoss ab ca. 06:30 normaler Verkehrslärm. Kleine Unterkunft, 4 Zimmer plus Aufenthaltsraum. Unser Zimmer (Nr.B) war schon recht eng. Bei gutem Wetter kein Problem.

Marco was great, welcomed us with a big smile and was available if we needed him. Wasn't overly sure about the communal kitchen, but actually there was no issues with this. Enough space in fridge for people keep milk, juice, wine :-) etc. and everyone kept themselves to themselves. We're also able to store our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy our last day out and about before our flight. Perfect! Will definitely use Femasuites again if we ever get the chance to return to Rome!

I'm really glad the A/C worked well as we endured a bad heat wave. The breakfast was at a cafe around the corner, a complimentary capucchino and a crossaint, which was authentic and tasty. The room is a tad small/tight once you spread out your luggage.
• Piero (8/5): Comfortable stay in a nice area - Very comfortable bed, spacious room works well for an extended stay (5 days). The metro station A is nearby, so is the SINBus stop to and from FCO. Plenty of restaurants around, all budgets. The bathroom is so small it’s hard to get into and out of, the room is a bit dark, the café vouchers leave you with an extremely limited choice of basically croissant and coffee in a stuck-up café, no flexibility.

It was clean and the host Marco is nice and welcoming. Our air conditioner wasn’t properly working. It would turn off by itself, we couldn’t get it to turn it on when needed so the room would get hot and stuffy. We were there in may, so the room temperature was okay with the window open but then the mosquitoes got in and we got bit overnight. We told Marco about the AC but he said he couldn’t do anything about jt. The bathroom is quite small.

• Alexei (10/5): A great place to stay! - Do not be surprised seeing such a high rating here on booking.com - it deserves to be even higher! Marco's place is just great, once found - simply go for it! Great location - close proximity to Vatican, Castello di Sant'Angelo (10 min walking distance each) and metro line A (5 min to Lepanto station). Lots of restaurants in the area. The guest house of a high standard with all you need. We stayed in the smallest room of 4 though it was quite spacious for a couple. Street noise can be easily cut off by a sound proof window, though we were not much disturbed even having the window open. Quiet at nights. A breakfast in the typical Italian coffee shop (founded 1919) around the corner is a wonderful idea! Just be aware - it is an Italian breakfast of a coffee of your choice and cornetto (croissant - plain, pistachio or chocolate), but surprisingly it did work fine for us who normally prefer something more for breakfast)) Marco is an ideal type of host - warm and polite, attentive, helpful and easy to communicate. We were surrounded by his hospitality and sincere desire to make our stay comfortable. It was a great value for money! Highly recommended! PS. Booking.com offered free transfer from the airport - and it worked really smooth!

• Stephanie Elizabeth (10/5): - Excellent facility in a fabulous location. Marco our host was brilliant. He communicated with us effectively and gave recommendations when asked. Breakfast was in a traditional Italian cafe and was quite the experience! We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to go back
• CHRISTOPHE (10/5): - 1 semaine a Rome dans cet établissement très agréable avec un hote Marco Très sympathique, toujours disponible dès que nous en avons besoins. Logement identique à l annonce. Tout était parfait. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine.
• Markus (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Marco mit Espresso, sehr hilfsbereit. Über WhatsApp erreichbar,. Zimmer zweckmäßig, ruhig und gemütlich. Bad sauber mit Fön. Eine Küche mit Tischen vorhanden zum selbst versorgen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Bus und Metro in der Nähe. Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt 20 Minuten.
• Taras (10/5): Loved it - The apartment was clean and comfy, and in a great neighborhood. The host - Marco - was the best, so supportive and always there to help or answer questions. Overall we loved our family stay and would be coming back. We were traveling with our 2.5yo baby boy also named Marco so these 2 made a really strong bond :) The shared kitchen had all the things we needed to cook for our kid.
• Danielle (8/5): - Good location within walking distance of Vatican and Metro. Nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast vouchers provided for a really nice cafe round the corner. It was comfortable and clean accommodation. I would stay here again.

• olga (10/5): - The whole experience was amazing. The hotel is located in one of the best part of town in terms of easy access to most of city main attractions. Restaurants in this area are amazing! Marco is absolutely unbelievable in the most beautiful way. Very caring about his guests, always on top of everyone needs and more. I highly recommend

• William (6/5): - lovely host and an ok location. 15 mis walk to Vatican. this accomodation is very very dated. room smelt old and wet. furnishings and bed and comfort was poor and outdated throughout. kitchen was communal and clean and tidy but the whole place very much has a cheap hostel feel about it. breakfast is at a cafe round the corner which you are given vouchers for. it constitutes a coffee and choice of flavoured croissant each day. couldn't fault the host and the communication tho.
