• Anel (10/5): Cozy, comfortable and clean place to live in the center of Barcelona. - We are happy we found such cozy and comfortable place to live in the center of Barcelona. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and made our stay perfect. They offered us all we need for our comfort and gave us recommendations about transport and food. There was a private bathroom in our room which is very convenient and it was cleaned every day. The Pension is very close to metro station and it was easy to reach all sightseeings in Barcelona. You also can walk by feet to La rambla, Gothic quarter, El Born. The neighbourhood is busy but safe to walk both in the morning and evening. The price is very affordable for such great quality in the center of Barcelona Thank you for such a great stay!

• Karelis (8/5): Volveria, calidad-precio cumple. - Limpieza, comodidad, hay una nevera en la recepción para mantener cositas fresquitas. Muy tranquilo una vez estabas dentro. El personal bastante amigable. Es un barrio distinto. Es otra cultura! No es que no nos gustara, daba una sensación rara en ocasiones. Tampoco nada como para no volver. Pero mejor estar dentro antes de medianoche, y echamos en falta un tv en la habitación.

• Delia (7/5): Good stay for one night, especially price wise, but the area is dirty and felt unsafe. - The staff was very nice and helpful, my flight was delayed and arrived at midnight and I was expected with smiles and a good vibe. The room was ok, for the price I paid. Has shops and few cafes nearby. The location felt unsafe, especially arriving so late, the area is quite dirty (not Pension Bertolin's fault). The room was clean but the floor could use some maintenance. It can get a bit noisy.

• Bharghavi (8/5): Clean stay at a convenient location with friendly hosts - Clean stay in a very convenient location. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating - they also let me store my luggage and use the facilities after I checked out. The room was spotless, and having a balcony was a great plus. Overall, it exceeded my expectations! The shower had a small leak and the sink was slow to drain, but these were very minor issues. It would also be nice to have tea and coffee provided but a kettle and a cup were helpfully provided.

• manuel (9/5): Zeer goede kamer voor barcelona bezoek - Ruime propere kamer, vriendelijke uitbaters, goede wifi en beste bed dat ik in spanje al gehad heb, achter de hoek is parking el nou raval goed om auto te stallen Voor de prijs absoluut beste kwaliteit in barca. Buurt lijkt meer op marrakech of islamabad maar niemand viel ons ergens lastig, kan wel vreemd overkomen indien je geen groepen moslimmannen op straat gewend bent. Je bent maar 400 m van ramblas en mercato boqueria verwijderd, dus geen slechte afstand om alles te voet te doen.

Le lit est super confortable! L’emplacement est parfait aussi! Proche des artères principales mais plus feeling « local ». C’est super bien situé! Rien!

I would say location wise wasn’t good. During daytime is nice but evening/night-time the place gets crowded with people and a lot of noise from the neighbourhood. Some people from the shops down the road had warned us to be careful with our bags and phones at night

Il check-in era alle 14 ma alle 10 quando siamo arrivati per lasciare le valigie la stanza era già pronta! L’unica pecca è che purtroppo delle volte non si poteva aprire la finestra siccome saliva odore di cibo speziato molto forte. Però comprendo che essendo un quartiere “etnico” bisogna anche adeguarsi.
• Ðukić (9/5): Great value for money - The hosts are really great, and you’re close to everything. The room was very clean, and considering the building is older, the bathroom has been renovated. We stayed for two nights and had our towels replaced. There were no issues with leaving our luggage with them before check-in and after check-out. The 300 meters around the building are probably the most questionable part of the street. We did get a few strange looks, as we were often among the only visibly non-local people around and clearly dressed as tourists. The host mentioned that it’s not recommended to walk after midnight, which we also avoided. I believe it would be fine if you arrive by taxi directly to the entrance of the building. We didn’t have any real issues, but I do think it’s worth being a bit cautious.

• LjupceD (9/5): Great for a quick stop in Barcelona - As everyone says, the host was very nice and kind. She helped us with everything and we felt welcomed. The place was clean and had a nice balcony. It was close to many central things. I respect that we had bottles of water on arrival. A small TV would have been good. The neighborhood can feel a bit sketchy, but we had no issues. It was a bit noisy (we always travel with ear plugs).

La chambre est assez petite mais ça nous allait car nous étions de passage. Le rapport qualité-prix peut paraître moyen (pas de petit déj...etc) mais c'est Barcelone...!

L’emplacement est top pour un court séjour au cœur de Barcelone, le personnel était vraiment attentionné et disponible. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour profiter une dernière fois de la ville avant notre départ. En bref, un établissement vraiment au top !

• Greta (9/5): Great stay for a short period - The hosts were amazing, they helped us with the luggage. Everything was clean and nothing was missing. It’s a great stay for a short period. Bed was comfortable and we slept good. The location is very convenient for sightseeing activities. No complaints This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but just a heads up for female travellers - if you are walking around (mostly in night hours) you might get a bit uncomfortable (women reading this know what I mean). Still, nothing happened and it was fine :)

They are the sweetest kindest hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. The room was perfectly clean, I had the best nights sleep and everything I needed. I’m looking forward to returning. • Lili (9/5): Kényelmes, tiszta szoba de a környék nem a legjobb - Nagyon kedvesek voltak a szállásadók, előbb érkeztünk és át tudtuk venni a szobát és a távozás napján a csomagjainkat is ott tudtuk hagyni. Szép tisztaság volt és a törölközőt is cserélték. Árértékarányban nagyon meg voltunk elégedve ☺️ Elég rossz környéken van, sötétedés után nem szívesen mozogtunk arra az utcán.

• Heidi (10/5): - Hintaansa nähden erittäin hyvä. Tarvitsimme vain paikan nukkua ja suihkun. Paikka oli siisti ja mukava, sänky oli hyvä, huoneen lämpötilaa pystyi säätämään. Omistaja oli erittäin ystävällinen. Toiset asukkaat pitivät yöllä hetken aikaa meteliä, eivät edes yrittäneet tulla hiljaa huoneeseensa. Se ei ole kuitenkaan majoittajan vika.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—perfect for exploring the city and especially convenient for a short 2–3 day trip to Barcelona. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but it was comfortable and very well-maintained. Cleanliness was top-notch, which is always a big plus for me. • Francisca Natalia (9/5): Bueno por el precio - Mucha amabilidad por parte del staff. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Piezas decentes, muy limpias, nos cambiaron las toallas al segundo día. Se sentían un poco los ruidos de otros departamentos en el mismo edificio y de la calle. El sector no se sentía muy seguro, aunque no tuvimos ningún problema.
