• Henrique (10/5): An enjoyable stay! - A nice hotel room. Good bathroom. Everything was clean and quiet. The air conditioning was good. Rachel was very kind and she let us check in earlier. She also had helpful instructions about how to get around. Close to Centro Storico. Nice neighborhood. The only issue one will find here is likely the fact that it’s way uphill. But there’s a way around it: an elevator brings you to a place really close to the building. We didn’t know it when arriving there at first, so my recommendation would be to ask about the elevator beforehand. It’s free and open until late in the evening. It’s also where Google Maps tells you to go, it just doesn’t seem so because you have to enter what looks like a private space (but is not). Arriving at the building, there are also a few stairs to go up.
• Anthony (6/5): Napoli Holiday - Room was lovely and very big and kids had room to play It's not for familys the hill up to the apartment is deadly no one mentioned it when booking and the noise from the neighbours dogs barking half the night and your on your own be careful don't go on the reviews. There not true, again lovely room but the area it's not for tourists

• Carmen (8/5): Very good - It was walking distance to the main touristic attractions. The room was fairly clean, lovely guest and happy to help. Also, on the day when we left, he was kind enough to let us leave our languages for a later collection as the flight was in the evening. All good 👍
• Justina (6/5): Warm Hospitality but Numerous Issues with Accommodation - LudBen is in a great location, and the host was kind. The host was very accommodating. Luigi allowed us to have a late check out and was easy to reach by phone. Luigi’s friendliness and willingness to help were definite highlights of our stay. The location is very convenient with close access to the downtown Naples area and the train station, making it easy to get around. Luigi also comes to clean the room everyday, which is a plus. The accommodations themselves left much to be desired. It's worth noting that breakfast was not provided to us during our stay. The bathroom window was broken, and even after requesting hand soap multiple times, we were only given shampoo packets to use as a substitute. The shower drain was backed up, causing water to pool and not drain properly. Additionally, the water temperature and pressure fluctuated multiple times during each shower, making it difficult to have a comfortable experience. The fridge was not clean and had pooled water at the bottom. It also did not keep items cold, which was inconvenient. Despite the listing mentioning a quiet street, the noise from the street was quite disruptive, especially at night (because the bathroom window was broken).

• Susanne (6/5): Rent hotellrum - Rymligt rum, stort plus då det var städat och fint varje dag vi kom hem. Dock låg det i en lång uppförsbacke så ett hotell för den konditionsrika. Då det är kullerstenar så inget för familj med barnvagn. Grymt hjälpsam och trevlig personal.

• Simon (10/5): Great family stay by Lud Ben House - large, very clean room, equipped with a small refrigerator, ideal for a family. beds and cleaning done every day. only the shower faucet should be changed. The welcome was very good from Luigi and we were able to check in early. breakfast (a coffee and an Italian pastry) is taken in a patisserie 5 minutes away on foot. the accommodation is ideally located. You can visit the Spanish quarter and the centro storico or go to the port on foot. If we come back to Naples we will stay here again.
• Nino (9/5): Luigi best host so far and he made our stay in Naples even better. - The host Luigi was the best host I have in my life. He was really amazing. The location of B&B is perfect. Every main transport or attraction is 5-10 minutes away. The brekfast was also very good (coffie + croissant). Te appartment was nice and very clean. The sound insulation between the apartments is bad.

• Nicola (9/5): I would highly recommend LudBen House to anyone wanting to visit the bustling city of Naples! - We have had a wonderful stay at LudBen House. Our host Luigi was extremely helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We loved having the balcony to look out onto the street and it was a great area to access everything we wanted to do, from. The breakfast was a fabulous start to each day as we ate delicious croissants whilst soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the patisserie. Thank you! It would have been useful to have a heated towel rail to dry things on.

The shower didn’t close also the shower head didn’t work properly, only did. The toilet flush was also broken and when you sat on the seat moved.

• Ruxandra (9/5): Just lovely! - Antonio and Luigi were very friendly and helpful with the late check in, they also agreed to keep our luggage longer on the day we left, as we had a late flight. They were also very prompt to answer our questions and requests and give recommendations. Very nice newly furbished room in an old building on a typical Neapolitan street in a lively wonderful area, 10 min away from the metro station and the city center. The place is very pleasant and it was superbly decorated for Christmas, we even had a modern Christmas tree in our room. :) Typical delicious Italian breakfast served in a pastry shop aprox. 5 min away from the property. Lively place that offers an insight into a typical morning routine for Italians on the way to work. You can have a coffee and your choice of pastry. The bed was just awesome, we had a restful sleep. I wish there was a little table in the room and a chair for a quick snack.

The room was so spacious, the air-com worked really well and the location is very central. I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you want to stay in Naples!

• Katja (7/5): Difficult to get to, but still a very comfortable place to stay. - The place was very clean and Luigi was very helpful. We were given free water and drinks, and communication through the app was very easy. We broke a fragile bedside lamp, but they were very kind about it. The main struggle was getting up the hill to the property while wearing heavy backpacks. We also struggled to find the entrance, but once we contacted the property, help was sent. A picture of the entrance and staircase would be helpful. The breakfast place was a couple minutes away down the hill, which made it not so worth it to go down there.
