- Dirk (8/5): Gutes Zimmer mit einer guten Lage in München. - Easy Check In, Gute Ausstattung. Die Matratzen könnten bequemer sein. Jedoch war es für drei Nächte in Ordnung. Leider ging die Fußbodenheizung nicht aus, da scheinbar das Thermostat nicht funktionierte, somit war es ziemlich warm. Konnte leider nicht verändert werden.

Although we stayed from Wednesday to Monday there was no room cleaning or towel change. Not even bins were emptied. There was very minimal reception service and no facility to leave luggage securely on the day of departure.

- Stel Schmalz (8/5): - Location was great- trams and bus stops were right outside the door. Check in was easy. Price was good. There was a food market in the same block comforter was too small for 2 people. Room had a musty smell to it and we needed to open windows to air it out.

Location is very central and a short walk to public transport We didn’t manage to get the induction hot plate to work but also didn’t ask management to help. We were too busy enjoying ourselves.

- emiliosanchez (5/5): - The location is very convenient, with several public transport options nearby. The staff was friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The place did not feel suitable for the number of guests we booked for. The bathroom was quite dirty, the shower drain was blocked, and the kitchen equipment was rather limited. The apartment could benefit from better maintenance and more adequate facilities.
- juana (8/5): Confortable y correcta . - Habitación limpia ,,cama cómoda , supermercado al lado, recepcionista muy agradable . No hay suficiente gel y no hay champú , no hay tostadora , no tiene aire acondicionado, si hay un ventilador . Un poco alejado del centro , pero hay tranvía cerca y en 15 minutos estábamos en el mismo centro .
- Wenzel H (7/5): Wer verschwindet in der Rille zwischen den Matratzen? - - Modern und solide ausgestattet - stylish - etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum aber trotzdem ganz gute Lage - ruhig auch wenn das Zimmer zur Straße raus ging, nicht zu laut - keine Küchen basics wie Öl, Salz, Pfeffer - die Matratze ist keine durchgehende 140cm Matratze, sondern es sind zwei separate 70cm Matratzen. Wenn man als Paar darin schläft liegt eine Person direkt in der tiefen Rille zwischen den Matratzen. Absolut unkomfortabel, kein erholsamer Schlaf. - nicht perfekt sauber. Ist bei dem Preis echt nicht drin.

- Chris (9/5): Das Brera kann ich wirklich sehr empfehlen. - Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr sauber und funktionstüchtig. Sehr einfacher Check in und der Check out funktioniert auch sehr problemlos. Das Brera ist sehr gut mit öV erreichbar, sehr ruhige Lage. Die Matratzen haben sehr bald das Lebensende erreicht und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Sonst war wirklich alles in Ordnung. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

- Carsten (6/5): - Das Zimmer war sauber, aber nichts besonderes. Es gibt unten im Haus eine Tiefgarage, in der man einen Stellplatz reservieren kann für 18 € am Tag. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Rewe Markt und einen Bäcker. Das Bett steht direkt in der Zimmerecke, dadurch muss der an der Wand liegende aus dem Bett krabbeln, wenn er raus möchte. Außerdem war das Bett nicht gerade ausgerichtet, so dass wir beide immer zur Bettkante gerollt sind. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite. Bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen war schlecht möglich aufgrund des Straßenlärms. Außerdem war unser Zimmer direkt über der Müllssammelstelle des Rewemarkts. Jeden Morgen um 7:30 Uhr wird dort rangiert. Wahrscheinlich nur temporär, aber als wir dort waren, war der öffentliche Nahverkehr eingeschränkt. Es fuhren ausschließlich Busse. Bis zum deutschen Museum dauert es dadurch 55 Minuten bei gerade mal 4 km Entfernung.

- Jeanne (7/5): Vi havde booket 5 værelser til en arbejdsrejse. Fire værelser var fine og rene. Et var meget beskidt og slidt ved ankoms - Beliggenheden. At der var ro. Meget nemt med offentlig transport. Supermarked og morgenmad lige ved siden af. Meget venligt personale. Kaffe og vand ved ankomst Det er noget mere slidt end på billederne på booking. Lobbyen var meget beskidt da vi kom, men blev ren onsdag, da der kom et personale.

Pretī Shell benzīntanks, kā labs orientieris lai nenomaldītos. Nav tālu no centra. Virtuves zonā prasījās kādu paaugstinājumu, kur pakāpties pēc virtuves aprīkojuma. Man kā cilvēkam ar 160 cm vajadzēja izmantot krēslu. Nav korķu viļķa ar ko attaisīt vīna pudeli.

There was also noticeable dust, and the room did not feel clean or hygienic enough. Because of this, the stay was less comfortable than expected

- Katharina (8/5): Alles in allem super & preiswertes Apartment in einer Großstadt - Tolle Lage am Olympiapark, direkt neben Rewe und Busanbindung vor der Haustür. Es war super ruhig trotz Zimmer zur Straße, mit großem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und viel Platz im Cozy Apartment. Alles in allem super. Besonders der kontaktlose Checkin/Checkout und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Es könnte sauberer sein und das Bett hat ziemlich geknarzt.

- Terry Phipps (3/5): Nice host, terrible guest experience. - The location is great, and the gentleman who takes care of the place is extremely kind and friendly. The apartments are relatively new. I messaged ahead to ask about the garage, specifically noting that I have a large car. I was assured it would be no problem. I even read other reviews that referred to the garage. The garage access is extremely narrow and on a round ramp. There was no way to go through the gate without damaging the tires and wheels. The damage to my front wheel cost 5 times as much as the entire stay. If you have a larger car or an SUV, don't park here. I booked a room for two, but I had to get a pillow and blanket from the closet because the room was set up for one person. The bath towels are hand towel size, and there was no soap at all in my room. The bed was horrible. It was a small double bed, but made up of two very narrow mattresses. Every time I rolled over, I fell into the gap between the mattresses. It was also as hard as stone.

A 10m c'è un supermarket e una forneria, mentre ristoranti e fast food sono a pochi minuti a piedi. Le stanze erano moderne e della giusta superficie. TV, microonde e cassaforte sono stati utili. Prezzo congruo Per andare in centro, non c'è molta differenza tra prendere i mezzi e andare a piedi. Il letto scricchiolava. La stanza non era climattizata: già era calda in aprile, non oso immaginare in estate. In bagno abbiamo trovato 1 saponetta e 1 flaconcino di docciaschiuma: sul sito parlavano di consumabili per i "primi giorni". Per fortuna avevamo portato il docciaschiuma da casa.

- Martina (8/5): Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in München war es ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Aussicht, Balkon, bequemes Bett, unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out, sehr ruhiges Zimmer & Umgebung Unser Zimmer war staubig (Glühbirnen), teilweise Spinnenweben bei den Schattenfugen an der Decke bei der Küchenecke), die Küchenarmatur gehört befestigt - wackelt schon sehr, Schneidbrett in der Küche gehört ausgetauscht
- Natalia (1/5): Ainda me difamaram e foram preconceituoso comigo por eu não falar o idioma do país - Somente do edifício por ser novo O apartamento estava completamente sujo marcas de mãos por toda mobília, uma pá de lixo com resto de comida e cabelos no meio do apartamento e o microondas com pedecos enormes de comida e sem contar que o aquecedor somente no chão e passei frio a estadia completa os funcionários não sao nem um poucos profissionais e mau educados.

- Arzu (6/5): - Lage war in Schwabing gut für meine Geschäftsreise. In die Innenstadt ist es evtl für manche zu weit aber mit der Tram kommt man einfach hin Rezeption für Fragen ist relativ kurz besetzt am Tag. Fast unmöglich diese anzutreffen. Sauber war das Bad auch nicht wirklich…

- Simone (9/5): Tolles Apartmenthaus, verkehrsgünstig gelegen - Das Apartment ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine gute Größe. Es gibt eine Kochnische, ein sehr schönes Bad und ausreichend Schränke und Abstellmöglichkeiten. Eine Wasserflasche, zwei Kaffeekapseln und zwei Teebeutel sind inklusive und machen einen kleinen aber feinen Unterschied. Selbst nach vorne raus zur großen Straße haben wir mit offenem Fenster ruhig geschlafen. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann problemlos in die lebendige Maxvorstadt laufen - sonst fährt auch ein Bus. Super ist auch die große Tiefgarage mit Reservierungsoption.

- Jürgen (3/5): Check in war stressig - 1. Heizung funktionierte nicht. Das Zimmer war Tag und Nacht total überhitzt, obwohl der Regler auf der untersten Stelle stand. Zur Abhilfe mussten wir die Fenster etwas öffnen, auch nachts.Leider war Rezeption nie besetzt. 2. Wir kamen freitags um die Mittagszeit an.Rezeption war seltsamerweise nicht besetzt. Hatten große Schwierigkeiten einzuchecken. Natürlich hatten wir Mails am Anreisetag erhalten, wie das Einchecken funktioniert , aber diese Mails kamen für uns zu spät. 3. Aufgrund der dieser Erfahrungen werden wir künftig die Unterkunft meiden und uns ein Hotel auswählen bei dem die Rezeption besetzt ist und zwar mit Menschen und nicht mit Maschinen.

- Carl Puhl (9/5): Rustig appartement in een rustige omgeving - Heerlijk rustige omgeving. Prachtig en ruim appartement. Uitstekende faciliteiten in de directe omgeving. Goede bedden, ruime badkamer en voldoende kookgelegenheid en kookgerei voor onze verblijfsduur. Opvallend veel kastruimte. Een beetje ver uit het centrum. Het appartement kan wel een tweezits bank gebruiken.

- Simone (8/5): Dennoch klare Weiterempfehlung - Alles sehr gut außer s.u. Der defekte Safe wurde umgehend repariert. Das sehr schöne Appartement hat extrem und trotz Maßnahmen wie Dauerlüften und einer Luftreinigungsmaschine nachhaltig nach Rauch und süßlichem Reinigungsmittel gerochen. Ärgerlich und ungemütlich. Das Personal war aber sehr bemüht, wenn auch erfolglos.
