Carolina (1/5): Pessimo posto, evitate di sprecare i vostri soldi. - Per essere obiettiva, la hall non era male. La vista sulla città, non era un vista (allego foto di tutto). Le uova strapazzate della colazione erano fredde e puzzavano perché erano andate a male. La carta igienica era iniziata da precedenti ospiti. I bagni in generale erano molto sporchi come del resto le camere e l’hotel in generale, appena vai oltre la hall. C’era fortissimo odore di sigaretta e si sentivano i vicini sia sopra che accanto, che urlavano, facevano festa, estremamente rumorosi. Avevamo prenotato per 3 notti ma ce ne siamo andati dopo la prima notte, appena trovata un’altra sistemazione. Non volevamo un’altra camera perché l’hotel faceva tutto schifo e il ragazzo alla reception non ci ha neanche provato a proporne un’altra e nemmeno ci ha chiesto il perché. Lui sapeva già il perché, non eravamo le prime persone così deluse e schifate.

Jerome (3/5): Very disappointing and loud - Louvain is nice. Staff is very attentive. Gym is modern, well equipped and operational Room doors are metallic and not insulated. You therefore hear everything going on in the hall. As many guests leave early for a flight, you get no quiet in the room. Breakfast is disappointing, both the location (under ground not well lit) as food offering, despite the numerous staff. Bathroom is old, some things are not working (sink faucet in one room, shower holder in another...)

They made a mistake with our room but sorted it out straight away. Hamit, Fatima and ozgun were all very helpful and so was the house keeping staff. No car parking space at the property. The breakfast menu was repetitive.

Non c'è il parcheggio. Abbiamo dovuto pagare 300lire turche per una notte nel parcheggio davanti all'hotel. Piccola nota: nel letto non c'erano le lenzuola (probabilmente dimenticate!)

Serkan (9/5): - Ailecek bu otelde konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Yaklaşık 20 kişilik büyük bir grup olmamıza rağmen bizi çok güzel karşıladılar ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. İsteklerimizi dikkate alıp her şeyi bizim için kolaylaştırmaları bizi çok mutlu etti. Herhangi bir konuda tereddüt yaşadığımızda ya da memnun kalmadığımız bir şey olduğunda hemen çözüm odaklı yaklaştılar. Bu yorumu sadece kendi adıma değil, bizimle konaklayan tüm ailemiz adına yazıyorum. Herkes aynı şekilde çok memnun kaldı. Kahvaltı çok lezzetliydi, özellikle kahvaltıyı hazırlayan hanımlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Resepsiyonda çalışan ekip de harikaydı. Hamid başta olmak üzere, diğer beyefendi ve hanımefendi bize her konuda çok destek oldular. Ayrıca otelin masaj hizmetinden de çok memnun kaldık. Ailemizdeki tüm kadınlar masajlardan çok mutlu ayrıldı. Otelin konumu da oldukça iyi, her yere kolay ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Genel olarak çok keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Tüm aile olarak çok memnun kaldık ve kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer.

Ivan (7/5): Good bones, a few things to sort out - Right in the heart of Antalya, Lupo Libero puts you within walking distance of everything worth seeing - the old city, the marina, Hadrian's Gate. You couldn't ask for a better base. What really made the stay though was the team. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm - the kind of staff that make you feel like a guest rather than a booking reference. would come back without hesitation. The rooms themselves are fine — clean, air-conditioned, the basics are covered — but whoever designed them forgot chairs. Not an armchair, not a desk chair, nothing. After a full day of exploring the city on foot, sitting on the edge of the bed to eat or look at your phone gets old fast. It's a small thing, but also an easy fix. Breakfast is included, which is a nice touch — but the spread doesn't change. Day one it's fine. By day three you know every dish before you walk in the door. A bit more rotation would go a long way.

Хотелът се намира на удобно и комуникативно място, с лесен достъп до градски транспорт. В близост има хранителни магазини, както и различни заведения за хранене. Централните улици, историческата част и основните забележителности също са на пешеходно разстояние. Закуската беше много хубава, а стаите – компактни, удобни и добре поддържани. С удоволствие бих посетила хотела отново.

ariella (9/5): - The staff were incredibly helpful. When I told Fatma (the receptionist) I would leave early in the morning she prepared a sandwich for me as I would miss breakfast. She also helped me order food from outside. She was absolutely lovely and so friendly. The room itself was clean and the aircon worked well, the mattress is a bit thin but for the price its a very good mattress. The bathroom had also been recently renovated and was clean and in good condition. There was a kettle with coffee and tea, and a mini fridge.

La salle de sport est bien équipée et le matériel est en très bon état Le spa est propre et complet La chambre est spacieuse pour une famille de 5 personne et tout équipée ( thé, chaussons, produits de soin…) Il y a un parking surveillé en face de l’hôtel Rien!

Попросили сменить номер, ситуация не изменилась! Вид из окна на соседнюю стену на расстоянии вытянутой руки. Ничего общего с описанием! КАНАЛИЗАЦИЯ! Невозможная вонь! Спать пришлось с открытым окном, несмотря на холодную погоду.

Помогли поймать такси когда уезжали) Район отличный, пешком ходили 90% времени. Все что хотели посмотрели и до пирса рукой подать. Рядом магазинчики имеются. Единственное что мне не понравилось это завтраки. Было не очень сытно, по ощущениям перекус. Сладкого не хватило и булочки какой-нибудь простой или батона. И вид из окна был несколько сомнительным, но мы редко просто сидели в номере, так что не критично.

Evgeniy (10/5): Добрые приветливые люди и чистый тихий отель - Очень приятный персонал, чистый отель, вкусные завтраки, комната достаточно большая для семьи. На второй день была уборка. Все и так чисто, но они все таки пришли. Сантехника вся в порядке. Кухня классная, еда разнообразная, делают омлет если попросить. Мы после ночного перелета приехали в 6 утра, так нас заселили уже в 08:30, а еще и на завтрак пригласили прямо перед заселением. В холле несколько диванов и WiFi, смог созвониться и поработать. А еще есть чай с кофе и игровой аркадный автомат - можно поиграть в ретро шедевры. Мы с детьми играли в Mortal Kombat 😊 Спасибо огромное ребятам с ресепшен, вы классные! 💚 Спасибо менеджерам и владельцам отеля за такое лояльное отношение к постояльцам. Всем рекомендую и при следующем визите снова сюда. Всё понравилось, это лучший отель!

Maxim (10/5): Необходимо продумать меры ответственности к гостям, которые не дают спать ночью. - Расположение отеля соответствовало ожиданиям, так как мы часто бываем в центре Анталии и нам знакомы эти кварталы. Очень близко ТЦ Марк Анталия и торговая улица. Достаточно близко Старый город. Рядом находятся продуктовые магазины А101 и Шок. На выбор кафе и рестораны. Завтрак приемлемый, достаточно сладких десертов к кофе, основное горячее блюдо, суп, закуски. Вопрос по вкусу только к салатам, но это индивидуально каждому, нам салаты не понравились. Место где проходят завтраки уютное, персонал приветливый, отзывчивый. Есть СПА услуги за 25 долларов пакет. Функциональный тренажерный зал, удалось провести три тренировки на все группы мышц. Последнюю ночь подпортили шумные студенты, приехавшие большой группой на свои мероприятия, которые компаниями до 03-00 ночи ходили по коридорам, громко веселились и мешали спать Ощутили некоторый дискомфорт при заселении в трехместный номер. Был неприятный запах. Когда включили подачу воды в кране, то оказалось, что поврежден слив и вода поступала на пол, что и создавало неприятный запах. Обратившись к администратору моментально последовала реакция, номер поменяли на четырехместный. Где уже не ощущались посторонние запахи, и номер оказался больше, дополнительной платы не взяли. Прожили в нем все три ночи. Спасибо за отзывчивость и понимание персоналу гостиницы.

Очень хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Атмосфера приятная, всё достаточно уютно. Персонал просто замечательный — внимательные, отзывчивые и очень дружелюбные. Отдых прошёл отлично.

В просторном лобби можно попить кофе и чай, который кстати всегда есть в наличии, есть так же небольшая терраса. Хороший завтрак, мы останавливались на две ночи и оба раза на завтрак кроме стандартного набора, была выпечка. Сочетание цена/ качество на 5

Anna (8/5): Good value for the money - For the price we paid (29 Euro for 2) it was really good - extremely central location, everything (shopping, sightseeing, restaurants etc) is reachable in 10 minutes by foot, the tram to the airport stops 50-100 m away. Taxi to the airport is 20 Euro, paid in cash only. Included breakfast is basic but has enough options to keep you up and running till lunch. Bed linen was normal quality and clean, beds were comfy. Staff is friendly and helpful. If I need again 1-2 nights stay on a budget - I will be back for sure! It’s very tired absolutely everywhere - and you think twice if you really want to have a shower in that bathroom. Sound isolation doesn’t exist. If daily shower is a must for you - maybe you should consider other options. But again - as a cheap stay in the very city centre - it was really good

Ужасный номер, старый, много неисправного. В номере на меня упало стекло в душевой и рассыпалось на мелкие стекла. Это был шок, к тому же я порезалась.
