- bandita (7/5): - Rendkívül segítőkész volt a staff. Nagyon kedvesek voltak. 40 nm2 nagy méretű volt a lakás. Annyira állott szag volt a lakásban, hogy minden időnket a szabadban töltöttük. Éjszakát azonban ott kellett tölteni. Bűz volt a fürdőszobában is, ami terjengett a lakásban. A légkondi segitett elviselhetővé tenni, de a szag miatt nem tudtuk kialudni magunkat. Ez teljesen felülírta a jó dolgokat a szálláson.

- Jana (5/5): Das Personal ist freundlich, der Service grundsätzlich auch, Lage top aber Finger weg von den angebotenen Ausflügen! - Das Personal war extrem freundlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr gut, wenn man auch ein bisschen laufen und sich erst einmal mit Hanoi vertraut machen möchte. Zum Wasser läuft man ca 10 Minuten und in der Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants und Cafés. Wir haben einen Ausflug über die Unterkunft zur Ha Long Bucht gebucht und selbst jetzt, drei Wochen später, sind wir noch sauer. Es stellte sich als sehr teuere (56€) Kaffeefahrt heraus. Statt des angepriesenen Ausflugs von ca 6 Stunden, waren wir ab 6:45 bis 23:00 unterwegs. Auf dem Hinweg wurden wir in eine Silk-Factory gefahren, das wurde als Kurzstopp verkauft. Dort wurden jedoch alle Busse ausgeschüttet, man wurde in Räume gebracht und EINGESCHLOSSEN! Dort wurden Produktvorführungen unterschiedlichster Couleur betrieben und man durfte die Räume nicht verlassen. Der Aufenthalt dort war fast 2 Stunden und wurde vorher mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Auf der Rückfahrt wurde nochmals in einer Verkaufsstelle gehalten, das war nicht weniger unangenehm und dauerte wieder 1.5 Stunden. Zudem wies der “Reiseleiter” ständig daraufhin was für ein toller Busfahrer unser Fahrer sei und dass er ja so einen langen Tag gehabt habe - fishing for tip. Dieser Ausflug hat über 12 Stunden gedauert, war mehr eine Verkaufsveranstaltung und hat uns unsere Abendplanung (Karten für Wasserpuppentheater) total zerschossen. Die Karten ersetzte uns auch niemand, es war wirklich richtig mies. Da wir das über das Hotel gebucht haben, MUSS das Hotel das bereits wissen. Dieses Erlebnis hat mich entsetzt und mein Vertrauen in diese Art Ausflug und das Hotel zerstört. Finger weg von diesem Ausflug!

The room I booked was mysteriously sold out when I arrived and was told I'd been upgraded... upgraded to a room with zero natural light and an enclosed balcony with another wall as the view. There was a hair band left in the bathroom. Remains on a contact lens in the living room. The small shower head was broken. They key card for the door and lift was temperamental.

- Peter (10/5): VNA Hotel - On this trip to Vietnam the VNA was one of the best apartments we stayed in. Staff were super friendly and efficient organising our taxi's and transfers. Large comfortable rooms close to restaurants and lake.

- Alfred (10/5): Peaceful studio apartment - Compared to the center of Hanoi, this place was more locally friendly and less noisy during the night. We purposely stayed here away from the center to be more relaxed, and enjoyed the less touristic experience. The room is equipped with a kitchen and microwave, and the supermarket is 5 minutes away. Also if you do your research, there are amazing local cuisine nearby. We stayed 11 nights. Humidity. The clothes won't dry, and the blanket felt wet every night. This is to be expected in all other hotels. It would be perfect if the rooms were provided with a dehumidifier.

Daily room cleaning breakfast served in the room. location Room wasn't the best... terrible layout... had to climb in and out of the bed... no access to walk around. TV damaged. A few things need maintenance. Ac only has cold function... this is very rare for Ac in Northern Vietnam - cold room.

- Trupti (9/5): Lovely place to stay at in HaNoi! - The room was equipped with essentials like crockeries and pots/ pans, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is very nice, and they made our stay very memorable. Location is good too, away from the hustle bustle of the Old Quarter, and there are plenty of fab cafes nearby, overlooking the lake!

Helpful service. Breakfasts are poor, with a few dishes to choose from. For vegetarians, only eggs. The fridge doesn't work well.No plates, pots, glasses, wine glasses...the kitchen cabinets were empty...

The breakfast isnt that good so i would just get food elsewhere tbh the meat in the pho was rotten tasting so after that i did not eat their breakfast. Overall the staff is really sweet and the location is nice
- Irina (10/5): Great place! - Excellent value for money. Big studio with big windows, daily cleaning, quiet area (comparing with old quarter), lots of surrounding cafes, supermarkets. Staff always nice as all Vietnamese people. Gym and 30' massage included. The location for me was perfect as this wasn't my first time in Hanoi. It's 15' away from Old Quarter by MotoGrab. I loved staying here. Bed was pretty hard for my back, but it's still a 10 overall.

No vegetarian breakfast is served (though they refunded the money, it may be a challenge to find any suitable restaurants/joints that serve anything vegetarian)

- Irène (8/5): 3 nights stay in a twin room - Spacious and well-equipped room. The staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and the shower is comfortable to use. The bed matrass tends to be hard, but you can arrange something by asking support at the reception desk. The location is not very convenient for visiting the city - if this is the reason of your stay. It is also a quite noisy neighborhood.

- Oskar (9/5): Good place - Really nice TV next to the bed. Daily cleaning! (It's not perfect, more about it later.) Room is bright and windows are huge so waking up with the sun was a thing I'll be missing. Host (company) is nice, they always reply in WhatsApp. (Not perfect too, more about it later.) Internet is unstable. It's fast in general but with pikes of high ping. My calls were lagging when youtube video was playing on a TV. Daily cleaning is really good but it was very early at 9 AM. I even messaged the host to ask cleaners to come later and they assured they will fix it... But the next day cleaners entered my room at the same 9 AM when I was in my bed. Oh, another thing, there's no way to completely lock the door or put a sign "No cleaning" (they have an only sign "Clean the room") so I couldn't ask to not enter when I was waking up in my underwear. Location is so so. I didn't find good food stores nearby and always used a Grab taxi or delivery.

I felt hotel is serious with the complaints from the guests. When i check out, i delivered my thanks to the hotel. VnaHomes is Hanoi itself to me. Lovely smiles of the hotel staff are another beauty. - Verified traveler (8/5): Slightly above average - The reception was acceptable. The front desk personnel were friendly. The hot water took a while to flow; the knobs were not label, therefore, it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. The breakfast was quite unacceptable. The vendor that catered to the hotel was unfriendly and the menu was very limited as well. The check out time was 12:00 noon; however, the housekeeping staff sort of pushed and rushed the tenants out of the room. This is why the rating for this location earned only 4 stars.

The space was perfect for a remote worker I had a gecko in my apartment all night and saw that there was a hole in the wall where bugs would come in the apartment. You can also hear every step from the floor on top of you.

There is not much to see in the area, no shops, lots of cafes but they don’t seem to serve food. There are quite a few seafood restaurants out on the busy main road by the lake, but limited English by the locals in this area so ordering is difficult, and options other than seafood are very limited.

Great if you want to be in a quieter part of the city - but about an hour or so walk from downtown Hanoi

The reception staff were helpful and I was able to leave my bags there the next morning until my afternoon flight. The breakfast was Vietnamese style and filling. I enjoyed eating on the little stools on the pavement and people watching. The view from my 5th floor balcony was great. Nothing
- Paulo (10/5): - The apartment was spacious, clean, and with plenty of natural light. It is located one block from the largest lake in Hanoi, which is lined up with cafes and restaurants. The neighborhood is beautiful and much calmer than the Old Quarter. Additionally, the service personnel was always kind and helpful. I will certainly stay there in my next trip to Hanoi.
