• Claire (7/5): Was ok for 3 days - This property wasn't all bad as we were only there for 3 nights ample room and facilities, beds comfortable and being able to cast to TV was good too. Very spacious property, steep stairs so bare that in mind if not good on stairs. Not too far to walk to shops and sights too. The photos didn't show true, the roof terrace was run down and no seating on there as shown in photo. It could have been a bit cleaner but not the end of the world. Maybe have more mugs for hot drinks. Disappointing we couldn't use the parking at the property as this would have saved a lot of money on parking and walking to get to and from the car each day. Probaby wouldn't stay here again due to this and it was quite expensive for 3 nights almost as much as 13 nights in Osaka with free parking and closer to everything.

• Seth (10/5): Perfect Tokyo stay spacious, quiet, great rooftop view, close to the metro, and great for 2 couples. - This place was the perfect place for my wife and I and another couple to stay for 6 days in Tokyo. We loved the extra space for our more extended stay and the location was perfect to quickly get onto the metro and thus anywhere in Tokyo. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking and the location is quiet and private. Washer/dryer in the house is also a huge bonus for us. Would absolutely stay here again. The rooftop was a bit bare, would have liked a table/chairs up there and the wood flooring on the roof gets unusable when it rains, stains feet/socks so be warned...beautiful views up there though.

• Mikko (8/5): Good house in great location in Shinjuku - Excellent location with supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation all nearby. Short walk to Shinjuku entertainment area. The house was clean and spacious enough for our 6-member family. Kitchenware was somewhat limited, very few plates.

• Arlyn (7/5): Good place to stay for big families and very accessible. - Near the train station, restaurants and shopping centres. It wasn’t cleaned properly. The house is nice but it wasn’t well maintained.
• Jovana (4/5): quite pricey for a shared house, a hotel with single rooms (5 ppl) would have costed the same - the house is quite spacious and has a rooftop terrace it was very hard to communicate with the hosts, most questions weren't answered properly or it took a long time to get an answer; the house description mentions a bed sofa as an additional sleeping place, but it's only a sofa that can't be used as a bed (so there are fewer sleeping places than mentioned in the description); the house wasn't cleaned properly: there was a lot of hair on the sofa cushions, some trash under the couch table, the fridge was sticky, smeary surfaces, very dusty, etc.

Not what we were expecting. - We chose this property because of amount or people it could accommodate and location Upon arrival we noticed roaches and they had roach spray on the floor near the kitchen. We came during summer so it was hot. We turned on all the AC and once it got going you can notice a distinct smell, my son started coughing a lot I started coughing and we noticed in the AC units that are attached to the wall in one of the bedrooms was an abundant amount of mold. We left the property immediately and had to find somewhere to stay last minute because this was suppose to be a week booking.

Cockroaches and spiders present Only get one key . Not clear instructions on how to use washer and AC. House still had belongings of residents in closets
• Gaurav (10/5): Wonderful property, responsive host, excellent location and worth the price - The location was very convenient, walkable to all major grocery stores, Indian grocery store, and even the main Shinjuku station and market. The host was responsive and the apartment was neat and clean. Would definitely come back. The two bedrooms are on the third floor and it was some task to carry the suitcases through the stairs, but it was one time issue and overall we had a pleasant stay

• Gaurav (8/5): Good location and comfortable stay but over priced! - Thank you so much for giving us the chance to make your home ours for seven days. This is a large house and lot of space. The comfy beds were the perfect resting place after the day’s travels. We were provided with everything from bedsheets to essentials. Thank you for replying promptly and making our stay so memorable. Location is close to Higashi Shinjuku station, well connected with popular places like Meiji Jingu Shrine, Asakusa, Ginza, Imperial park etcetera. *People with luggage should use B2 exit (for elevators and just opposite the road) instead of B1 (which is closer)* We truly felt welcome and are definitely going to miss the warmth and comfort of the house Cleanliness can be better, infront of entrance trash is kept and looks like not not cleared since months. Inspite of communication and confirmation of repair by owner, toilet functions were not working properly. AC cooling was not proper, can be improved.

Bedding arrangements weren’t quite as advertised, but staff were responsive to making up an additional bed. And the property was a little bit short on crockery for a family of six for our trip. The narrowness of stairs made carrying large suitcases challenging.

Difficult to get luggage to the rooms. Found ourselves in an area referred to as Korea. This is the surrounding community.
