- Danielle (9/5): Great accommodation & staff in a good location! - Modern fit-out & super clean room with great buffet breakfast. Bathroom was particularly nice as were the facilities in the room eg. USB-C ports etc. Staff were also great! The croissants at breakfast could have been fresher.

Unfortunately entrance area to the hotel going through the restaurant so in the middle of the day it’s crowded and very difficult to come inside. Especially it’s frustrating after long travel and you need to stand and wait for 20 mins extra to wait when they will check in other guests and will seat the guests of restaurant.

Location is great, one close station and one that is a 10 minute walk if not less. Very calm neighborhood, family mart and 7Eleven within walking distance. It's a bit pricey, for a longer stay I would have probably gone elsewhere

Location was perfect for me as it was in a relatively quiet area (just gotta expect some vehicle sounds at night as most workers enjoys their night out after work hours which i dont mind at all!) Walking distance to train stations too. I even walked around the area on my last day and found few hidden jems!

- Gabriela (8/5): Nice location, challenging communication with stuff - The location is really nice, great breakfast and close to pretty much everything. One big minutes was the level of English. Many employees barely spoke English, meaning that they couldn’t understand simple requests or questions. That was a bit of a surprise as this is a 5* hotel in one of the biggest cities in Japan. Of course, that didn’t mean that the employees were rude, it was simply a challenge to get simple things done.
- KHACHIG (9/5): An Ideal Base for Exploring Osaka - Our stay at voco Osaka was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our short time in the city, and the hotel played a big part in making the experience so memorable. We stayed for a couple of days primarily to visit Universal Studios, and honestly, we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and spacious, which made our stay extremely comfortable. Travelling with two young boys, we booked two rooms, giving us both space and privacy — and allowing the boys to enjoy some quality time of their own. The rooms had all the essentials, and as you’d expect from an IHG property, the amenities were of a consistently high standard. The hotel’s location was another highlight: just a 3-minute walk to the subway and around a 15-minute taxi ride to Osaka Station, making it very convenient for getting around. We also really appreciated the early check-in gesture. Arriving around 10am, it was incredibly helpful to store our bags, freshen up, and start exploring the city right away — making the most of our first day. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Osaka.

Rooms are in general - pretty nice, it all gives you a feeling of top star hotel, but devil is in nuances I can't get why - in a buisness centered hotel, where everyone need to have a fast breackfast and go to their job - you cheap out to have that one coffe machine where everyone need to do it personally and you have that akward line of people waiting to have bad coffee. It's seriously better to went out and find closest 7/11 to have you coffee there. That alone kills all the vibe that you in some seriously good hotel.

Nice bar and fantastic breakfast with Japanese and western choices. Pillows were a bit lumpy which made them feel old/used. There’s a card saying they us recycled materials in their bedding.

We stayed at the premium twin room and it was an amazing room. Very high standards, comfortable bed, pillows, bathroom products were high quality, and overall beautiful hotel.

- Ronan (6/5): Um pouco decepcionante para o nivel que se apresenta - Escolhemos esse local para ficar um pouco mais afastados da movimentada dontombori. A localização é muito boa, 2 minutos caminhando da estação de metrô que te liga sem conexão a principal estação da cidade, namba station. Também tem lojas de conveniências e bons cafés a uma distância a pé. O hotel e quarto eram bem decorados, e as camas eram muito confortáveis. A equipe nos atendeu bem em inglês sem problemas. O custo por noite era um pouco elevado. Eu fiz uma reserva para três pessoas explicitamente, na descrição do quarto dizia que era um quarto duplo com mais um sofá cama a disposição. Chegando na recepção fui informado que "crianças" até 17 anos supostamente dividem cama com os pais, por isso nenhuma cama adicional foi instalada tampouco o sofá cama foi preparado como uma cama. Ao questionar se o sofá cama poderia ser preparado foi mencionado que poderia ser feito mediante a um custo adicional considerável. Além disso, não foram deixados Pijamas ou toalhas para três pessoas mais sim para duas, mas nos forneceram toalha extra quando pedido. Eu avisei a recepção que em nenhum momento no anúncio fala sobre essa cama compartilhada ou custo adicional para o sofá cama. A recepção apenas tirou fotos da minha reserva e do anúncio e não fez ou disse nada a respeito. Para ser sincero foi um início de experiência na hospedagem bem decepcionante e eu não sei se recomendaria a mesma, foi o único de 6 hotéis que reservamos no japao onde a criança foi de certa forma ignorada, e supostamente deveria ser o melhor hotel em estrutura reservado.

- MAKOTO (9/5): 機会があれば次回も是非利用したい - 肥後橋駅からも近く、周りにコンビニやスーパー、ドラッグストアがあり、とても便利な立地でした。 バスルームがゆとりのある空間だったので、とてもリラックス出来るバスタイムを楽しめました。(New Zealand のAntipodes のアメニティも良かったです) 強いて言えば、サンテレビを見る事が出来ない事に驚きました。
- Kelvin (7/5): Not Japanese hospitality, location not great. - Room was modern and clean. Toiletries were nice. Having stayed in both international and local chains in Japan, this is the only hotel for which the staff does not greet the guests at all. The check in counter is literally less than 3metres from the entrance and in the dozen times I have entered and exited the hotel, at no time did any of the staff welcome /nod/acknowledge me. Very unwelcoming vibe. Location is not great for tourists, will advise you to pick other hotels along the midosuji line.

- efsa (10/5): - Excellent in every way. Comfortable room of a perfect size; Nespresso machine in the room is always lovely! Spacious shower with superb pressure. Lovely cosmetics. Temperature gauge worked really well. Perfect location near to two different Metro lines. Away from the hustle and bustle it is a quiet area. Has a nice little Italian restaurant. Can't open windows. Breakfast was not great but passable. All these hotels having an "Eco" programme where we can opt out of daily cleaning, they lower their overheads considerably yet we don't get a discount! One hotel in Berlin did give vouchers for free coffee! 🙂
