My experience checking in was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I specifically informed the host during booking and again on arrival day that we would be arriving between 1-2 am. The host assured me someone would be available to open the gate and apartment block door. However, upon arriving after 2 am, the host was unresponsive to multiple calls (13 times). I even sent a message via the Booking app stating I was at the gate and unable to reach her. We were fortunate that other residents within the complex kindly assisted us in gaining entry to both the gate and the building. Without their help, we would have been stranded outside late at night.
The following morning, after 10 am, I received a belated apology stating she had given her phone to a colleague overnight and asking what time I arrived – despite me clearly stating this multiple times prior. Following this dismissive message, she then sent me checkout information, despite my booking being for a Friday to Monday stay.
This lack of responsibility, poor communication, and premature checkout request are unacceptable. To prevent this issue for future late-arriving guests, the host should consider installing a secure key locker outside the main gate with clear instructions for access. I strongly advise future guests to consider this experience carefully.

- Bohdan (3/5): Poor - The place is quite new It was so cold inside and despite having 2 air conditionings in separate room, the owner decided to take remote controls in order to save some money for electricity.
The rooms seemed tidy but a lot of hairs were found in different places.
The walls are very thin and when the neighbours are watching the TV till late night, you can hear it well.
Maybe it’s the first time I found no soap in the apartment.

Facilities provided were decent
15 min walking from metro station. - The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, requiring external links for forms and city tax instead of managing through Booking.com.
- Poor communication from the host, with limited WhatsApp support only available until 6 PM and no response to messages about heating issues.
- The apartment was freezing on the first night, and heating didn’t work properly, causing a colleague to get sick.
- Thin walls made it difficult to have normal conversations without disturbing neighbors.
Overall, the unresponsive host and uncomfortable stay made it a regrettable experience.

- Katerina (7/5): Good - New and clean apartment, not that far from metro station (around 1km) Kitchen is not well equipped (no kettle, pans, paper towels ), there are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. These are the small things but they can make your stay more comfortable
