• Leiji (5/5): Lack of transparency and service issues - Price is good The stay was disappointing due to several issues with transparency and service. The property operates entirely via online check-in and check-out, with no in-person support. Check-in was strictly enforced, and we were not allowed to enter even slightly earlier than the exact check-in time, which was inconvenient after arrival. Communication was also difficult, as the staff had very limited English and mainly communicated in Italian, which made it harder to resolve issues efficiently. The room faces a busy street and is quite noisy at night, despite being described as “soundproof.” Earplugs were provided, which suggests this is a known issue. Cleaning service was not clearly explained in advance. We were informed only after arrival that no cleaning would be provided for a 3-night stay. Although a cleaning and towel replacement was later promised, it was not delivered on time, and we had to continue using wet towels. On the check-out day, we were also disturbed early in the morning and asked to leave before the official check-out time, which created unnecessary pressure. In addition, we were charged more than the listed city tax due to an extra fee that was not disclosed in the Booking.com listing. Overall, the listing lacks transparency and the service did not meet expectations.

Leggera puzza nelle scale del palazzo, balconcino interno al palazzo, asciugacapelli piccolo e scomodo, va rivista la pitturazione della camera.

• Doneddu (6/5): - L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la baie de Naples. Chambre propre et spacieuse. La gentillesse et les conseils du concierge de l'immeuble. Il s'agit d'une chambre seulement dans un immeuble de Naples. Ce n'est pas du tout ce que nous avions compris dans la descrition du logement. Arrivés en soirée, personne de présent, l'ouverture se fait par téléphone, une première pour nous ! Aucun parking, alors que c'était un de mes filtres, la voiture doit rester dans la rue (payante de 08h à 0h). Aucun pdj de prévu, seuls deux sachets de thé et une bouilloire. La moitié des volets roulants sont cassés, il faut vivre dans la pénombre, très peu de wifi.....

• Gloria (1/5): - Very disappointing stay. The WiFi did not work at all — the extender connected but had no internet, and the main network would not accept the password on any of our devices. This was tested on multiple phones and computers. I was traveling with two children and had important work commitments, and I received no proper assistance or solution. I had to rely on roaming data, which is unacceptable. Location and cleanliness were fine, but overall this was not good value for money due to the lack of basic services like working internet.

• Luca (4/5): Pulizia impeccabile ma sicurezza della stanza pari a ZERO. - La pulizia della camera era ottima. La posizione abbastanza centrale e facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. La poca sicurezza, alle 2 di notte mentre dormivamo ci sono entrate due persone in camera. Questo é INACCETTABILE!

• Maria Elissavet (10/5): Nice quiet neighborhood and generally good clean apartments. - In general clean and decent. In a good neighborhood of local Napolitanians. The metro is close by, the apartment is not in the City center though. A few nice restaurants close by like 50kalò. The "hotel" rooms are separated from the rest of the apartments in the building. No host or reception, all done via an application on the phone. You will need internet. Some apartments don't have street view. Some little mold on the bottom of the shower. Besides that cleaniness was ok.
• Alessandro (9/5): buona posizione a mergellina - ottima posizione vicino a lungomare di mergellina, parcheggio a pagamento davanti alla struttura, letti cuscini e coperte molto confortevoli a fine dicembre il freddo si fa sentire anche a napoli ma la pompa di calore non riesce a scaldare adeguatamente la stanza, camera con finestre solo su interno cortile, nessun personale solo chiave elettronica con app su cellulare (ma se non sei smart come fai a passare le 3 porte ? non si sa)

Iniziamo dal bagno, doccino mezzo rotto, sporco e aveva dei capelli biondi incastrati, doccia piena di muffa e otturata, dovevo chiudere l'acqua di continuo perchè altrimenti avrei allagato l'interno piano, asciugamani tutti sporchi di aloni gialli, porta sapone sporco di mela e capelli. Unica presa in bagno sfondata e piena di polvere, mi chiedo da quanto tempo si trova in quelle condizioni e sopratutto possibile che chi pulisce questa camera non si sia resa conto che la presa è rotta? il proprietario dovrebbe essere più presente nel verificare che tutto sia al posto giusto e sopratutto che la camera sia pulita. Lenzuola sporche e piene di capelli, letto in velluto pieno di polvere, qualcuno avrà passato una mano ed è rimasta la polvere accumulata tutta li, possibile che chi pulisce le camere non si sia reso conto dell'accumulo di polvere? Essendo un soggetto asmatico e con grave allergia agli acari non sono riuscita a chiudere occhio per tutta la notte, sono stata costretta ad usare lo spray al cortisone per attenuare il mio malessere. Ho chiesto al rimborso all'host in quanto non si può pagare 100€ per 1 notte e trovare una camera in queste condizione, ma risposto che secondo lui la camera era pulita, caro host non so quale sia il tuo concetto di pulizia ma una stalla è più pulita.

• RoXana09 (10/5): Sejur scurt dar bun - Desi am gasit dopuri de urechi în camera a fost un sejur scurt dar linistit. Patul foarte mare, saltea foarte bună. Disponibilitatea proprietarului în a clarifica metoda de check.in. Desi nu vorbea engleza ne-am înțeles prin mesaje, oferinde-ne toate informațiile. Pentru ca noi, fiind ba în avion, ba în autobuz, ba tren, nu am citit cu atenție detaliile pentru a întra în apartament și l-am tot sâcâit. Insa ne-a ajutat mereu, foarte rapid Chiar și la plecare rezolvandu-ne cu transportul la ora devreme, 4:00 dimineața, la un tarif decent E doar un sfat: Camera e cam anosta, ii trebuie un refresh, ceva colorat, sa placa ochiului. E sumbra. În rest n-a fost ceva sa îmi displaca. Ah, ba da. Micul dejun consta într.o cafea și un produs patiserie la o cafenea de vis a vis. Patroana de acolo, Sofi, a fost foarte foarte acra. Desi ne-am așteptat randul frumos, vazand ca avem acele vouchere în mana, intai si-a servit toti italienii, colega eu a vrut sa ne ajute sa nu mai asteptam (am stat mai bine de 10 min sa fim serviti) însă a fost rapid certata. Foarte proasta servirea... pe o masa neșters, plina de resturi de la precedenți, pe care eu am sters.o. Chiar am vrut sa plecam. Aveam 6 cupoane pe care nu le puteam folosi avand în vedere check.outul devreme. Nu a acceptat nicio varianta, sa ne ofere altceva. Am dat cupoanele la 4 muncitori ce lucrau în fata localului, sa fie folosite intr-un fel de cineva. Păreau mulțumiți ca le-au primit. Sper ca le-au putut folosi. Deci, ar trebui sa ii atrageți atentia doamnei Sofi ca nu se poarta ok cu clienții apartamentului.

• Sinchi (2/5): Not a hotel. Construction in area! - Room is spacious. During the day, location feels better. Walkable to beach and we found a nice coffee place about 10 min walk. There was so much construction when we got there. It was late so I was confused where the property was located. I booked last minute so the “hotel” threw me off. This is NOT a hotel. I called the property manager and he didn’t speak English so I spoke to someone else and he was extremely rude. There was security when we got there but we still didnt feel safe. To get in, it was so confusing. We had to use our phones to get in but WiFi wasn’t that great so we took awhile to figure it out. When we used the shower, it over flowed and it flooded the bathroom. Thankfully the cleaner was there so we were able to replace the towels that we used to clean the flooding. Apparently they fixed the problem. It was not fixed. We had to stop the shower every two minutes to make sure it didn’t over flow again.
• Wolf R. (8/5): - Die Lage zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut... Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und durch einen Concierge Dienst gesichert, was in Neapel ein Vorteil ist. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe! Zur Zeit gibt's eine laute Baustelle vor dem Gebäude ( Straßenerneuerung). Wir hätten gerne Kaffee Zubereitungsmöglichkeiten mit Milch im Apartment gehabt... Das "Frühstück" ist etwas dürftig ( Voucher über Café - Cornetto bei der Bar gegenüber)

• Dario (9/5): Ottima scelta per visitare Napoli - Posizione strategica grazie alla vicinanza con la stazione Mergellina, ma anche a piedi Piazza Tre Martiri, Via Calabritto, Via Chiaia e Lungomare Caracciolo sono facilmente raggiungibili. Il bar convenzionato è fornito e di qualità. Stanza grande, comoda e ragionevolmente silenziosa. Difficoltà nel check in online e mal funzionamento del sistema automatico di accesso. Siamo riusciti ad entrare nella stanza solo alle 14,30, con l'aiuto da remoto del gestore della struttura. Il sistema ha iniziato a funzionare regolarmente qualche ora dopo.

• Gabriella (8/5): - Die Lage ist gut. Das Frühstück passt wenn man nicht ein Continental Breakfast erwartet. Der stete unangenehme Geruch aus dem Bad, welcher mit einem Duftstecker überdeckt werden sollte der intensiv und unangenehm war und bei mir Kopfschmerzen verursacht hat.

• Joakim (10/5): Perfekt beliggenhet og utrolig mye for pengene - Perfekt beliggenhet. Alt er kun en gåtur unna.Vi tok kun taxi frem og tilbake fra flyplassen. Er «strand» 3min unna. Dette er store steiner man ligger på og kan nyte vannet og sola. Dagligvare rett utenfor døren som er behagelig. Frokosten hos Sofi Café var nydelig og perfekt mengde for oss som ikke er glad i å spise stor frokost. Der kan du velge et bakverk og en kaffe. Rommet var rent, vaskedame var innom hver 3. dag. God seng og grei størrelse på rommet. Det er også security på kveldene som føles trygt. Vi ble kjent med Hermando som jobbet nede i 1. etasje fra 6-6 og passet på. Det var noe vi ikke visste var med her men det føles trygt og behagelig å vite at noen passer på stedet man har alt av tingene sine. Hermando var også en veldig trivelig kar som alltid slo av en prat med oss og ga oss lokale tips som vi satt pris på. Alt i alt så kunne jeg gjerne vært flere dager her. Ingenting. Alt her var strålende.

Il carrello con il bollitore elettrico presentava un cestino con solamente delle bustine di zucchero senza tè o caffè solubile. Inoltre il ticket per la colazione al bar era di un valore esiguo non all’altezza della struttura, abbiamo potuto prendere solo un cappuccino ed un cornetto a testa.

• Niall (7/5): Accommodation a little far from the main port and restaurants. Disappointed air con not repaired - Room was good Requested a few times to repair the air conditioner. Nothing done.
• Aivija (3/5): Misleading information, no breakfast, no receipt, not worth the pay - The information is misleading - it is not breakfast at all, but a voucher of 2.5 Eur to use in a nearby cafe, which consists of a mini coffee and a croissant. We mentioned the arrival time, although when we arrived, there was no one waiting for us, by calling a number we contacted a person who speaks no English. There is no headline or anything that would say it is a hotel or something. Well, it is not - it is only B&B apartments with no reception. During our 7 nights stay the lady cleaned our room and changed towels only once. We had to buy toilet paper ourselves and store plastic water bags in a room. No towels or sheets change, nothing. We paid 70 Eur city fee and the owner accepted only cash and provided no receipt or anything, also took a photo of our ID's with a personal mobile phone - I think it must not be legal.
• Eric (8/5): Great place to stay with a group (we reserved 4 rooms). - Our host was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. We had to coordinate to meet the host upon arrival to receive keys and pay city taxes in cash. Not a problem, just something to consider.
• Todd (7/5): The property was nice but could use some work. - The property was clean and the location was in a central location close to the Metro. There were a few problems with the unit. Window cover was broken, wall molding was loose in the bathroom, shower leaked, and shower valve was broken.

• Tibor (7/5): Good - We have been served with breakfast just across the road in a lovely coffeshop, called Sofia, it was brilliant, the pastries, coffee, cakes were top class. The room has a big screen, you can watch the teli from the bed :-) the room was comfy, spotlessly clean. the apartment is only a few steps from the bus station It's quite noisy at night.

• Branch (9/5): Superb - I chose this hotel because of its convenient 11:00 AM checkout time, but it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, smelled great, and was very comfortable. Mario, who handed me the keys, was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had two fantastic nights here! Thank you

The host, Gigi, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. The breakfast arrangement was a thoughtful touch. The provided €2.50 ticket per person covered a classic Italian breakfast at the bar across the street. It was lovely to enjoy a fresh cornetto and a delicious cappuccino in the morning, with the flexibility to choose other options if desired. The location was excellent! Situated in the charming Chiaia district, it was close to Mergellina and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore Naples. A perfect spot for both convenience and a local experience.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing all the comforts of home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with recommendations and making sure my stay was enjoyable.
