• Kharazian (5/5): Overall the apartment was good and worths the price except the sofa beds. - The price was good. The location was good. It was good that had washing machine and dishwasher. They were very helpful. The bed inside the room was good. The bathroom was very clean. The sofa beds in the living room were not comfortable and made a lot of noise while sleeping. There was a single sofa bed also in the living room that was not in a good condition, and was very old, dirty mattress, and not even flat to sleep. I strongly suggest the host to change it.

• Maisa (2/5): Não recomendo. - Máquina de café Roupas de cama antigas, o aquecedor não funciona, chuveiro do banheiro rachado e não havia internet (Wi-Fi), reclamei assim que chegamos e o problema não foi resolvido, somente no ÚLTIMO dia a proporietária enviou um "técnico" que abriu um armário que estava dentro do apartamento para pegar um novo modem e mesmo assim, a internet não funcionou. Péssima decoração e a proprietária demora a responder.

Poca pulizia(abbiamo trovato un paio di calzini dietro un mobiletto con le ruote), il condizionatore perdeva sul divano letto (abbiamo dovuto mettere un tegame per raccogliere l'acqua), la serratura della porta non funzionava (la prima sera abbiamo rischiato di rimanere chiuse fuori e comunque andava sempre forzata per riuscire ad aprire).

She made - I liked that it was very easy to communicate with the management and also very close to the Vatican. The place was very spacious and clean. Everything was perfect

• Tarricone Aliprandi (5/5): avrebbe potuto essere migliore - L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione. È una zona tranquilla, vicino al Vaticano e raggiungibile a piedi. La fermata dell'autobus è nelle vicinanze, così come la stazione ferroviaria. La cucina e il bagno sono confortevoli. L'appartamento necessita di qualche ritocco estetico. La biancheria da letto andrebbe rinnovata. Lenzuola e asciugamani andrebbero sostituiti. I materassi del letto e del divano letto, così come i cuscini, andrebbero sostituiti.

• Ani (8/5): Very good location - just few minutes from Vatican Basilica. Owners are honest and kind people. - The owners were very open and friendly, allowing us to leave the luggage earlier that the check-in time and did not request an extra fees for that. Comfort of beds could be upgraded.
• Mariusz (4/5): Location is great, but apartament is probably 50 years old and needs to be renovated - Location was great Apartment needs a lift, everything is probably 50 years old, floor in the hallway it's swollen from water damage, can't walk without shoes, you may cut your foot on loose wood planks which are sticking up We woke up in the morning 13°C , heat gets turned off in the building We called our host in the morning and she told us that we can us ac unit to heat the place and it worked

• Nicholas (4/5): Good location. Apartment is tired and need to be brought back to a reasonable standard. - Good location. Very close to The Vatican. The beds were not very comfy. The timber flooring was loose and you had to take care where you walked not to trip on pieces of timber that would lift up and out of the floor. The shelf in the shower was loose and would tip all of your products onto the floor if you bumped it slightly while showering.

• Diana (8/5): Close to Vatican. Safe quiet - Very close to Vatican. Walking distance to most Rome attractions. Safe and clean. Great air conditioner. Somebody waited at front door when we got there. Around the corner from train station to airport and major bus stop. No hot water but we never bothered to ask. Probably some little glitch. Highly recommend the place. Very quiet . See above
