• Iliya (5/5): - The only positive aspect of this property is its excellent central location. That is where the advantages end. Communication with the owners was extremely poor. For very basic amenities, such as an electric kettle, we had to send multiple messages. The response we received was that there was only one kettle available and guests were expected to “take turns” using it. This kind of attitude is simply unacceptable, especially considering the price we paid. We paid €2100 for three nights — a price that implies a high level of comfort and proper equipment. The reality was completely different: extremely basic, almost non-existent furnishing, lack of essential amenities, and an overall feeling of a place that does not justify even a small fraction of the amount charged. The price-to-quality ratio is extremely poor. This accommodation is worth no more than a very ordinary room without proper facilities. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

• EKATERINA (5/5): - Аппартаменты находятся в старом доме 7м этаже.Слышно каждый шаг жителей дома, начиная с пяти утра, как вызывают и едут на лифте, как входят и выходят из дома, хлопая входной дверью, как по коридору ходят. Про машины на улице и выброс мусора в контейнеры во дворе. Никому не рекомендую эти аппартаменты, если не хотите просыпаться в пять утра.

La camera è provvista di tutti i comfort indispensabili per passare un piacevole soggiorno a Milano. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli in struttura gratuitamente! Per mio parere personale, avrei preferito avere un cuscino più basso e delle tende che filtrassero meglio la luce del sole al mattino.

Very good contact with the host - as a couple, we were very satisfied with both the stay and the service 🙂 You could hear noise from outside, there was sometimes a smell of sewage, and the toilet flush was getting stuck.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean and had plenty of space. The air wasn't working during out stay, but we were able to crack the windows for additional airflow.

• Christen (2/5): Grauenhaft - Die Lage war gut, jedoch sehr laut. Der Zugang ist sehr schlecht, keine Vorab Info dass nichts angeschrieben ist und wie man in das Gebäude kommt. Laut Info hätte ab 9:30 jemand dort sein müssen. War jedoch niemand da. Es hat keinen Schrank, keine Kommode. Bett eher klein, sehr weich und schreckliche Kissen, total unbequem und bickelhart. In der Nacht war es fast Taghell im Zimmer. Man kann keine Läden zu machen und die "Nachtvorhänge" bringen nichts, da sie viel zu dünn sind. Im Bad stinkt es und beim Duschen war der Abfluss verstopft und das Wasser ist nicht abgelaufen. Bei Ankunft hat man uns informiert, dass man nicht lange duschen soll, da es einen Boiler hat und evtl. das Warmwasser nicht ausreichend ist. Ich würde nie mehr da hin gehen. Denn auch die Räumlichkeiten sind extrem Ringhörig und man versteht jedes Wort vom Zimmer nebenan, als ob sie bei einem selbst im Raum stehen würden. Einfach nur schrecklich.

Staff were helpful & let us store luggage before & after our stay. Could easily hear the people in the room next door when they returned late in the evening.

• RODRIGO (5/5): Deixa a desejar! Não valeu o que pagamos - Boa localização Chuveiro não esquenta água, 1 pessoa toma banho quente a 2 toma meio banho quente/ frio e a 3 já toma gelado…. Limpeza deixa muito a desejar! (Foto) Televisão não pega canal nenhum, e nem é smart portanto não serve de nada! Infiltração no quarto que vai descascando a cada dia deixando o chão todo sujo, não repõe água e nem toalha suficiente pelo número de pessoas. E não respondem mensagem quando questionamos todos esses pontos!

Praticamente se bevi caffè non fai colazione....e colazione con due biscotti contati. Intorno non è facile la sera reperire qualcosa da bere o mangiare. Forse sono io...a sbagliare. Condizionatore out e non sapevo come funzionassero i termosifoni, ma poi abbiamo risolto.

• Aleksandr (1/5): - Ничего не понравилось Это были апартаменты, мы оплатили проживание, оплатили сититакс, сказали, что будем заселяться вечером, нам скинули инструкцию, как это сделать. По идее ничего сложного, как обычно бывает, когда заселение происходит дистанционно. Но тут вместо кодового ключа вы должны позвонить на номер замка, и он должен открыться. Не знаю по какой причине, но он не открылся, когда мы приехали и позвонили на него. В подъезд смогли в итоге зайти вместе с соседями. Но дальше в апартаментах есть еще одна дверь. Менеджер писал, что она будет открыта, но нет, она тоже была закрыта, и также не открывалась с телефона. Мы писали и звонили. Простои звонить соседей, которые живут в этом подъезде. Но ничего не произошло. Менеджер ответить лишь на следующий день, что он не видел, что ему кто-то звонил. Соседи по этому подъезду рассказали нам, что это регулярно случается. В Гугл отзывах также потом нашли об этом информацию. Было очень тяжело искать среди ночи отель, куда мы бы смогли заселиться.

Il vetro della doccia e la mensola per il sapone potrebbero essere più puliti... Materasso un po' troppo morbido...
