• Joyce Kunisaki (8/5): AWESOME stay in Rome! - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! We originally booked several hotels but found Croce Apartments—and it was absolutely the right choice. Traveling as four women, we wanted space to be together with two bathrooms, and this worked perfectly. We were initially hesitant due to the lower price, but Katarina and Makela were incredibly responsive and helpful, which gave us confidence to book. Their communication and hospitality were excellent throughout our stay. We stayed in Croce 5. The layout is one bedroom plus a living area. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room was set up with three beds (one queen and two twins), all prepared in advance. The twin beds looked simple but were surprisingly comfortable. The apartment was well-equipped, and anything we needed was handled quickly via WhatsApp. Note: although listed as first floor, it’s actually up a flight of stairs (like a second floor), so keep that in mind for luggage or mobility concerns. The location is unbeatable—restaurants, shops, and a Carrefour Express right outside, plus walking distance to the Spanish Steps and great shopping. Easy taxi access and rides via FreeNow. We loved opening the windows and enjoying the lively Roman atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again! The shower did not drain well but we let the ladies know. We also wished they had wash cloths.

• Beatriz Drzevoko (10/5): Lo recomiendo! - La ubicación es perfecta. Es muy fácil hacer el check in y el check out. Los anfitriones responden inmediatamente al WhatsApp. Hacen limpieza diaria. Es amplio y luminoso. Pudimos dejar las valijas en consigna sin ningún problema ya que nuestro vuelo salía de noche. Tiene buen aislamiento acústico. Tiene poco espacio de guardado de ropa. Hay un lavasecarropas pero no funciona el secado.

• gunjan (9/5): Delightful stay at Croce Apartments - Loved the location !!! It was easy to walk everywhere and the metro was right round the corner. Get off the metro and the Spanish Steps are right there on your left. Loads of eating places just below the apartments. This apartment is located near upscale shopping streets and the vibe is great ! The apartment was clean and the host offered to have it cleaned daily . Plenty of hot water and all appliances that you would need. The building does not have an elevator but don’t let it deter you - the marble steps are easy to climb and and the apartments are on the first floor( European, US second floor) The host was very helpful - Katerina was very responsive as well as Micaela. We mainly chatted on WhatsApp. Katerina was there to welcome us on our arrival. All good 👍🏻
• Irina (10/5): Perfetto. - We had a really great stay here. The apartment is beautifully done – everything feels carefully chosen and put together with a lot of taste. It’s very comfortable, cozy and just a nice place to come back to after a long day out. The location couldn’t be better. It’s within walking distance of pretty much everything worth seeing, and there are plenty of nice restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. There are also some lovely spots for a walk, which we really enjoyed. Overall, everything was smooth and easy, and the place had really good vibes. We felt very comfortable the whole time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! N/A

Kleinigkeiten...mein Handtuch war sehr dünn u fing an zu reißen...Kein Shampoo nur "Duschgel". Die beiden Teppiche vertragen eine Reinigung.

Lo mejor las anfitrionas, Micaela y Katerina... desde el momento mismo de la reserva estuvieron presentes en TODO.!!!!!! El departamento es muy amplio, y super equipado. Además muy bien calefaccionado y con 2 cuartos de baño insuperables. Nada para mejorar

• Stamatis.P. (7/5): Κεντρικό διαμέρισμα το οποίο έχει αφεθεί στην καλή διάθεση του προσωπικού καθαρισμού - Πολύ κεντρικό διαμέρισμα, μεταξύ Piazza di Spagna και Via del Corso. Όλα τα αξιοθέατα είναι 5-30 λεπτά περπάτημα. Ένιωθες ασφαλής, καθώς χρειαζόταν να βάλεις 2 κωδικούς και να ανοίξεις 3 πόρτες για να μπεις στο διαμέρισμα. Άνετα στρώματα και μαξιλάρια, επαρκώς εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Βολικό το ότι διέθετε πλυντήριο πιάτων. Το ότι είναι κεντρικό διαμέρισμα σημαίνει ότι είναι και θορυβώδες. Εκτός από τους εξωτερικούς ήχους (απέναντι εστιατόρια), μέσα στο δωμάτιο υπάρχουν 2 μηχανήματα αφύγρανσης & καθαρισμού της ατμόσφαιρας (εκτός από αυτά των μπάνιων που ενεργοποιούνταν με διακόπτη) τα οποία κάνουν υπερβολικό θόρυβο και τα οποία δεν μπορείς να απενεργοποιήσεις γιατί είναι κλειδωμένα. Για κάποιον που κοιμάται ελαφριά, χρειάζονται ωτοασπίδες. Επίσης, οι πετσέτες ήταν σχεδόν όλες κακής ποιότητας & σκισμένες, χρειάζονται άμεσα να αντικατασταθούν. Το πρώτο βράδυ το ζεστό νερό δεν έφτασε για τα 4 άτομα της οικογένειάς μας, οπότε ζεστάναμε νερό σε βραστήρα, ενώ αμέλησαν να βάλουν σαμπουάν και μαλακτικό. Αν και... την επόμενη ημέρα το κατάλυμα ανταποκρίθηκε στις ελλείψεις, το "τηλέφωνο έκτακτης ανάγκης" δεν απαντούσε μετά τις 20:30 μμ, συνεπώς η επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα ήταν κάπως απρόσωπη.

• Vincent (9/5): L’emplacement de l’appartement est excellent - L’emplacement de l’appartement est excellent. Situé en plein centre de Rome, il permet de se déplacer très facilement à pied et de profiter pleinement du centre historique. Plusieurs petits éléments d’entretien pourraient être revus. Par exemple, une chaise près de l’entrée est très abîmée, ce qui donne une première impression un peu surprenante à l’arrivée. Dans la grande pièce salon-cuisine, le système du rideau ne fonctionne pas correctement. Dans la grande salle de bain, la brosse des toilettes est cassée. La lumière automatique dans le petit couloir ne s’allume pas toujours, ce qui rend les déplacements nocturnes moins pratiques. Nous avons également remarqué une odeur d’égout assez présente dans l’appartement malgré les portes fermées. Enfin, la qualité du linge de bain pourrait être améliorée : certaines serviettes semblaient très usées. Ce sont des détails qui peuvent facilement être corrigés et qui permettraient à cet appartement, très bien situé et globalement agréable, d’être pleinement à la hauteur de son prix et de son emplacement exceptionnel.

• Frank Porter (9/5): Posizione eccellente! - Appartamento spazioso e pulitissimo (la pulizia è effettuata giornalmente). Arredato in stile moderno e dotato di ogni comfort. Lo staff è disponibile e gentile. Il vero pregio è la posizione. Praticamente accanto a Piazza di Spagna. Permette di visitare Roma quasi esclusivamente a piedi. Da consigliare.

Hubo un inconveniente con la energía eléctrica del piso y respondieron inmediatamente dando las instrucciones para restituir el servicio. Cuartos amplios y limpios. No hay ascensor pero es un primer piso por lo que no causa mayor inconveniente. Deben resolver el problema con el interruptor eléctrico principal.

Host sempre disponibile e molto cortesi tutti Si sentono i rumori della strada.. ci sono molti locali e intorno alle 7 raccolgono il vetro o cmq iniziano a sistemare i tavoli... ma per un paio di giorni è perfetto

• Libor (10/5): - Výborná lokace! Vyjdete z domu a jste v ulici plné restaurací a kaváren. První restauraci máte přímo 5 m před dveřmi. Španělské schody máte 200 metrů a k Fontáně Trevi 12 minut klidné chůze. Vše zajímavé je dostupné pěšky. Budeme se určitě vracet.

• Jaber (10/5): موقع ممتاز ومريحة ونظيفة - الموقع والنظافة والهدوء والراحة 1- لا يوجد مصعد. ولكن لا يهم لأنها في الدور الأول والسلم غير متعب ولكن لتنبيه من معه كبار في السن او معاقين لا يستطيعون صعود السلم. 2 - لا يوجد شطاف ولكن يوجد بيديه للتنظيف. كما هو موضح في الصور
• Shelly Cohen Lynn (10/5): שהות מצוינת ומפנקת בלב רומא - הגענו 3 חברות ולקחנו את הדירה המרווחת ביותר. גילינו פנינה אמיתית.. דירה יפייפיה, מרווחת, מצוידת בכל מה שצריך, מיטות מאוד נוחות, שננ חדרה אמבטיה מפנקים, מטבח מאובזר, ריח טוב ואווירה נעימה ומזמינה. הדירה ממוקמת באמצע מדרחוב חי ותוסס מלא מסעדות, גלידריות, בוטיקים, סופר קטן קרוב מאוד ואפילו בית מרקחת במקרה הצורך. מיקום הדירה מושלם ממש בין המדרגות הספרדיות לרחוב הקניות המרכזי ויה דל קורסו. טיילנו ברגל לכל מקום, ללא צורך בתחבורה ציבורית. המארחת בדירה מקסימה, נעימה וחייכנית. היתה לנו שהות מושלמת ומאוד מאוד נעימה. תודה על חוייה נהדרת היתה חסרה לנו מראת גוף. דירה כל כך יפה וגדולה, שהמראות היחידות בה הן בחדרי האמבטיה. לנו כנשים זה מאוד מאוד הפריע. דבר נוסף, שהיה ידוע לנו מראש: הדירה ממוקמת בקומה ראשונה ללא מעלית. אמנם המדרגות נוחות ורחבות אבל היה לנע קשה להרים את המזוודות.

• Georgia Diak (5/5): Unprofessional staff behavior - I loved the position of the apartment! Just a few steps from piazza di Spagna. The apartment was stylish and the open space was big and really beautiful. They also had bottled water and coffee available which it was totally appreciated. I think that there was an issue with the heating and there was cold air and a rumor coming from central heating, even if I didn't activate it. But the most unfortunate event was the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of one of the employees. Since I was on a business trip, I explained since the beginning that I needed an invoice. I was informed that I would have it on my arrival, but that was not the case. I informed again (in case they forgot which is totally acceptable) that I need the invoice. They informed me that they would prepare it ASAP, but that was not the case either. They stopped responded to my messages, so the last day before my check out I called, they kept postponing my invoice even though I explained that they were causing me a problem with my work and that I need it on my check out, and I had to deal with a rude woman of the staff that started screaming to me (!) and even hung up the phone on my face! I want to precise though that she was the only rude one of the personnel, but it was very unpleasant and stressful.

Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι μύριζε αρκετές φορές το σιφόνι του μπάνιου άσχημα.. Εμείς μείναμε στο superior διαμέρισμα δεν ξέρω αν υπάρχει αυτό το θέμα στα υπόλοιπα.

• shannon (10/5): - This property is beautiful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pictures of the room were spot on. We had a great stay. If you are traveling with your family mind the amount each person spends in the shower. The hot water is limited. The only negative is the WiFi. It stinks. But the room was so nice and spacious we didn’t really care. There are tons of shops and restaurants right by the room. The Spanish steps are so close. If you drive a car the parking garage is too far to walk with suitcases. Grab an uber. (Speaking of uber they are very fast and reliable in Rome!)

The coolest setting didn’t work maybe because of very high ceilings and rooms were big, they should replace the AC units with more powerful ones. Other than that I highly recommend it.

All the communications smoothly happened via messaging, so it would help you if you don’t like face to face conversation in another language. WiFi was weak and some spots in the room did not get the signal. If you have the local SIM, it may be better to turn off WiFi and use it instead.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—convenient to everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent service and a great location!
• Julia (10/5): - A beautiful updated apartment in the heart of Rome city center. The location is perfect for exploring all the main attractions and easy access to everything you need in Rome. I would not recommended driving as it is on a pedestrian only street. Checkin was quick and easy, and while there wasn't a receptionist onsite during our stay, there was a contact number for assistance if needed. We enjoyed our stay and would return on our next trip to Rome.

• G Patrick (10/5): - I didn't know what to expect renting a large apartment in Rome, but I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It was very spacious. It was very clean and it was very modern. Also had air conditioning throughout the whole place. Plenty of restrooms. It was right in the heart of shopping in Rome walking distance to many dining options and many ancient sites that you would want to visit while you're in Rome. We arrived super early ahead of check in time contacted the apartments and they sent somebody to meet us and check us in right away. I honestly could not imagine a better stay in Rome and was very happy with these apartments. If I had to say anything against it, the only thing I would say is that the bed was very hard. My wife loves a hard mattress. I prefer a soft so that's really just a personal preference Overall an amazing stay and if we ever find our way back to Rome, I would absolutely book these apartments again.

We had family in Rome at other hotels and when they saw ours, they wished they had listened and stayed at our place, thank you to all the staff for their wonderful patience and help. It is so near wonderful restaurants but down a little road out of the craziness.
