• Geryll (10/5): The perfect comfy and cozy hotel🤩 - I like the distance of the hotel from Masjid Jamek metro station to the hotel,5min walk.The lobby is so inviting with nice decor.The hallway have 3M filtered water station.The room is spacious,clean and cozy.The bed is comfy.the shampoo,conditioner,body and handwash,lotion is organic botanicals.on the 12th floor is the hotel amenities,there’s bar,laundry room,gym,bonding area and kitchen.I commend Wey the receptionist for a very warm welcome.He is very cheerful,polite and helpful.Overall perfect experience for me.5⭐️ The only downside is still not smart tv,only local chanels. But its fine.

• Houssem (6/5): Decent hotel but unbearable noise at night (back side) - The location, the staff were nice and the laundry facility were a good thing to have The noise at night was unbearable. We had a room at the back side of the hotel, and the noise coming from the outside was unbearable (some sort of engines behind the hotel ?). The windows are not sound proof, and as a result we couldn't sleep well for most of the nights. I should have raised the problem with the staff from the first night, but I had just arrived after 24 hours with no sleep so I didn't noticed the noise at all on that first night.

Wifi was slecht en ingewikkeld! Lukte niet om daar op te komen. Verschillende keren anders uitgelegd. Water bij het ontbijt zou fijn zijn en kost haast niets. Verder prima geslapen

The staff were helpful and kind. When I walked alone near the hotel at night, it somehow scared me due to the quietness and a few men (most likely the homeless) gathered in the street.
• Lotfy Abdel Aziz (10/5): Great Spot With Trendy Vibes - If you are looking for a different unique type of hotels, then LYF should be your destination.... since i was planning this trip i kept comparing this place to several other options but at the end i chose this place twice in my trip to malaysia in different dates. the location is really good so near to everywhere ... rooms are trendy and comfy that give you great vibes and really i have to mention the level of cleanliness is really remarkable The atmosphere all around the place is cool and gives you the vibes that you are one of them . if i can talk about the service , then this is the top quality of this hotel , since i arrived late night till my last day in both visits , ive found a great level of service specially from the front office representative Fairus , who really gives you all the info you need and he made sure that i am having a good time and providing highest level of professionalism i didn't book the room with breakfast so i cant say anything about the food quality there but i had coffee there and it was good Thank you so much Lyf Team for this unforgettable experience i had during my 2 visits recently Nothing

It's also central and they have great amenities ie gym, laundry room and games area If you're facing the road you'll hear it all. From the early morning traffic to the bike passing and honking. But you'll have a view of the KL tower
• Gillian (5/5): Niet aan te raden als je centraal wil zitten - Het personeel was vriendelijk. Wanneer we toekwamen kregen we direct een goede uitleg. De accomodatie lag voor ons niet in een goede buurt. We vonden de buurt een beetje vervuild en er was weinig te beleven. De kamer die wij hadden was proper maar er was enorm veel lawaai te horen. Het leek op de aircoinstallatie van buiten. Er schenen ook gigantische spots op ons raam, en het kleine rolgordijntje hield dit niet tegen. Het ontbijt stelde niets voor, amper keuze en gewoon niet lekker.

• Sabine (9/5): - Zimmer sind sehr akkurat, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Empfang hat rund um die Uhr offen und das Personal dort sehr nett. Für 1-2 Nächte absolut ok. Die Lage ist auch zentral und man kommt schnell nach Chinatown und zum Nachtmarkt Das Hotel gehört zu einer Kette, daher evtl alles etwas unpersönlich. Die Promo-Emails vor und nach dem Aufenthalt haben auf jeden Fall genervt. Kann man aber natürlich auch einfach ignorieren.

• Mayte (10/5): Hotel perfecto para tu estancia en Kuala Lumpur - El staff fue increíblemente agradable y muy empáticos con nosotros. La primera noche, descansamos mal debido a unas máquinas que había fuera del hotel, pero cuyo ruido entraba por la ventana de nuestra habitación. Al explicarle al staff (un chico joven que estuvo tanto el primer y el segundo día y que sentimos no haberle pedido el nombre), nos cambió la habitación sin dudarlo y nos puso en una de una planta superior. La verdad que el resto de noches fue un alivio descansar en este sitio y estuvimos muy agradecidos con eso. El desayuno fue realmente bueno y superó nuestras expectativas. Debido a que creíamos que sería tipo bufet y al ver que no era así, la verdad es que pensé que no sería bueno, pero todo lo contrario: puedes elegir unas bandejas tanto con desayuno occidental como local y todas las opciones son deliciosas. Además, tienes a tu disposición una máquina de café y agua caliente para preparar el té. Me pareció una forma muy buena de acabar con el desperdicio de comida. Otro aspecto positivo de esta estancia es que, aunque no tiene piscina como otras alternativas en la zona, tiene unas vistas muy bonitas. Además, los espacios comunes, la sala de gym, la zona de lavandería (de pago pero no es caro), fueron realmente útiles para nuestra estancia. El lugar se encuentra algo apartado de los sitios de interés pero lo cierto es que con el tren y el taxi (que son baratos), puedes llegar a todos los sitios. Cabe destacar que la habitación estaba perfectamente acondicionado e inclusive disponías de nevera y cocina, aparte de aire acondicionado, TV, caja fuerte.... Aún seguimos sin entender tener que descargarte la aplicación para hacer el checkin. La verdad es que no nos sirvió para nada más, aparte de poder acceder a internet rápido, y fue un poco tedioso. Aún así, volveríamos a escoger este lugar para hospedarnos en Kuala Lumpur.

Good location, near metro station and few minutes taxi to Kl sentral train station. Friendly stuff, they received our DHL shipment before our arrival. Nothing really, just it would be better to have electricity socket for the hair dryer in the bathroom.

• Simone (8/5): Perfecte locatie en comfortabele kamers - De kamers zijn erg schoon en de bedden erg comfortabel. De AC werkt goed en de badkamer heeft een heerlijke douche. Je hebt genoeg ruimte om kleding op te hangen en zelfs nog een bureautje om aan te werken. Er is altijd iemand die je vriendelijk begroet in de lobby en je kan (tegen betaling) gebruik maken van de wasmachines en drogers. Ze hebben boven ook een gedeelde keuken die je kan gebruiken om zelf te koken (met koelkast) en een kleine gym. De locatie is perfect, je zit dicht bij China Town waar veel te beleven is en pakt ook zo een Grab naar andere leuke wijken in de stad. Er zitten ook leuke ontbijt tentjes op loopafstand. Het hotel leek een beetje verlaten, er is een bar / lounge boven en de lobby is ook ruim maar we hebben tijdens ons verblijf maar heel weinig mensen gezien en daardoor was de bar ook niet open boven. We hebben uiteindelijk dus alles buiten de deur gedaan. Een wasrek zou fijn zijn voor de spullen die je niet in de droger wil doen.

• Bugrahan (4/5): We had high hopes for Lyf being from an established brand of hotels. Id consider other options if you want a comfortable - Staff were great! The hotel genuinely needs a freshen up. Items like doors were damaged. Aircon was the worst we’ve experienced in any hotel, either too hot or cold. No real in between. Constant dust smell in room and corridors, especially like damp. Just across the street cars drive over a metal grate making immense noise as every driver passes. Hotel management should know how to resolve this via contact with local council. Its clearly ignored. China town is alot more unpleasant at night with significant homelessness and drunk individuals walking around. Definitely not ideal with kids. Breakfast is an utter joke. Pre packaged plastic breakfast was disgraceful. Filming of a private tv show occured from early morning to late in the evening the main access lobby. Pre warning guests wouldve shown some respect for those who booked. We felt like we were impacting filming when we wanted to enter and exit the hotel. Saving grace for this hotel is that the staff were all super lovely. I dont think ill book another ascot property including lyf again as a result of their ignorance os the items that matter in making a comfortable stay.

They also have a nice last floor. It is not actually a bad thing to take out points from them, but I would not recommend paying the breakfast. It is a precooked meal, with not many options. It is not bad, but does not worth it

• Melina (10/5): - Es war sauber, ruhig und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Es gab Wasserspender und die Zimmer waren komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut.
• Franziska (8/5): - Es gab gefiltertes Wasser, mit dem man seine Flasche auffüllen konnte. Sehr nettes Personal! Die Zimmer sind teilweise ein bisschen hellhörig.

• Tim (8/5): Vollkommen in Ordnung für 1-2 Tage - Zimmer bieten viel Platz und das Bett ist gemütlich. Alles andere mehr funktionsfähig, aber brauchbar. Die Lage war mit Grab immer in Reichweite. Personal beim Einchecken war nicht freundlich. Am nächsten Morgen und beim Check-Out war aber alles in Ordnung (weil anderes Personal). Frühstück ist nicht gerade gut, aber für den Preis erwarte ich keine Wunder.
• Sumetinee (10/5): Great base for exploring KL - Great location in the middle of the city, walkable to Chinatown. Clean, spacious room and great facilities on the top floor including laundrette, workspace, kitchen and terrace. Water dispensers on every floor too!
