Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno con un ragazzo disabile e sono stati super gentili e disponibili. Stanze belle ordinate, pulizia ottima, colazione molto buona. Rapporto qualità prezzo super top, ho pagato molto di più strutture che offrivano molto meno di questa. Non posso dire nulla su questo.

Além disso, não presenciei a falta de organização e limpeza que temo encontrar na maioria dos hotéis, pois a limpeza era feita meticulosamente e diariamente.

• Brecht (8/5): Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en proper hotel - Het personeel was super vriendelijk en zeer attent en heeft er ook voor gezorgd dat mijn vader zijn 60ste verjaardag met plezier heeft beleefd. De locatie lag op 10min rijden (Uber) van Taksim wat dus wel rust gaf na een dag in de drukke stad. Persoonlijk waren de kussens vrij hard, maar dat ligt aan persoonlijke voorkeur. Het ontbijt was vrij beperkt, maar in orde. Als men te voet naar de stad wil gaan is het wel een stevige wandeling berg op.

• Mahta (8/5): We had a great time at The Hubi Hotel, especially with the amazing staff. - The staff were extremely welcoming and nice, they helped us weigh our luggage, arranged taxi to get to places etc. The place was clean and great value for money. The breakfast was great too. The only issue was that we could hear the corridor noise. My husband heard a couple fighting in the middle of the night and could not sleep, which is absolutely not the fault of the hotel or the staff. Maybe some noise reduction solution would be helpful.

• ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΟΥ (10/5): - Μείναμε πλήρως ικανοποιημένοι από το δωμάτιο και την εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο κάθε μέρα της διαμονής μας. Ο Σιναν στη ρεσεψιόν μας βοήθησε σε ότι ζητήσαμε. Επίσης πολύ θετικό ότι διαθέτει πάρκινγκ.Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
• Djordje (10/5): Excellent value for money – don't let petty complaints fool you! - ​This hotel is fantastic for the price you pay. I really don’t understand some of the negative reviews regarding trivial matters. If you want a realistic and honest opinion, here it is: ​1. Location: The hotel is located just below Taksim. Yes, Istanbul is hilly and there are stairs to climb, but this isn't "hiking"—it’s just a short walk to the station which connects you to everything, including Taksim Square itself. The location is very convenient. ​2. The Neighborhood: The street has several mechanic shops, but it also has many hotels. These shops are perfectly normal and they don't work at night, so there is no noise issue at all. It’s a safe and standard city street. ​3. Breakfast: The breakfast was great! The menu changes daily and everything is constantly replenished. I don't know what people expect for this price point—if you want a Hilton-style buffet, go to a Hilton and pay five times more. For this hotel, the breakfast is more than sufficient and tasty. ​4. Cleanliness & Service: The rooms are perfectly clean. Bedding is changed daily if you wish. I saw comments about staff entering rooms uninvited—this is nonsense. There are electronic buttons for "Do Not Disturb" and "Clean My Room." If you don't press anything, it’s only logical that housekeeping will enter to do their job. If they didn't, people would complain that the rooms aren't being cleaned! Use the buttons provided and you'll have no issues. ​5. Staff & Facilities: The staff is fantastic and very helpful. The hotel also offers parking, which is a huge plus in this area. We didn't use the SPA, so I cannot comment on that, but everything else was top-notch. ​Verdict: Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, professional, and affordable stay in a great location. All was fine

Large room with jacuzzi, clean and modern enough. there is very limited breakfast. especially bread, there is only simit and traditional Turkish wheat flour bread, missing a bit of wholemeal bread. air conditioning is centrally controlled, even though it was hot the system could not blow cold air, you have to open windows and insects can come in. If you are going to Taksim 20min walk or Osmanbey 15min walk, you will have to go uphill, be prepared.

Ca să ajungi la stația de autobuz sau metro era nevoie să urci foarte multe trepte sau străzi în pantă Am utilizat doar taxi-ul pentru a ajunge la obiective Spa-ul lipsește cu desăvârșire, la cerere au dat drumul la o mică saună, în rest nimic nu funcționează Micul dejun înseamnă o selecție de măsline, brânză, ouă și cereale. Trebuie să debarasezi personal masa și să cauți tacâmuri în dulapuri sau chiar să speli personal vesela. La micul dejun erau 5 mese pentru servit

• leslie (8/5): Clean, friendly, good value hotel - The most positive points where the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the receptionists where mainly young men, who were so helpful and friendly, they were lovely. The rooms were nice, very clean, and comfortable, such good value. Breakfast was simple, but fresh and adequate Slightly out of the way for accessing all sights, however it was only a 10 minute walk (uphill) to the main road, where we could then access really good transport (bus) and travel to wherever we needed to go.

• Radu Robert (10/5): Servicii excelente - Hotelul este foarte curat, personalul este extrem de amabil si de atent, nu ne-a lipsit absolut nimic. Micul dejun este variat si foarte gustos, ceaiul si cafeaua este din partea casei, la orice oră poti servi in restaurant. Am stat la etajul 8 si am avut apa fierbinte, patul este super confortabil, baia este dotată complet cu tot ce ai nevoie. Per total camerele de hotel sunt foarte moderne. Parcarea privată este un mare plus, iar băieții de la receptie au fost extraordinari, pe aceasta cale țin să îi salut. Vom reveni cu siguranță. Singurul potential minus ar fi că zona nu are o infrastructură ingrijită, deși este plină de hoteluri si complexe rezidentiale recent ridicate.Dar asta nu este vina oamenilor ci este vina autorităților.Este o atmosfera locală, este o zonă unde toți oamenii muncesc din greu fie că este vorba de patiserii sau autoserviri, fie ca este vorba de vulcanizări, croitorii și altele. Noua ne-a placut pentru ca nu căutam o zona turistica, altor persoane este posibil sa nu le placă.Oamenii sunt extrem de amabili peste tot si te ajută când ai nevoie cu orice din puținul lor. Există in apropriere stații de bus, poti ajunge ușor in zonele de interes. Puteti incerca si taxi-urile prin aplicatia locală de taxi, preturile sunt rezonabile.
• Sibel (6/5): Okay hotel but i would not stay again as there as better hotels in the same location, the breakfast & cleanliness of - The hotel is modern & nice. The staff were friendly & welcoming. The location is okay, however you have to walk up a very big hill to get to the main area near Taksim Square/metro etc. I would not recommend the location to people that don’t like walking up hill or doing a lot of walking in general! The breakfast was poor, it was literally an L shape in the corner of the hotel & was self service, there was barely any choice or selection of anything. When something was finished, it was not replenished. The room was very small & the walls were very thin, so you could hear the guests beside you very clearly. The housemaid was not good, our teas/coffees were not getting refilled each day, the body wash was also not getting refilled. They would only give enough towels for one person sometimes. Also one day our bed wasn’t made up, it felt like they were quick to take our tips but not cleaning our room properly. Although the bed was very comfy, in the last few days i was waking up with bite marks on me, which I’m certain were bed bug bites. So would not rate the cleanliness of the room as the best to be honest.

• Tea (10/5): - Kraljevski apartmani na zadnjem katu su izvrsni i vrlo prostrani; imaju prekrasan kamin i dva televizora koje možete gledati iz svakog kuta sobe, što je vrlo lijepo; jacuzzi čini boravak luksuznim. Također je na pješačkoj udaljenosti od Taksima.

• Abeer (10/5): - يتمتع الفندق بموقع ممتاز، وغرفه نظيفة. يقدم الفندق إفطارًا متنوعًا ولذيذًا. الموظفون ودودون للغاية، وخاصة السيد سنان من قسم الإفطار، الذي كان متعاونًا للغاية ومرحبًا. شكرًا لكم!

• Mrs (10/5): - من ماه عسلم را اینجا گذراندم و از آنها خواستم قبل از رسیدنم هماهنگی‌های لازم را انجام دهند. آنها گفتند که من لایق بهترین‌ها هستم و چیزی حتی زیباتر از آنچه تصور می‌کردم، برایم آماده کردند. من از آنها بسیار سپاسگزارم و صبحانه خوشمزه بود. همچنین از کارکنان به خاطر خدمات دوستانه‌شان بسیار سپاسگزارم.

Lokasyonu çok merkezi istediğiniz her yere kolayca ulaşabileceğiniz bir konumda ayrıca metroya çok yakın olması büyük kolaylık tam bir fiyat performans oteli herkese önerebilirim.
