• Zoresław Dmytryszyn (9/5): Przepiękny dom, super cicha przyjazna i zielona okolica, dobry dojazd, problemy z firmą zarządzającą - Super lokalizacja, cicha, sokojna okolica pełna zieleni, a jednocześnie 5 min na piechotę do metra, w okolicy cała niezbędna infrastruktura - sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie. Obiekt - to przepiękny dom w wiktoriańskim stylu, bardzo zadbany i przytulny, z pięknym cichym ogródkiem. W domu było wszystko, czego potrzeba - w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, kawa, herbata, łazienka z kosmetykami. Cisza, spokój i śpiew ptaków, przepiękne miejsce Kontakt z firmą zarządzającą był trochę utrudniony, a obsługa obiektu wywyłała sprzeczne komunikaty - pierwotnie któś miał nas spotkać i oprowadzić po domu, żeby wszystko pokazać, a w ostateczności były tylko pozostawione klucze przy wejściu. Proces załatwienia formalności z firmą zarządzającą też nieczytelny i przebiegał w dość stresowy sposób. W obiekcie nie działało wi-fi przez cały czas pobytu, i pomimo zgłoszenia na samym początku, nie zoostało naprawione, jednocześnie firma zarządazająca zaproponowała alternatywne rozwiązanie w postaci dostępów do publicznych punktów wi-fi i zobowiązała się pokryć koszt takich wydatków. Komunikacja po pobycie tez dość skomplikowana i zajęła trochę czasu. Podsumowując - organizacyjnie proces obsługi jest dość utrudniony, ale sam pobyt był niesamowity.

• Evangeline (9/5): Séjour cozy dans Londres - Cette maison est très bien placée, à quelques minutes à pied de 4 lignes de métro qui vous emmèneront où vous souhaitez dans Londres. Rue calme, intérieur charmant et cozy. Vous disposerez de tout ce qu’il vous faut pour un bon séjour. Un guide pour l’utilisation des équipements serait le bienvenu (wifi, chauffage, cuisine).

• Maxine (9/5): Spacious and charming - The house was as charming as promised, with a sweet courtyard garden. The bathroom and kitchen were furnished in a contemporary style, while the rest of the furnishings were slightly old-fashioned, which added to the charm. The books and personal effects of the owner made the house feel more personal and lived-in. The location, within 5 minutes of Hammersmith underground couldn't be better. There is a Marks and Spencer food hall within easy walking distance, as are a superb fish restaurant, Faber, and an independent vegetarian cafe, Kate. The beds were quite hard and the somewhat hectoring tone of the frequent communications from the management company rather off-putting.
• Gabriela (10/5): Great - The house was perfect and all we wanted, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Very well connected to the city centre and high streegt and still in a quiet road to be able to relax. The cleaningness of the house wasn't meticulous, there were some hairs around the bathroom and the bedsheets didn't smell freshly cleaned. The check-in instructions could've also been better if there was a little leaflet at the house explaining how the heating system works, wifi, etc. If that would be perfected, this would be a 10/10 place!

• Kate (10/5): Exceptional - the house was amazing, all required for the short stay was in place and even more - a lot of amenities and consumables. Very nice interior full of retro staff and books. no chopping board on the kitchen. It would be better to pick up the key from a coded box.
• Sellena (10/5): Beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood, would recommend to others and would also love to come back! - The location is very close to the trains and buses in hammersmith. It was a quiet neighborhood but we could easily get to central London in about 30 minutes. The host was very efficient in communicating with us through text. Lots of attention to detail including providing adapters already at the property. There is no AC but it wasn’t too hot during our stay (late summer). There are also lots of restaurants and drinks around the area, all within 10 minute walking distance. Would definitely love to come back! There was an early checkout time of 6AM but that was when we had to leave for our flight anyways. No complaints here! We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this property and would recommend!
