• Jumur (9/5): Excellent stay in a cool boutique hotel . - It sure is a local gem. Although in the middle of a very desirable tourist area, it still is on a relatively quiet little street. There is a cafe within 10 steps of the hotel that provides breakfast and sandwiches etc.. for lunch. Very attentive staff. No cars allowed in the neighborhood. No cars but the main transportation for the merchants is nice mopeds. Closing time is past midnight so a moped or two can interrupt your sleep. Otherwise no issues for being in a prime tourist location.

Персонал отличный, нашли решение нашему непростому варианту размещения - я забронировала не совсем то, что было нужно, но все решили и даже не взяли доплату за более дорогой номер, спасибо огромное. Девушка уборщица помогла нам в переводе с русского на турецкий языки. Завтраки в соседнем отеле тоже хорошие, хоть и не шведский стол. Мы остались довольны пребыванием в этом отеле.

We stayed there one night and it was one of the best nights ever. The hotel is a boutique hotel, cozy and quiet. The employee, Ahmed Al-Masri, was absolutely wonderful; his service was sweet and he was very helpful. 🌷🌷
• Kostiantyn (10/5): Комфортне, спокійне, приємне місце в чудовому районі районі - Отель розташований в дуже гарному місці, до Босфору 2 хвилини ходу. Катер до центральної частини міста поруч, автобуси до Таксім та Фатіх також дуже близько. Якби не затори на дорогах, до центральних памʼяток можна дістатися за 20хв. Подорож на катері до Еміньоню одне задоволення. В отелі дуже затишно і комфортно, номери охайні, зручні, теплі. Розташований отель в центрі розваг Ортакой, але вночі тихо і спокійно. Район безпечний. На ресепшені працюють дуже приємні Саліх та Букет, ми спілкувались з ними з великим задоволенням. Вони завжди готові допомогти вам, пропонують чай та каву, радо зустрічають всіх гостей, допомагають занести багаж в номер, тому відсутність ліфта не становить проблеми. Сніданки можна замовляти в сусідньому кафе. Якщо замовляєте через отель, буде дешевше, ми платили 400 лір замість 500. Сніданки чудові, великі, смачні. Якщо хочете якусь іншу страву, можна замовляти. Фото сніданку є в букінгу, але це фото не вражає так, як сам сніданок. В перший день ми замовили три сніданки на три особи і не впорались з усією їжею, хоча було дуже смачно. В подальшому замовляли 2 сніданки на трьох. Працівники кафе також дуже приємні і комунікабельні. В кафе чисто, їжу готують при вас, в рукавичках. В номерах є все необхідне-чай, кава, чайник, фен, капці, мило, шампунь, гель для душу. Часто міняють рушники, прибирають в номері. Працівники отелю завжди раді допомогти вам і порадою, і справою, дуже friendly, гостинні. Саме такі, яких хочеться бачити на ресепшені. Нам сподобалось наше перебування, і ми всім радимо відвідати Berfinn Ortakoy! Ми задоволені перебуванням в отелі. Мінус- це затори на дорогах, але це не до готелю. Загалом, якщо ви не обмежені в часі, то затори дозволяють роздивитися все навколо 😂

• Emina (10/5): Bila je kisa dva dana naseg boravka u Istanbulu ali to nas nije sprijecilo da uzivamo 😄 - Objekat je uz obalu, odmah kod Ortakoy dzamije, odlicna lokacija gdje god se ide. Posebno da pohvalim osoblje hotela koji su nam uvijek bili na raspolaganju. Momci su super a posebno Ahmed koji dobro prica engleski i uvijek se trudio kada on radi da nam nista ne fali. Sve je super bilo, hotel je renoviran tako da nemamo primjedbe.

• Hala (10/5): Honestly we had an amazing it was so comfortable and clean! And the staff was lovely and so attentive! Lovely quaint pla - It was in such a good place literally right next to the water, and 3 mins away from a bus stop and all the shops are around, the receptionist was so sweet, he made sure we had everything we needed and they had our room ready early and it was very clean, they even gave us plugs when we realized ours don’t work! It was also really easy to go to both airports sabiha and Istanbul you’d only need a bus and then the metro! There is the famous kumpir street literally a minute away. Nothing it was really lovely

• Marah (9/5): lovely cosy wholesome - the property is so cosy and clean the staff are so extremely friendly! we were 4 girls and they helped us with our luggage and literally made us feel so welcome. the rooms and bed is very comfortable and the shower and toilets are very clean. hot water was available 24/7. the area ortakoy is so underrated its very lively and full of so much to do (especially food) the people are kind! we found that the souvenirs in this area are better and cheaper than ones in taksim and other popular areas. the hotel is 3 minutes away by walking from the bus stop that will take you to all major places in istanbul and the ferry is 1 minute away. its not loud that you get disturbed at night and if you do the staff make sure the people move their party elsewhere. the mosque is right next door so you might be woken up by the call to prayer for Fajr, and the walls between the rooms are pretty thin but its just about being considerate to your neighbour. the first few nights we had to turn on the AC cause it was hot and rhe cooling system made a really loud noise every 10min but we have informed the staff and they said they are going to fix it in November

Très bon rapport qualité prix Seul petit bémol la chambre que l’on a eu aurait bénéficié d’un petit coup de peinture (quelques endroits sur les murs étaient abîmés) mais pour cette gamme de prix ce n’est clairement pas rédhibitoire. Je conseille cet établissement

It’s also near public transportation and the Ortaköy pier. But what I liked most was the hotel staff, especially Mr. Saleh at the reception. He was very helpful, friendly and respectful, and made our stay comfortable. I would like to thank him for his outstanding service. Nothing in particular – everything was great except there was no elevator

Temizlik de hiç iyi değil banyo pis içinde ve hergün temizlik istiyordum ama sanki zorla yapıyordular hiç yapmamış gibi konum güzel ama yatak berbat . Sadece resepsiyon daki personel iyidi o kadar . Bence bu kadar paraya hiç değmez Sağlınızdan da olursunuz hala belim çok kötü ağrıyor yazık gerçekten

Absolutely perfect from A-Z, from the location, to the room, to the staff. The staff are super accommodating and flexible, and were always very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay, it was incredible! My choice of hotel has definitely majorly contributed to my enjoyment of my visit to Istanbul. Also, the location is central and perfect, everything you need is within walking distance. The area is very lively, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. In addition, the area is very safe, I felt safe walking at night alone. The hotel is around a 2 min-walk from the Ortakoy port, enhancing the accessibility of transportation. Room facilities are very clean and modern as well. I will definitely be returning to this hotel
