• Polatkan (1/5): GA HIER NIET HEEN! - Toen we aankwamen was er helemaal niemand en alles was donker. We konden nergens aanbellen of ons melden bij een receptie/host. De wijk waar dit "hotel"'ligt is grimmig en verlaten. Bij aankomst kregen wij al rare blikken van omstanders. We zijn doorgereden naar en ander hotel, want hier was niemand aanwezig.

• Islas (5/5): Bien si quieres ahorrar, mal si quieres comodidad - El único detalle bueno es la ubicación, muy centro y cerca de todo lo necesario El departamento le falta mantenimiento a varias cosas, el baño tenía una gotera y amanecía todo chorreado el piso, quedó el dueño de mandar a alguien a revisarlo y nunca llegó dicha persona.

• Brenda Sofia (9/5): Great value for a short stay - Very comfortable and clean. Great location. 15 minute walk from the ferry. Has a Smart TV. Not much ventilation in bathroom. You cannot really open the bathroom window as there is no mosquito net.

• Magdalena (7/5): Good for a while - Easy check-in and the ability to leave a car. The dishwashing liquid was very diluted, the sponge was used and unusable. There was no table or chair in the room to spread things out.
• Diana (8/5): It was good. - The place is in a good location and easy access for many touristic areas. The place is safe and clean Kitchen supplies not enough, we were 5 and the utensils were not enough, just 3 spoons, 2 pots. Microwave was not working. The place is great but needs a little more kitchen supplies.

It was then fixed by the Owners. It should have been in full working condition before I arrived. But as soon as I complained, the Owners came and fixed everything. The beds could be Improved also

• Natali (10/5): Excellent - Very good owner, was always in touch and helped, answered questions, speaks excellent English, the ability to leave the keys at check-out at any time, the location suited us very well, walking distance from Feri to Isla Mujeres, private parking with a key for one car, you can leave the car near the house, good wi-fi, neat clean comfortable kitchen, of the necessary utensils, everything is there, and most importantly, a carefully left tank of drinking waterlarge ,big refrigerator, air conditioning in all rooms, two separate rooms and a living room. Budget, clean, simple, but at the same time very comfortable and good.Absolutely recommend It took a little fiddling with the hot water shower, but we did it😅
