• Jason (9/5): A relaxing space close to a great part of the city. - The location was perfect for sightseeing and lots of good restaurants and even a metro station nearby. Had everything we needed for our stay. Initially difficult to find the apartment as we arrived after the office was closed.

• Heekyeong (9/5): Staying at Napoli just like home! - I strongly recommend this room for the following reasons. 1. Perfect Location: This room is located in safe and clean area of Napoli. Additionally, the location is convenient for exploring key tour points because of its reach to station and port. 2. Clean and well equipped : It seems like newly renovated and maintained very clean. Also, equipped with refrigerator, microwave, tablewares which allowed us to stay just like home. 3. Friendly host: The host responded to our request and inquiry quickly through Whatsapp. e.g. towel exchange, luggage Very minor points but I’d like to leave some comment for the host to tap into the feedback. Amenity could have been better. Sleepers, Maintenance of electric kettle, and Facial tissues. Especially, staying at the room without sleepers were quite uncomfortable given that the streets of Napoli was not very clean.
• Tamsyne (10/5): Great location, nice apartment, wonderful host - I stayed at Pignatelli Loft for 3 weeks while attending a course nearby.The apartment is in a great location, with lots of amenities (cafes, restaurants, metros stations, the waterfront) nearby. There are also supermarkets in walkable distance. The apartment itself was clean, nicely furnished and had lots of utensils for cooking if you felt like it. I appreciated the coffee machine and coffee provided. While I never met the host, the check in instructions were very clear and the host was very communicative via Whatsapp. I always felt I could ask for assistance if need be and the host went out of their way to fix a leak in the kitchen which the cleaning staff had noticed. I can't recommend my stay highly enough. Staying at Pignatelli Loft made my stay in Naples a great one - it even started to feel a bit like home.
