- Martina (2/5): Muy mala experiencia. - Teníamos una reserva hecha hace tres meses y, al llegar, la chica de recepción (muy amable, por cierto) nos informó de que el hotel había cambiado de dueño. No era culpa de ella, pero nos comunicó que los precios habían subido un 50% sin ningún aviso previo, algo totalmente inaceptable. Además, intentaron darnos una habitación diferente a la que habíamos reservado, y solo después de hablar directamente con el nuevo dueño conseguimos llegar a un acuerdo. Aun así, nos cobraron el parking, que estaba incluido, y una comisión extra a mi pareja y a mí, algo que nunca nos había ocurrido en Albania. En cuanto a las instalaciones, todo sigue igual, pero con precios mucho más altos. Y el desayuno era incomible; lo vimos y decidimos irnos a desayunar fuera. Una gran decepción. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie, especialmente por la falta de seriedad y transparencia en la nueva gestión.
- Arttu (7/5): Good for short stay at Gjirokaster - Its a decent hotel in decent location. Someway uphill, not far from old town. Room was nice and comfortable. Yes elevator was a bit scary and the vibe wasn't great. Staff spoke anti-Greek propaganda. Don't believe it, just go to Greece it in every way superior compared to Albania. For me the only place in Albania worth the visit was Gjirokaster.

- Sema (8/5): Fijn verblijf en prima locatie - Fijn hotel en kamer. Schone badkamer en bedden. Ik ben er 1 nacht gebleven maar mocht m’n spullen de 2e dag achterlaten in een afgesloten kamer, erg vriendelijk. De locatie is ook goed te doen naar het toeristische gebied het is wel even een stukje lopen maar zijn erg leuke straten. En het busstation is ook makkelijk te doen en ook in de buurt genoeg eetplekjes gezien. Kan hier niets bij bedenken. Ik heb hier geen ontbijt bij genomen dus kan er geen oordeel over doen.

- Ivan (8/5): Good place to explore the city and the surrounding attractions. - This is centrally located hotel. The room was very nice with a good view of the city and castle. Short walks to all the different areas of interest. I was surprised with a daily parking fee. It was not very expensive, but I was unexpected. The good thing was it had plenty of parking.

A ausência de funcionários na recepção é rotina e, além disso, é enorme a demora para a produção do café da manhã, que o hóspede escolhe no momento em que chega para se alimentar no bar do hotel. Houve um dia em que, por conta de um passeio, tive que sair sem o café da manhã, pois fiz o pedido e a demora foi enorme, e não pude esperar. Tudo é muito demorado, acredito que não há treinamento ou que a quantidade de funcionários é inferior à demanda. Tivemos um contratempo, o quarto em que estávamos, apresentou um vazamento enorme e passamos a madrugada sem dormir. No dia seguinte, relatamos o fato e nos realocaram num apartamento em frente ao hotel. O apartamento em si era muito bom, todavia, não havia ar condicionado nos quartos, somente um na sala. Como estávamos no verão, sentimos muito calor.

Too many small issues like a couple of blinds and a shower head that were not properly working, plus the elevator was kinda scary.! - ARIADNI (10/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσια, πεντακαθαρο δωματιο, ωραια θεα στο Κάστρο απο το μπαλκονάκι. Ησυχη γειτονιά, πεντε λεπτά με τα ποδια απο το κέντρο του Αργυροκαστρου και πάνω στον δρομο που οδηγει στους πεζοδρομους και το Κάστρο. Προθυμο προσωπικο, εξυπηρετικοί άνθρωποι (κάποιοι μιλουν και ελληνικά). Δεν δουλευε το ψυγειάκι του δωματίου. Το αναφεραμε στη Ρεσεψιον για να το φροντισουν. Χρειαζεται το κρυο νερο το καλοκαιρι.

Tienen un parking espacioso y cómodo que te ahorra muchos problemas, además no necesitas meterte por callejuelas. El desayuno fue una pasada!!! - arnaud (9/5): - Très bien situé à 15/20min à pied du village et du chateau de Gjirokastër. Service, personnel, équipements au top ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent et vous avez le restaurant " Focus " avec rooftop juste en face de l'hotel. Je vous recommande sans hésiter. Le supplement pour acces à la salle de sport.

- Aina Maria (8/5): - Bien ubicado. Las instalaciones son bastante antiguas, pero cumple con su función. El desayuno es tipo buffet y está bueno. El parking es de pago, pero nos dejaron alargar unas horas, después del check out.

- Matteo (10/5): - Accoglienza perfetta!!! Lo staff gentile, disponibile ed efficiente. La posizione ottima per arrivare con l’auto. Centro raggiungibile a piedi, se piacciono le salite, o facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi. Nulla da segnalare
- Lotte (7/5): - Schoon, goede bedden, vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel is ontzettend gehorig, je hoort letterlijk elke stap en elke kraan open of dicht gaan. Ook is het nog best een flinke klim naar de oude stad.
