• Joel K (10/5): Highly recommend - Amazing hotel for several reasons: 1- located right next to a metro station with line 13 and 14. Line 14 is very fast and goes up to Orly airport 2- rooms are very spacious, lots of storage space, very nice furniture, room is very well isolated so you don't hear any outside noise despite being not too far from the Boulevard Périphérique 3- very nice amenities: co-working space, gym, terrasse. 4- the staff is super nice and very friendly 5- There is a convenience store right downstairs which means you don't have to go far to buy some groceries

Dommage l absence de parking et de communication autour de celui ci . ce week end je me suis fais vendalisé dans la rue a cote ca gaché le week end bien terminé pourtant
• Hyunyoung (10/5): - 프랑스에서 제일 좋았던 호텔이에요 모든 시설이 새거고 너무 깨끗하고 주방시설도 잘 되어있어 식사를 만들어 먹기도 좋았습니다. 제가 필터 샤워기를 따로 챙겨갔었는데 11박 쓰면서 색도 변하지 않고 깨끗했어요 부족한 수건 식기류 얼음도 직접 가져다 쓸 수 있었고 청소기도 빌려 쓸 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔에서 걸어나가면 바로 지하철과 버스를 탈 수있어서 좋았습니다. 그리고 밤 늦게 호텔에 돌아와도 호텔 근처 치안이 좋아서 안전하게 다닐 수 있었어요 에어컨도 완전 빵빵하게 잘 틀어져요! 완전 추천합니다!

• Damien (8/5): Atypique et haut de gamme ! - Idéalement situé au pieds de la ligne 14 (porte de Clichy), une chambre de goût parfaitement équipée pour un séjour court comme long, vous ne serez pas déçus.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing and spacious loft room. Great location! - Amazing, comfortable and homely stay. Modern decor. Clean room and bathroom. Excellent customer service from friendly and helpful staff. The self-check in wasnt working on arrival so a member of staff helped us to check in after a short wait. We were rewarded with a welcome drink, which was much appreciated and enjoyed on yhe lovely rooftop terrace (only aspect we weren't used to was people smoking on the terrace but seems commonplace in Paris?). Location is perfect, right next to metro with fast line 14 into city centre. Well equipped kitchen and spacious room.
• Eric (2/5): - Property put body wash instead of body lotion inside of the container. This led to me developing a skin condition due to repeated uses of the so called body lotion. This is unacceptable and led to a medical emergency. They refill the bottles instead of using new bottles and clearly do not check what is inside.

• Dante (8/5): Good location, good hotel - It was a good stay and it was in a very good location. It was close to the train and had very nice restaurants around. There isn’t a lot of crowds in this location and that was good after a long day of being around people.The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, this is most likely the hotel I’ll be staying at when visiting again.

• Ozan (10/5): Pleasant & Modern stay in Paris - I really liked ZOku Paris. Hotel is not in the heart of the Paris but has a very convenient Metro connection. Staff is young, dynamic and smiling. Hotel room is modern, comfortable. My only comment is about lack of mini refrigerator ( minibar). I mean instead of having a dozen of mini cuboards, you could have put a small refrigirator ( I had to give my medicines to the reception bar because of this)

Although the hotel isn’t in the Centre of Paris the Metro (Lines 13 and 14) is across the street and you can get to any where you want to know easily. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything including cooking oil. I highly recommend staying here!

• Jean (10/5): Au TOP! - Mon premier séjour au Zoku Paris était professionnel dans le cadre des Jeux Olympiques Paris 2024 et il a été excellent. Cette fois-ci, c’est en loisir que je m’y suis rendu et le séjour fut une fois encore excellent! C’est simple: on se sent à la maison. Le staff est professionnel, conciliant, pro actif, mais surtout amical. Les lofts offrent une vraie bulle d’intimité. Propreté, cocktails de bienvenue et petite attention pour mon anniversaire: TOP !

• Juan (8/5): - As stated in the website "parking available ", and that was of the reasons to choose this hotel, i was expecting to be provided with a parking spot; instead the hotel provided me the address of a parking nearby that charges €48 per day. Other than that, rooms are a bit small but nice an well distributed. I didn't see nothing interesting in the area, but the hotel is in front of the metro, 10 to 15min away from turistic attractions.
• François (4/5): - The room clearly had not been cleaned before we got it. There were splashes of food everywhere. The soap in the bathroom was extremely harsh and gave me a rash. The curtains are not blackout and let a lot of light in first thing in the morning.

• Nancy (10/5): Great hotel and service - Loved my stay at Zoku. Rooms are really nice and it was clean. While it was a little cool to enjoy the rooftop bar, it is a great addition and would be enjoyable in warmer temps. There are grocery stores close by. The metro is steps away. So convenient. You get a macaroon on check out too. The gym has a good selection of equipment. While the area around the hotel itself didn’t seem to have much to do, the metro is so close that it didn’t matter to me. Special mention of two staff members who went above and beyond for me - thank you so much Dasha and Dina. I appreciate all of your help.

• Katerine (10/5): - We stayed at this property at the end of the month Sept 2023. The customer service was wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming environment. The area is across the street from the metro it was very easy to commute to the touristy areas. I loved that it was also a co-working space and conducive to a longer stay. The breakfast and coffee were really good. I would definitely stay there again. Overall I had a very positive experience and definitely think it was well worth the price.

Le 8e etage est sympathique, accueillant et bien décoré, on peut s’y installer dans les divans/tables/chaises suspendues pour se détendre ou prendre un verre. Le restaurant est bon, menu limité. Le déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet. Bon mais sans plus. Manque de choix pour le prix. Self Check-in, pas de bureau d’accueil. Personnel sur place peut aider, mais doit également gérer le restaurant/bar en même temps. Personnel jeune et sympathique , mais débordé et désorganisé, manque de personnel évident. Difficile de savoir qui est en charge. Menage des chambres correct, mais pas impeccable. Manque de savon, shampooing… Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits. La 2e nuit, tôt le matin, les lumières se sont mises à s’allumer et s’éteindre aux 10-30 secondes, sans arrêt. Nous n’avions plus le contrôle avec les interrupteurs. Nous avons téléphoné au « 0 ». Une heure plus tard, on nous a assigné une autre chambre. Hotel un peu loin du centre de Paris, mais Metro, RER, tramway et autobus à côté de l’hôtel donc tout est facilement accessible. Peu de possibilités de restauration tout près, mais on peut se rendre facilement dans des endroits mieux desservis avec le transport en commun. Quartier mal fréquenté, on s’y sent peu en sécurité en soirée.

Dette er et af de få hoteller, ud af rigtig mange jeg har boet på, hvor værelset faktisk er større og bedre end det indtryk, man får på billeder og annoncer ved reservationen. Alt er gennemtænkt, og service og kvalitet er helt i top.

Nice, clean, friendly staff. Loved it. very easy transport entry.10 min to Louvre and other famous places by public transportation.
