The kitchen, washing machine, second floor with two more large double beds 😍😍 – just fantastic! A very pleasant man greeted us, showed us around, explained everything, and was super friendly. He offered breakfast, we agreed on the time, and he brought it right to our apartments the next morning! The breakfast was amazing and varied. Both adults and kids ate their fill (we stayed as a big group of 8 people). The rooms have split AC systems, so we could turn on warm air. Beds are clean, linens are soft, and plenty of towels. Everyone’s thrilled and incredibly grateful! _

Ci siamo trovati in una stanza tremenda , con condizioni igieniche molto precarie. Non c'erano neanche i servizi elencati. Senza un tavolo. Senza un microonde. Senza acqua da bere. Senza kit da bagno. Con la doccia che perdeva acqua. Con lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi. Con odore di urina di gatto. Con una tenda rotta. E sopratutto con finestra bordo strada. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni ci hanno detto che pee quella notte dovevamo stare lì, il giorno dopo ci avrebbero spostato in una camera piu grande. Abbiamo detto che non ci interessava la grandezza, ma che fosse corrispondente alle foto. Loro facevano finta di non capire e dicevano che quella era la stanza delle foto, poi hanno detto che quella stanza non esisteva. La mattina dopo siamo dovuti scappare dalla struttura spendendo ulteriori soldi per continuare il soggiorno in un posto piu affidabile.

Отличный, доброжелательный персонал, оставляли вещи, уходили гулять при выезде. В номере есть свой котел газовый, можно было включить отопление. В номерах было очень грязно, рваное постельное белье, и на фото все сильно красивее выглядит, чем в живую.

Номера аккуратные, всё необходимое есть, уборка проводилась регулярно. Атмосфера в отеле очень приятная, чувствуешь себя как дома. Ils ont proposé de compenser les insuffisances détaillées ci-dessous en nous livrant gratuitement deux petits-déjeuners. La description sur le site est mensongère : il ne s'agit pas de cinq chambres d'un même appartement mais de cinq chambres réparties dans quatre appartements séparés. les équipements sont déficients : deux douches sur quatre ne fonctionnaient pas, les micro-ondes annoncés n'existent pas, la literie est trop étroite pour les lits, le nettoyage était insuffisant, le bruit de chaudières gênait le sommeil, les ustensiles de cuisine étaient très peu nombreux etc.

• Inna Goltsova (5/5): - Хорошее местоположение, удобные кровати, услужливый персонал - Ömer предоставил нам все что мы у него попросили, чайник, мусорные пакеты и даже одноразовые тапочки, что сильно улучшило наше пребывание. Номер очень грязный, кругом были чужие волосы, кухня также в плохом состоянии, вся посуда и столовые приборы грязные, мы рассчитывали что будем готовить завтраки и ужины, но в этих апартаментах это практически невозможно, также на четверых у нас было 2 стула и приходилось есть поочереди. Розетки выпадают, лампа на кухне работает с перебоями, вытяжку даже страшно трогать. В душе сломана лейка, мыться конечно можно, но не очень комфортно, также, когда мы переключили воду на кран, нам пришлось звать Ömera чтобы он обратно включил душ. Стены из картона, мы жили на первом этаже, где окна выходили во двор и когда кто-то ночью говорил на улице даже при закрытых окнах было ощущение что они говорят прям у нас в комнате. Не могу порекомендовать эти апартаменты и сама точно сюда не вернусь.

• Sebastian (1/5): Najgorsze doświadczenie z wynajmem w moim życiu! - Niestety ciężko znaleźć pozytyw, być może tylko to, iż była możliwość zameldowania się o 1.30 w nocy. Pomimo tego, iż często podróżuje z rodziną i wynajmuję apartamenty nigdy w życiu nie spotkałem się z takim tragicznym miejscem. Począwszy od tego, iż w pierwszej dobie nie zakwaterowano nas w apartamencie, który rezerwowaliśmy (nie zgadzał się ze zdjęciami ze strony). Pomimo tego pracownik upierał się, iż jest to ten apartament. Przy próbie wyjaśnienia poprostu trzasnął drzwiami i sobie bez pożegnania poszedł. Na drugi dzień zaproponowano nam inny apartament. Niestety on również tak jak pierwszy był w tragicznym stanie czystości. Wszechobecny grzyb i zapach wilgoci i stęchlizny unosił się w pokojach. Grzyb w łazience udokumentowany zdjęciami. Najgorsze doświadczenie w moim życiu!!! Odradzam wszystkim!!!

• SOFIA (7/5): Καλή τοποθεσία αλλά με προβλήματα - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό κ διαθέσιμο 24/7. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με μαλακό κ άνετο στρώμα. Δεν είναι βίλα με 5 δωμάτια αλλά είναι 3 οροφοδιαμερίσματα συν ένα στο ισόγειο κ ένα στο υπόγειο το οποίο δεν αναφέρεται. Επίσης, η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν αποδεκτή (τρίχες, σπορακια κλπ). Τα έπιπλα και οι πρίζες είναι φθαρμένα. Χρειάζεται αμεσα συντήρηση. Γενικότερα, αν εξαιρέσεις την τοποθεσία δεν το προτείνουμε.

• GEORGIOS (1/5): - Μπήκαμε και ήταν ισόγειο πενταβρωμικο με μούχλα μας άλλαξαν και μας κάνανε upgrade βάσει τα λεγόμενα τους αλλά και το καινούργιο δωμάτιο ήταν στην ίδια κατάσταση με μούχλα στους τοίχους και στα έπιπλα, βρώμικο και δεν μπορούσες να αναπνεύσεις από την υγρασία. Ο μάνατζερ αγενέστατος αναφέραμε το πρόβλημα και ειδικότερα ότι η κοπέλα μου έχει αναπνευστικό θέμα και δεν μπορούσε να μείνει εκεί μέσα, ζητήσαμε είτε ολόκληρο refund είτε κάποιο ποσό και εννοείται θα φεύγαμε χωρίς να το χρησιμοποιούμε τον χώρο αλλά μας το αρνήθηκαν με αγένεια και μας είπαν ότι λέμε ψέματα. Αγενέστατοι και καμία σχέση η πραγματικότητα του δωματίου με τις φωτογραφίες. Εννοείται φύγαμε χωρίς να μείνουμε εκεί.

La gentillesse d'Enver (réceptionniste) et sa disponibilité La saleté partout dans l appartement, rien n'était net, la douche très sale et les draps pas repassés ni très frais. Le manque de matériel et de vaisselle. La chasse d eau des toilettes ( mon mari l'a réparée deux fois). Le papier toilettes donné en petite quantité à chaque demande alors que nous étions 4 et 6...

• Mahtab (4/5): - Property is not maintained and managed professionally like a hotel type lodging. The description of the property provided to Expedia is very exaggerated and inaccurate. There is no sign board outside. So, in reality "Taksim Wonder Suites" does not exist. We stayed there for 15 days and bedsheets were changed only once (after 10 days) after repeated requests. Towels were replaced after about 6 or 7 days. Toilet clogged several times and we had to use toilet at the nearby restaurants. Kitchen was non functional and unsafe, so we did not attempt to use it. Gas main shut off valve on flexible plastic gas supply line was installed few inches from the stove burners. Expedia should immediately stop marketing this property to its customers.
• Ibrahim (8/5): - المكان نظيف وجميل ، الموقع جدا ممتاز وحيوي بالقرب من شارع الاستقلال بالاقدام 5 دقائق ، الغرف نوعاً ما صغيرة وبعض الاثاث يحتاج الى تطوير ، الحمامات تحتاج الى صيانة ، تعامل الموظفين كان جدا جميل واشكرهم جدا على التسامح معنا في تاخير الخروج 3 ساعات ، بالطبع سوف اقيم فيه مرة اخرى، لايوجد مصعد والدرج متعب لايناسب كبار السن
• Talal (7/5): كانت جيده جدا - قريب من شارع الاستقلال وكل غرفة بدورة مياه ومطبخ خاص وتعامل الموظف ممتاز الموقع داخل الحي ولا يوجد مصعد والحمامات بدون شطاف وشفاط

• Margarita (10/5): Nice place. Not good if you cannot do stairs. - The place is different. We were 6 and they offered a floor with 3 rooms. Each room with bathroom and kitchenette. One of the rooms was bigger and had a sofa. They had kitchen but not pots to cook. We asked for a water warmer and they found one for us. Also an iron. They were really helpful and communicative. Take in consideration that is a building and the stairs are not easy for every one. The location is also tricky. Be careful if you are not the best with ups and downs, or stairs. The location was convenient and near nice places. Recommended.

• Lana (10/5): Amazing stay. - The location is amazing, the apartment is tidy and neat, each room has it's own bathroom and kitchen, amazing for big friend groups or family where each member still wants to have some privacy. The hosts were very helpful, offered us airport shuttle for additional cost, which we used and really were happy with! Would be nice to have some cleaning equipment in the apartment too, but it was not a problem, we asked for it and received it :)
• Nagrash (6/5): Good location but no elevator. - Enver was very helpful and responding to our requests. No elevator, you need to use the stairs. I would suggest booking without breakfast
