• Claudio (9/5): - Personale molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Struttura molto pulita, letto comodo, posizione comoda per chi viaggia essendo molto vicina alla stazione. Siamo stati due giorni e ci hanno fatto cambio lenzuola e asciugamani. Tv moderna con Netflix e Disney plus. Caffè buono, peccato non ci sia una sorta di colazione inclusa e si deve uscire per forza per farla. Tutto ottimo.

Forse faceva un po troppo caldo anche con il condizionatore acceso. Ed era fastidioso sentire quello della stanza accanto che accendeva e spegneva la luce

• Chiesura (9/5): - La struttura si trova in posizione strategica vista la vicinanza alla stazione Tiburtina e alla metropolitana, Sarah, che si è occupata di noi, è stata estremamente gentile e attenta alle nostre esigenze. La stanza inoltre era molto bella e pulita!!!

La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dalla stazione Tiburtina e dalla Metro, e la camera è spaziosa, curata e dotata di ogni comfort. Nota di merito alla pulizia, davvero impeccabile in ogni angolo. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria per la sua estrema gentilezza. Consigliatissimo!

• ELPIDA (9/5): Πολύ καλή - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική. Ακριβώς απέναντι από τη στάση του Μετρό που πάει σχεδόν παντού. Καταρχήν στο αεροδρόμιο αλλά και σε όλα τα γνωστά μέρη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και καθαρίζονταν κάθε μέρα. Οι οδηγίες από το ξενοδοχείο ήταν αψογες. Ολοι ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικοί. Θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους θέλουν ένα κατάλυμα σε λογική τιμή χωρίς δυνατότητα πρωινού με καλή πρόσβαση σε δημόσια μεταφορικά μέσα. Το δωμάτιο έπρεπε να έχει δύο μεγάλα ποτήρια για καφέ, κατά προτεραιότητα γυάλινα. Καθώς προσέφερε καφέ αλλά σε μικρό πλαστικό ποτήρι, καθόλου βολικό! Επίσης χρειάζονται και γυάλινα ποτήρια για νερό. Υπήρχε αρκετή φασαρία απέξω, για κάποιον που επιθυμεί μεγάλη ησυχία.

• Gliubizzi (8/5): Un luogo perfetto come casa tua! - La struttura è bellissima, nuova ed efficiente. Il personale è stato meraviglioso, gentilissimo e disponibile. La posizione è ottima e tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione. Nel bagno avrei gradito qualche accessorio in più.

• ALEXANDROS (10/5): Μια άψογη εμπειρία διαμονής – Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα! - Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! • Τοποθεσία: Είναι ακριβώς δίπλα σε σταθμό, γεγονός που έκανε τις μετακινήσεις μας πανεύκολες, καθώς είχαμε άμεση πρόσβαση σε μετρό, τρένα και λεωφορεία. • Καθαριότητα: Θέλω να ευχαριστήσω ιδιαίτερα την Sonia για την άψογη δουλειά της. Το δωμάτιο καθημερινά καθαριζόταν και οι πετσέτες αλλάζονταν κάθε μέρα, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε πολύ. Σπάνια βρίσκεις κάτι τέτοιο! • Εξυπηρέτηση: Η υποδοχή από τη Sarah ήταν το ιδανικό ξεκίνημα για το ταξίδι μας. Παρόλο που φτάσαμε νωρίτερα από την προγραμματισμένη ώρα του check-in, μας πρόσφερε αμέσως τη δυνατότητα να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας με ασφάλεια για να μην τις κουβαλάμε. • Tips & Φιλοξενία: Η Sarah ήταν πάντα εκεί για ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Οι προτάσεις της για καφέ και πρωινό στη γύρω περιοχή ήταν εύστοχες και μας βοήθησαν να ανακαλύψουμε υπέροχα τοπικά μαγαζάκια. Αν γυρνάτε αργά το βράδυ, απλώς θέλει προσοχή μερικές φορές με τον κόσμο που μαζεύεται και πίνει γύρω από τον σταθμό. Κάτι που θεωρώ συμβαίνει παντού, απλά σαν προειδοποίηση.

• Romana (10/5): Bella sorpresa - Sono sempre stata restia ad usufruire di strutture che non siano hotel ma mi sono letteralmente ricreduta in questo caso perché la camera non aveva nulla di meno in merito a servizi, accoglienza, pulizia , organizzazione. Rimarrà un mio punto fermo in zona tiburtina ed un grande complimento a Sarah per la sua disponibilità e professionalità Nulla

• samer (10/5): - This is my third time staying at this hotel and I really love it It’s very clean the service is excellent and they communicate with you on WhatsApp and reply very quickly Everything is perfect. The location is amazing only about a 2 minute walk from Tiburtina station so it’s very convenient and you can find everything around you restaurants bars and anything you need The place is very comfortable and has everything you might want during your stay. I also want to especially thank Sara who was one of the kindest and most helpful people She stayed in contact with me helped me with everything made sure I got to my room safely and even checked on me again in the morning The service and treatment were extremely welcoming and professional I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

• Rei (3/5): 今後このホテルに泊まることはないと思います。 - 部屋はリフォームされていたのか、新しくキレイでした。 シャワーのお湯も強すぎるくらい水量があり、よかったです。 ウェルカムドリンクでスパークリングワインを置いていてくれて、美味しくいただきました。 ホテルスタッフが一人もいませんでした。 チェックインの時刻を事前に連絡していたにも関わらず、スタッフが居らずホテルに入る事ができませんでした。 チェックイン時刻が23時以降は電話するように連絡があり、チェックインは22時と連絡をしていました。 22時前にホテルに到着しましたがスタッフが居らず、インターホンを鳴らしても返答がありませんでした。 結局電話をかけてチェックインとなりました。 2泊したのですが、バスタオルを交換してもらえませんでした。「床にバスタオルが無かった為交換しなかった」と言われましたが、そのやうな説明は受けておらず、また、床に置いていなかったのにフェイスタオルだけは交換されていました。 エアコンがあまり効かず、32℃設定にしても部屋が暖まりませんでした。 駅前という立地の為か、24時近くまで外で大声や大きな音を出して騒いでいる音が部屋まで聞こえてきました。

• Ottavia (7/5): - Struttura nuova, moderna e pulita. Comoda alla stazione Il check in non è organizzato bene. Sono arrivata alle 11 meno 10 dopo una giornata di lavoro, la zona non è il massimo e ho dovuto aspettare un po’ perché qualcuno aprisse. Le indicazioni per accedere andrebbero date prima.
