• Juliana (6/5): - Overall, the hostel has a good location and the staff was friendly, but there were several things that made the stay less comfortable than expected. . The bathroom lighting is very poor, which makes it difficult to do makeup or skincare properly. One of the bathrooms also doesn’t have any shelf or space to place your belongings while showering, and the hostel provides almost nothing besides toilet paper and liquid soap for the hands. There weren’t even hand towels in the bathroom. The rooms also don’t have mirrors, which was inconvenient. Another disappointing point was that the reservation stated breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast available during my stay. In addition, on my first morning there, the bathroom floor was full of hair, so the bathroom cleanliness did not feel very well maintained.

• Belen (8/5): - Solo me hospedé una vez, es cómodo y tranquilo. Estuve una sola noche. Excelente atención y trato.seguramente vuelva. No se le puede criticar mucho, lo único que el uso de secador de cabello es compartido ( en invierno puede ser una complicación). Pero nada más.

• Nancy (7/5): Falta limpieza y control de acceso a recámaras - Increíble establecimiento, el hostal más lindo en el que me he quedado Los cuartos dejan mucho que desear las colchas y sábanas de las camas no son de calidad. Además de que amanecí con comezón en la espalda. Por otro lado la litera se mueve y rechina toda la noche. No es suficiente espacio para que quepan cuatro personas con maletas, el Cuarto estaba lleno de mochilas y difícil de poderse mover cuando está lleno. Por otro lado demasiado incómodo que todos los días en la madrugada, entre un hombre sin previo aviso a cuarto de Mujeres para revisar el check In o check Out. En lo personal tuve una experiencia de pánico cuando escuché que entró alguien a la habitación y vi que era un hombre sin previo aviso en mi cuarto de puras mujeres. La luz estaba todavía apagada y lo vi a través de la cortina de mi cama, entró dos veces, observó la habitación y se fue. Tuve muchísimo miedo, y después me dijeron que era personal del hostal, para mí inaceptable que haya hospedajes en donde no haya llave para las puertas y en donde el personal del lugar no toque la puerta antes de entrar, uno puede estarse cambiando o puede estar durmiendo y le abren la puerta sin previo aviso.
• Adriana (9/5): BUENA PRIMER EXPERIENCIA EN MERIDIANO - La ubicacion es ideal, si vas con un grupo grande y reservas la habitacion de 8 personas tenés dos baños a disposicion. Me parece que esta muy lindo, cuidado en los detalles. Te permiten dejar tus valijas antes y despues del checkout. Las camas son comodas, la limpieza esta Ok. Detalle a tener en cuenta, te alquilan las toallas. Nos gustó mucho que sea un Hostel tranquilo, y que tenga recepcion las 24 horas. Que limpien la cocina de 9 a 9.30. Creo que podrian establecer un horario un poco mas tarde que no se solape con el desayuno.

• limor (9/5): מומלץ - החדר של 8 בו הייתי היה מחולק ל2, שזה אפשר יותר פרטיות. שקע, מנורה ווילון מצויין לכל מיטה. מיטות נוחות. חימום מצויין, מקלחות טובות, חמות ומרווחות. יש לוקרים. ההוסטל מעוצב יפה, יש סלון נוח עם טלויזיה עם נטפליקס. פינת אוכל מרווחת. נוח לשבת כך שקל להכיר אנשים. מיקום מצויין. החדר שהייתי בו לא פנה לרחוב כך שלא שמעו ממנו רעש מבחוץ. היה חסר במטבח קערות ומצרכים בסיסיים- מלח, סוכר, שמן ומצית ארוכה (כי הלהבות גדולות). המטבח קטן ביחס לכמות האנשים. בחלון בחדר חסרה רשת יתושים. יש הרבה מדרגות עד החדרים (למי שזה קשה). כל אנשי הצוות עזרו תמיד בכל מה שצריך, אך ניכר לעיתים שחלקם עשו זאת בחוסר רצון. ההוסטל לא מארגן פעילויות.

• Magdalena (6/5): nicht empfehlenswert, ausser man nutzt es ausschließlich zum schlafen und wegen der lage. - die lage, das wifi das personal, vor allem eine frau am empfang war sehr unfreundlich und auch der kontakt via whatsapp. ausserdem war es wirklich sehr dreckig (in den bädern und vor allem in der küche) und die küche ist sehr (sehr!) schlecht ausgestattet. einen tag lang ging der herd nicht, dann bekamen wir einen wasserkocher, der danach wieder weggeräumt wurde. zum wasserkochen gab es zwei uralte teekannen ohne verschluss. lächerlich.
• Julian (1/5): De la buena onda de siempre, a un trato inexplicable - Mi tercera vez en el hostel. Siempre hablé bien del lugar y de la buena onda del staff. Toto, Luci y todos los que me atendieron esta vez (y otras) siempre con la mejor. Por eso lo que pasó hoy me sorprendió y me dejó sin palabras: fue la peor experiencia que tuve en un hostel. Me pasé 30 min del horario de check out de las 10:30, salí de bañarme y no llegué a desocupar la habitación a tiempo. Me hago cargo, no está bien. Cuando estaba retirándome de la pieza cerca de las 11, la chica de recepción de pelo negro que trabaja los domingos entró y, de muy mala manera, me dijo que tenía que irme porque necesitaban limpiar. Le respondí bien: “perdón, ya estoy saliendo, me extendí media hora”. Me contestó: “sí, media hora, y debería cobrarte una multa”. Aun así, bajé y fui a pedirle disculpas otra vez. Le dije que iba a dejar mis cosas en el espacio de equipaje hasta mi viaje a las 14. Me dijo que sí y que podía seguir usando las instalaciones. Me hice unos mates y subí a la terraza a tomar sol. Hacía mucho calor y me saqué unos minutos la remera mientras estaba sentado, tranquilo y sin molestar a nadie (de hecho, estaba solo). Al rato volvió esta chica y, otra vez con mala actitud, me dijo: “¿te podés poner la remera?”. Le dije, "Si, obvio". Al rato bajé y le pregunté: “che, ¿todo bien? ¿por qué la mala onda?”. Y ahí explotó: empezó a levantarme la voz, diciendo que yo “me cagaba en su laburo”, "que no respetaba las reglas y que era irrespetuoso", y que “me hacía el cancherito y piola” (y más cosas). A pesar de eso, y bancando el destrato, ofrecí pagar la multa del chek out varias veces. A partir de ahí la situación se descontroló: empezó a gritarme y a echarme. Le repetí tranquilo: “estoy esperando mi viaje a las 14”. Acto seguido, llamó por tel a su jefe y después a la policía (no es broma), les dio mis datos diciendo que no me quería retirar, cuando solo estaba esperando mi horario de viaje. Agarré mis cosas y me fui. No vuelvo NUNCA más

• Kristin (10/5): Adorable hostel with everything you could ever want. - This hostel was absolutely gorgeous. I wish I stayed here longer so I had time to spend in the hostel itself more. I booked a private room, and the view was fantastic, beds comfortable, and everything was clean. I wish there was a nightstand or some sort of table or surface in my private room, but that is really my only complaint.

• Antonella (8/5): Estadía breve en Buenos Airws - Me gustó mucho el lugar. La habitación tiene unas cortinas en cada una de las camas lo que hace que el sueño no se vea interrumpido al ser una habitación compartida. La habitación es amplía y cómoda, un poco fría pero por suerte tiene aire así que no es problema. El tema baño. Los días de frío, al estar en un espacio abierto, los días de frío o viento se hace un poco complicado. Pero después todo lo demás 10/10

• Judith (7/5): - El personal es genial, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Hay muchas zonas comunes. Mi habitación no daba a la calle y no había ningún ruido. Las camas tienes cortinita y da mucha privacidad. Había pocos baños/duchas para bastante gente y la verdad es que estaban siempre encharcados.

La limpieza impecable y todo es tal cual se muestra, si bien en algunas partes hacen falta algunos arreglos se entiende q es por lo antiguo del edificio. Los chicos de recepción Lucas y Toto unos genios muy amables!! Y ni hablar de Coco y Kenia unas bellezas !! Más percheros en las habitaciones
• Oksana (9/5): Like it - The place is very beautiful and located in a convenient area of Palermo. There is a nice kitchen area, a shared living room, and a workspace. The bathroom on the first floor is truly like a work of art! There are also several terraces on the third floor. The staff are very helpful and will assist you with any question. Everything is very clean, and every morning the staff do a thorough cleaning. A special bonus is Coco the cat and the Golden Retriever, who always lifts your mood❤️ I would definitely stay here again! As for what could be improved, I would suggest providing towels for guests. Also, as far as I understood, the kitchen area does not have small essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, or salt. If those were available, it would make the stay even better. The only other thing is that I stayed on the third floor, and it was a little difficult to carry my suitcase upstairs, so it is something to keep in mind when checking in. To get to the bathroom and toilet on the third floor, you need to walk through a section that is partly outdoors, and it can feel quite cold. In the summer, I am sure it is perfectly fine — just something to be aware of.

• Alejandra (9/5): - Las chicas de la recepción y de limpieza son muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar en todo. El edificio está lindo y cómodo. Los baños grandes y cómodos. La ubicación excelente. Las camas tienen cortinas para mejorar la privacidad. Hay lockers en los cuartos. El colchón estaba un poco viejo y sumido.

Okolica typowo turystyczna, obiekt jest blisko wielu atrakcji Łazienka nie była dokładnie posprzątana + opis pokoju powinien zawierać dokładną i konkretną informację, że łazienka jest POZA pokojem Rezerwując tutaj nocleg trzeba liczyć się z koniecznością wchodzenia po stromych schodach, co dla osób starszych/rodzin z dziećmi może być problematyczne.
• Fernanda (9/5): Excelente - A localização é excelente, a cozinha é bem equipada e os quartos são muito bons, com camas confortáveis e uma cortina nas camas. Em cada cama tem iluminação e tomada, e a iluminação de uma cama não atrapalha os outros hóspedes do quarto. Além do staff, que é bem simpático. Muitas escadas para chegar no quarto, isso não seria um problema se a gente não tivesse que descer as escadas para ir na cozinha para, inclusive, beber água. Uma sugestão é colocar um filtro de água no terraço, e seria melhor ainda se tivesse algumas coisas básicas, como uma geladeira e um microondas.
