• Andreina (9/5): Muy bueno y recomendable - Muy cómodo, muy limpio, con snacks, cafés y utensilios de higiene. Buenas almohadas, nos vamos contentos porque me costó mucho conseguir un hospedaje con estas características sin que se disparará de precio. El apartamento está bien conectado y realmente silencioso. Y el apartamento es tal cuál como en las fotos. Punto positivo. En la noche el barrio es un poco feito y oscuro, pero nada grave. Es lo único que puedo decir. De resto, muy bien!
• Amanda (8/5): - Região mais afastada do centro, mas com boa localização para bonde/ônibus. Confortável e com boas comodidades (cozinha, alguns alimentos, disponibilidade para café). Wifi bom. Uma coisa que não entendo em checkin remoto é o quanto é passível de erros. Tinhamos que colocar uma senha para recolher uma chave e mesmo na senha, o mini-cofre não abria, algo que foi cansativo tratando ali com a anfitriã via whatsapp.

• MARION (9/5): Une nuit a Mama House - La chambre etait top, spacieuse, propre et calme. Les snacks offerts sont un vrai plus La salle de bain est grande egalement Espace commun tres appréciable aussi Une couverture en plus aurait été appréciable parce qu'il ne faisait pas tres chaud, mais le chauffage fonctionne bien ! L'eau s'écoule un peu difficilement de la douche

• Levi (7/5): Prima prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding maar niet bijzonder. - Fijne locatie, bed en snacks. De deur van de douche ging niet dicht, daarnaast was er een keuken in de algemene ruimte maar daar mistte een aantal dingen zoals een handdoek en theedoek om je vaat mee af te drogen.

(8/5): Emplacement parfait et logement sympa - L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité d'un quartier sympa et des transports en commun. la chambre est grande et bien agencée, la décoration est sympa. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la réactivité de l'hôte qui répondait rapidement sur Whatsapp. Petit plus : les petits gâteaux, thés, cafés etc. à disposition dans la chambre. Les quelques équipements défectueux qui pourraient être réparés facilement et à moindre frais : bonde du lavabo et évacuation difficile, grille de la douche et porte de la douchée déraillée.

En el baño , crema corporal y productos de baño . Con transporte público estás en el duomo en 20 minutos . Quizás un poco que está a pie de calle y se escucha pasar los vehículos. Pero a nosotros no nos afectó.

Micile detalii, gustări gratis lăsate în cameră, gel intim și loțiune de corp (pt că nu am găsit prin multe locații). Aerul condiționat pe cald (pe rece nu știu) durează mult până pornește. Deci, dacă aveți impresia că nu merge, așteptați. Sau întrebați gazda. Nu am putut conecta televizorul la wi-fi (nu știu dacă a fost skill issue sau nu mergea pur și simplu).

• Sheila (6/5): Just Okay - Hosts are very responsive even though all support is virtual. I was able to check in 2 hours earlier as the room was free. Some snacks and tea in the room included in the price. This is a 2 bedroom apartment turned guesthouse, managed remotely. The bedroom is a at ground floor on a narrow street with some traffic and quite a bit of noise. The room is dark so you’ll need the lights on during the day, which means shutting blinds so the street can’t see you. The bathrooms are ok but not thoroughly clean, with each space between the shower tiles turned brown and black and the floor cracked. The room can be locked only with a basic lock (not using keys) which made it feel not as safe. Bed sheets are a little old/rough and pillows are too soft with no alternative. A bit expensive considering all of this.

• Sehrish (7/5): - The host was genuinely kind, polite, and apologetic throughout the situation that occurred. Once the issue was identified, she immediately offered an alternative place and handled everything calmly and professionally. The new accommodation was super clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Her intentions were good, and she tried her best to fix the problem as quickly as possible. When I first arrived, I couldn’t reach the host for about 20 minutes despite contacting her through Booking.com, calls, and WhatsApp. That said, I understand this may have been because I booked at 5:30 pm and arrived around 6:05 pm, so there may not have been enough time for her to prepare. The property is remotely controlled, and although I followed the instructions, no one opened the door, because other guests locked it from inside. I was then asked to walk about 6 minutes to a nearby restaurant to collect a copy of the keys. After a long and tiring journey, I returned to find the room unprepared—the bed wasn’t made, towels were used, and a trash bag was left behind (the host apologized as she doubted other guests might have used both the rooms). This resulted in moving to a different location about a 15-minute walk away. Carrying my bag and dealing with these changes was exhausting and also prevented me from enjoying Chinatown nearby, which was one of the main reasons I booked this place. Otherwise, I would have happily given this stay a 10, but the inconvenience significantly affected my overall experience.

Purtroppo una volta fatto il checkout non è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli lì però al check-in sono stati gentili e mi hanno permesso di entrare molto prima essendo la stanza già pronta.

Also had some pastries in the room The bathroom was just as clean and really nice soft towels. I was on the ground floor, right off a shared kitchen or reception, it did get a little loud and you Def can hear people talk outside of the room.

• Kevin (9/5): Very good choice to overnight in Milano! - A very nice place with a good price - value relation. It is placed in China Town but you can still find a lot of good restaurants next to it. Tram station to the city centre is also close by. Inside, the room was clean and well equipped. A nice bonus - treats and beverage was waiting for us in the room for free. A shared kitchen was well equiped too.

Nothing really: just a couple of minor points - It’s in the middle of Chinatown so not so many immediate Italian restaurants Nothing to wash up and dry crockery with - only one dirty sponge which, unfortunately, I saw the cleaner using. All extra linen, blankets, tea towels seemed to be locked away and inaccessible.

• Regina (6/5): Pleasant - Nice, well equipped apartman in Chinatown. There was one incorrect thing during our stay. The apartman consist of two rooms. During our two nights one of the room was under renovation and there was no any information mentioned about it and it was not communicated. Every morning we woke up when workers came to start their daily work with the renovation.., They were nice but it was unconfortable situation. If i would have been informed before travell, i would choose another place for stay. On the last day we checked out till 11 and we could leave our bags at the apartman till going to the airport, we appreciated it.

Getting to the city center takes some time, but it’s convenient—you can either walk or take a tram. It was a nice touch that the room included tea, various snacks, juice, milk, and water.
