• D (9/5): great apartment - Location is great. Just in front of vernissage and 2 minutes to republic square. Grocery shop down the building. Confortable and good (to good) hearing. Clean. This is a bit noisy.

• abdulhameed (10/5): It was very nice we really enjoyed it - Very nice apartment in very attractive location near center, all near supermarket, restaurants and coffe shops . The apartment was clean , with great thanks to management for their care. We even requested to check in earlier and they accepted.

Удобно две комнаты для семьи с детьми. В апартаментах есть вся необходимая посуда и техника. По предварительной просьбе нам оставили 4 одеяла, для каждого члена семьи. Шумновато было спать. Окно плотно не закрывалось в спальне. Нам дали два мокрых полотенца после стирки, не критично так как было несколько сухих.

• Artur (10/5): - Very nice and clean apartment in the heart of Yerevan. The best part is the location. Everything you need is right next to the building. Pharmacy, market, restaurants, coffee shops. On top of everything is the host. Very friendly and communicative.

The host gave us such a warm and friendly welcome that we felt at home from the very beginning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, cozy place with a truly central location. ❤️ P.S WI-FI quality is also good! Building/entrance very clean and modern!
• arabuli (8/5): overall it is pretty good apartment - apartment is in the heart of the city center, everything is within walking distance, amazing location. apartment itself is pretty big, with all necessary items. It would be desirable to pay more attention to cleanliness, especially bathroom.
• Anya Mks (8/5): Welcoming, modern and tidy place - Comfortable, neat space in an apart-hotel. We stayed here just one day during the layover in Yerevan, and everything was decent and pleasant! The apartment is recently renovated, with modern furniture, kitchen appliances, and air conditioning (for summer in Armenia, it's crucial). Most significant attractions are within a short distance on foot, so you can reach Cascade Complex, Republic Square, Opera, etc. during a nice walk. Good choice!
• Valentina (10/5): Great place to stay - A modern nicely located and good looking apartment in a new apartment building with a lift, with 2 separate bedrooms and a living room, washing machine etc. The owners of the apartment were always available and extremely helpful. Just be aware that it is almost impossible to cook: there was only 1 heating plate. Luckily in Yerevan it’s preferable to eat in restaurants (very tasty and not expensive) :) Also rather small bathroom, but for 2 of us it was doable.

• Rey (10/5): Exceptional - The location was awesome! You can walk to the metro, Vernissage Market, and Republic Square. There is a Carrefour right outside the building. If you walk up the street, you will also see Yerevan City and Zovq Supermarket. The apartment is equipped with things you'll need for cooking and doing laundry. They offered to clean the apartment on our 3rd day but if you don't feel like having people come over, you can also do it yourself as there is a vacuum cleaner and a broom in there. Nothing.

Water in the shower was not going down the drain. Many things felt uneasy to touch. Very dusty. With our allergy and asthma we struggled big time in this place.

• Jing (9/5): We enjoyed our 3 nights stay! - Rounded funitures, tables and chairs which is good for our walking toddler. Living room is spacious, not cluttered with unnecessary stuff. Clean and comfortable, good water pressure for shower. Good location with money changer inside the shop nearby, there is also small convenient shop across the road. Informed the host that the kettle was a little rusty, and was given a brand new kettle the next day. Thanks! Overall we had a good stay! I think some refurbishment can be done to the toilet.
• Gao (9/5): Conveniently located and well equipped home for comfy stay in Yerevan - The location of the property was unbeatable, other than being very central and next to Republic Square, the Vernissage market was right downstairs. You can call it a pro or a con depending on how big of a self-control you have lol. The host was proactive and easy to communicate, promo to reply messages. Check-in was made easy and smooth. The facility was sufficient for us - we did laundry during the stay, felt so refreshing. The living room doesn't have a window - if that's something that you care. The kitchen is also on the minimal side, enough to heat up food though. It doesn't have a dishwasher but it wasn't a problem for us.

• Liketotravel333 (10/5): Great stay in Yerevan - modern and comfortable - We booked last minute. Early key handover was super easy and friendly. The location was really great for our trip and it was a safe neighbourhood. In comparison to other apartments in Yerevan, this one was modern, clean, quiet and with good furniture. The beds were also very nice. Wifi was fast and stable. Communication with the host was also fast. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. We would come back and highly recommend to others. The water in the shower was draining a bit slow but it was a minor issue. Other than that no other complaints.
