There are many restaurants and markets nearby, and you can easily walk to the nearest attractions. The staff let me check into my room early, even though I arrived before check-in time, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The port is also only a 27-minute walk away. For my two-night stay, it was a great choice. If I go back to Naples, I would definitely choose this place again. Nothing

• JAZMIN (9/5): Get ready for Naples! - The place is near the train station, so you can get there easily and then move on to various popular sites in Naples. The staff was super kind and helpful, although we didn´t speak the same language. The room is comfy; the one I took had a shared bathroom. Keep in mind that you need to climb a long flight of stairs to get into the place, so if you have heavy luggage, you must consider that. The process of paying for the room and taxes was confusing, but the staff kept in touch until we sorted it out. However, for me, it was a bit stressful not knowing exactly where and how to pay, since it is through an independent website rather than Booking.
• Eleni (8/5): - Perfect location next to Scappanapoli and Duomo metro station. Comfortable bed and big room. Three towels for each person. When we got to the apartment, there was a heavy smell of strong perfume, obviously to cover cigarette smell, which was also apparent inside, which I dind unacceptable since I specifically choose non smoking rooms, due to a health issue. Same goes for the bathroom on the last day, it smelled of cigarette smoke, I think in the bathroom the problem was the ventilation Also, one bathroom for 3 rooms is not enough, we had to wait long times to use it. Even when I woke up at 4 am to pee, it was occupied.

• Bita (5/5): Good bed and some breakfast - Midden in het historische centrum van Napels vind je in een rustige steegje deze appartement op de 2de verdieping. Er zijn heel veel winkels en goede restaurants in de omgeving. Matrassen waren goed. Kamer was schoon. Gastheer is attent en vriendelijk op de WhatsApp en doet zijn best om je van dienst te zijn. Badkamer moet je delen met andere gasten, wat een vervelende verrassing was. Bovendien is de douchecabine te smal, waardoor het moeilijk was om je vrij te bewegen. Op onze eerste avond was er geen warm water, waardoor we ons moesten afspoelen met koud water. Daarnaast waren de bedden te kort voor onze lengte (174 cm), waardoor onze enkels buiten het bed hingen. De kledingkasten waren zo hoog dat we onze kleding niet konden ophangen. Het ontbijt was beperkt tot wat zoete opties. Het beddengoed was schoon, maar het was niet wit, waardoor evt vlekken moeilijk te zien zijn. De kleine sierkussens worden niet verschoond ; ze roken naar de geur van andere mensen, zweet en parfum. Daarnaast was er een uitgebreide lijst met regels, waaronder het verbod om zelfs een fles water naar je kamer mee te nemen, wat moeilijk te begrijpen is waarom er dan een mini koelkast staat? Tot slot was er geluidsoverlast van andere gasten, de accommodatie is dus gehorig. Het doet denken aan een soort motel of hostel. Het is prima voor een nachtje, en je kunt er goed slapen, maar het is belangrijk om geen verkeerde verwachtingen te hebben.

Fenster halten den Lärm nicht ganz ab, aber ist halt auch Innenstadt. Gemeinschaftsbad bei 3 Zimmern vertretbar, aber sehr ordentlich und sauber.

Primero el personal no habla Inglés o otra cosa que Italiano, no sabe usar Google Translate y no hace ningún esfuerzo para ser entendido y se calienta muy rápido y no es acomodante. Después todas las habitaciones y el local para hacer el desayuno y el aseo están al lado y el baño compartido están en el mismo nivel al lado, lo cual es muy incómodo siempre y cuando el B&B está completo, con gritos, y el encargado sin hacer su trabajo se enfada en torno con todos sus clientes en medio del único pasillo, maldiciendo el día inhóspito que le tocó !

• Ivan (1/5): The worst place in Naples - Terrible staff who do not know how to do their job well and are rude to guests. They gave us the wrong entrances to the "hotel", so we had to wait outside until they finally fixed it. Plus, keep in mind that if you allow yourself to leave empty water bottles in the room, you will be insulted and humiliated. Apparently, the staff expects that after eviction you should clean the room and ideally make a normal design in the room so that they are satisfied. Plus you will be sent billions of junk messages while you stay in this place. Therefore, if you do not want to spoil the impression of your vacation, in no case do not stay in this hole

The place is conveniently located a short walk from the central train station, and equally the Centro Storico with lots of great places to eat & drink nearby.
• Stefan (4/5): - Geachte Vico Grande, Ik heb 5 nachten in Vico Grande geslapen. De eerste indruk was prima. Ruime nette kamer, wel klein maat bed(met name de lengte) en te veel bergruimte. De airco werkt uitstekend. Waterkoker met oploskoffie (?) en een enkel theezakje. Kleine minibar die helaas gevuld was met van alle aangeboden drankjes maar één, bovendien behoorlijk prijzig. Ik heb er geen gebruik van gemaakt. Het toilet is in de gezamenlijke badkamer welke zich apart op de gang bevind. De badkamer laat te wensen over en is onvoldoende Met name de douche is erg krap, de douchedeurtjes zitten in de weg en de douchekoppen werken niet naar behoren. De douche is moeilijk op een constante temperatuur in te stellen. De wasbak/sanitaire meubel staat op omvallen en is overduidelijk aan vervanging toe. In de 5 dagen dat ik er was niemand gezien of gesproken. De kamer wordt niet tussendoor schoongemaakt. Het afvalbakje wordt niet geleegd. Het bed wordt niet van schoon beddengoed voorzien. Er worden geen schone handdoeken neergelegd. (5 dagen dezelfde gebruikt) De verbouwing in de rest van het gebouw is vervelend Ik ben teleurgesteld en vind de accommodatie onvoldoende. • Leonardo (7/5): Excellent location, improvement in flexibility and care of the customer stay needed - Location is central and perfect to explore naples with no long distance efforts The space is minimal and this doesn’t allow the comfort expected for the price. The rule of not allowing food inside the room, considering how expensive is naples overall, it’s definitely tricky as not stated on the website page of booking (maybe in the app) and also against the reduction of waste of food and the value of the host (I suggest to change this. Also did not like that we left just a slice of pizza in the room and the host removed it and throw it away. That’s waste and not respectful to guests.

• Ondrej.biba (2/5): Bed bugs and too many messages - We got bitten by something over nighty wither fleas or bed bugs, itchy red bites. Plus, they spam you with maybe 40 messages, they constantly keep sending you total unimportant stuff, since you book, through your stay and after. So important info gets lost.

Three rooms to share one bathroom. There was a strong smell of mold when entering the house and spots of mold were detected in the shower. It is also stated "NO SMOKING", but there was a strong smell of smoke in the hallway.

The room its in front of the shared bathroom and people stood in front of our door to talk. Owner war really nice. Near shops and just a 10 min walk to train station made walking arround really easy.
• Roger (5/5): Passable - I stayed in the cream room. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was clean. Daily room service. The windows are not at all soundproof. Although the flat is not located on a main road, there are scooters and cars passing by the whole night. As the room is on the first floor it feels as they would drive through your bedroom. There is no hairdryer, no glass in the bathroom and no chair to sit down. There is a lot of mold in the shower!

• Oleksandr (4/5): Good location, nice room, dissapointing towels. - The room itself was nice, clean, and renovated. The location is pretty convenient to reach the old town/metro/central station. The host was also friendly and they cleaned the bathroom quite often. Towels were just disgusting. They were not absorbing the water, were dark blue and after using them I and my partner were completely covered with tiny blue towel pieces, I felt even more dirty after a shower then before it because of that. Looks like they bought those towels in a 1 euro store. This was completely unexpected for such a highly rated place, I recommend the host to change towels immediately. It was also a bit loud even during the night due to cars passing by and bad sound isolation, but I guess it's expected in the old city part.

• Marta (10/5): Vico Grande, a cosy stay in Napoli city center near the station - This beautiful room made my stay in Napoli really comfortable. It's perfectly located in the heart of this great city full of story, architectural marvels, full of life; 5 minutes from the station and the subways n.1 and n. 2, less than 10 minutes from the Town Hall, same from Spaccanapoli and San Gregorio and the sea. This was my first time in Napoli, and the place I chose made me feel safe, even if it's near the biggest train station in Southern Italy (Napoli Centrale). The owners have been so kind and helpful; the breakfast served in my room was gorgeous, consisting of exactly what I asked for, and even more. In corso Umberto I, less than 50 m from the b&b, there is Core e Zucchero, a very simple place but so full of warmth for a quick delicious day or night meal with homemade cakes and fresh orange juice.

You had to pay for anything in bar, at least they can make water or tea free. And, it is forbidden to bring any food or drink from outside.

Hosts were friendly and helpful and contributed to a very positive stay. - We booked the room with private bathroom, place was clean, had small balcony, towels, shower gel, mini fridge, hair dryer. We were greeted every morning by the Hosts (Giuseppe & Enrico) with a fantastic breakfast with good variety. The Hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location suited us, close train station 7mins, and main road with shops and eateries, thus some noise to be expected. The Naples city sighseeing bus No.7 stop was right outside the B&B very convenient. Nothing

Perhaps the other room doesn't have any ants, good location - Good location, strong shower, comfy bed My friend asked about the toiletries, as she arrived before me and they said they were all in the bathroom. In the evening she didn't find any shampoo. Had to ask for 3rd time the next day, as they ignored my watsapp message and they gave her a used bottle of shampoo that domeone had left behind! A few ants first 2 evenings, so many in the room (Cream room) the last evening and I got bitten. Customer service could be better, we weren't asked about food preferences and when we said we didn't eat meat after they had served the breakfast in the bedroom they told us off for not telling them before. There is no menu so its their responsibility to check with us before. WiFi wasn't working, which was sorted for the next day but one of the guys was so argumentative during the initial conversation. Lastly, they both are so loud every morning so it's not peaceful.

Fresh breakfast was served at 8:30am which at times was an issue for us since we had booked tours and thus we had to leave early. Maybe it would be great if it could be served a bit earlier.

• willow (10/5): Amazing. - Questo bed and breakfast era incantevole, a pochi passi dal luogo turistico che visiteresti a Napoli, o una breve corsa in taxi o in treno per Pompei. Il posto era pulito, il letto era così comodo, un vero piacere. Il mini frigo veniva rifornito di bevande ogni giorno. I proprietari sono andati ben oltre per noi, abbiamo viaggiato dall'Inghilterra e anche se parlavano poco inglese hanno comunque fatto di tutto per noi, aiutandoci in ogni modo possibile. Un vero piacere, la colazione era buona. L'unica cosa che direi è che il bagno è un bagno in comune tra le 3 camere da letto, cosa che non ci siamo resi conto prima di arrivarci MA era tenuto pulito e non ti saresti accorto che era condiviso. se dovessi andare di nuovo.

Porém tem banheiro compartilhado e uma escada alta para acessar os quartos. Bom café da manhã entregue no quarto. Entrada por uma viela com um estacionamento pago ao lado. Não indico ir de carro, melhor opção é ir de trem, estação perto. Boa opção para quem não se importa em compartilhar o banheiro!

The availability of the hosts is limited. If you need to store your luggage after your stay for the day, do not stay here as you won't be able to.
• Anna (9/5): great location, very warm welcome from the hotel, very clean facilities and great morning coffee!!! - Very good location - very closed to everything: old city, museums, train station. the most valuable however is the warm attitude from the brothers Enrico and Giuseppe. they are both very kind and helpful and you feel like visiting friends in the unknown city. you should take in mind that the bathroom is shared. it’s not a big deal because everything is very clean and there is only 2 rooms for it.
• Till (10/5): brand-new little B'n'B with two charming hosts. 10/10 would recommend. - Nicely located in the city center close to the main station. Two charming hosts in a new & thoughtfully furnished BnB. There are three rooms in total, one of which has a private bathroom. The other two share a bathroom which was no problem at all. Not least because it was cleaned every day. The best thing was the amazing breakfast! They served coffee, orange juice, milk and multiple breakfast items (sandwiches, croissants, eggs, and varying Italian pastries).
