- Breno (6/5): Great place, slightly run down, not super comfort - Gorgeous setting and location. There is no sound proofing of any kind, stairs creek like crazy so anyone coming downstairs from either room will wake the other people up. Slightly run down condition of property. Bins were not emptied from previous owner. Blinds in one room didn’t work so it was always hot and super bright, can’t open the window! The outdoor space is however very nice and spacious. This is a good place for entertaining but not so much for rest and a family
