• Gustavo (3/5): - The apartment has everything, kitchen well equiped and confortable beds. I had the bad luck to get the unit in the upper plant, very low wood ceiling, an inner stair to go to up the bedroom, extremely hot during the day and very poor ventilated. Sleeping was imposible during the weekend due to the loud parties outside- expected in the so central location, I guess.

• Linda (8/5): Prima, net en ruim appartement - Keurig en zeer groot appartement midden in het centrum van Málaga. We verbleven er 4 nachten, geen schoonmaak of schone handdoeken tussendoor gehad. Moesten zelf afval weggooien in container in de buurt.

• Martina (10/5): Amazing - Perfect apartment in the centre of Malaga. Very spacious, huge shower, comfortable bed. Restaurants, shops, tapas bars at your door step. The only downside is it is an old building ( as it is in the old town) so you can hear people coming in to other apartments but that didn’t cause much issue. Loved it, definitely recommend and would stay again.

• Martin (5/5): - The location is great. Keyless access is also a plus. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Very good support via WhatsApp. Very comfy bed. The apartment is very dark — even during daylight, you need to turn on the lights. The place is quite noisy, it's close to a busy street — but that's the trade-off for an apartment in the center. Quite a few things in the apartment were broken — a window that wouldn't close properly, bent knives, missing towel hooks. The apartment essentially has no windows — well, it has 3, but: one faces the hallway with the elevator, another faces a shaft, and the only one that faces outside has a wall just 1.5 meters in front of it.

Very steep stairs (we were on the second floor) while the lift was small and rickety. (We were in our 70s.) No view - blank walls. Not made aware of either prior to booking.

• Kirsty (8/5): A great apartment right in the centre of Malaga! Perfect for a city break. - Modern and spacious apartment with an airy feel. Large dressing room and shower area. Lovely large, comfy bed! Nice touches with good quality soap and shower gel and some water left for us. Good communication with the hot throughout. The key pad entry was a little confusing as we didn’t realise until afterwards to wait until after the check in time or it wouldn’t work. It was quite noisy and light in the sofa bed area when others were using the stairs.

• Maria Isabel (9/5): Ideal para pasar unos días en familia por el casco histórico. - La ubicación es excelente, muy bien situado, lo que no leí bien es que tiene unos escalones muy empinados en la entrada y en en entresuelo si que hay ascensor, además, para los que lo necesiten, hay una silla adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida, pero para que esté claro, el ascensor aunque es pequeño funciona bien, y el apartamento está muy bien. Quizás añadiría algo más de limpieza, nos quedamos sin papel higiénico y sin gel en la ducha, pero por lo demás bien.

• Lida (10/5): Fantastisch appartement! - Het appartement was heel groot, schoon en op een perfecte locatie. Heel erg fijn en groot bed, superfijne douche. En natuurlijk hoor je geluiden buiten, het appartement staat in het hart van Malaga, dus dat lijkt me logisch. Wat ons tegenviel? Dat we maar 1 nachtje geboekt hadden! Komen zeker terug!

• johanne (10/5): A really nice apartment in a fantastic location - Door codes and directions were provided. The host was very good at communicating information. The property was in a fantastic location, easy to find and easy to access. There was nothing to dislike
• Elaine (6/5): Convenient for 1 nights stay in the old town - The location was excellent, yet a bit noisy in the evening. But this is to be expected considering the prime location in the old part of town. The stairs to the apartment are very steep to the first floor lift (which is tiny). The apartment is split on 2 levels with again another very steep staircase to the bedroom and shower. The only toilet is on the ground floor. The shower had a foisty smell. The cleaner was still cleaning when we arrived at 3pm and didn't leave until 3.30. This apartment is not suitable for older people or people who need to get up in the night to use the toilet.

• julie (7/5): Great location nicely appointed comfortable apartment good value - Central location, good size, clean Entrance is difficult access because of the steep steps leading to the lift and apartment. Having run holiday rentals in the past it would be good if a welcome pack was left with a few essentials eg washing up liquid/milk sugar
• Muriel (4/5): Buena ubicación pero nada más - La ubicación El alojamiento no cumplió nuestras expectativas. Para empezar era necesario subir (mejor dicho escalar) un tramo de escaleras antes de llegar a coger el ascensor. Digo escalar porque son escaleras empinadas. Una de las personas que nos acompañaba era mayor y aunque no tenía movilidad limitada, si no hubiera sido por la silla mecánica le hubiera sido imposible subir. Se trata de una información que debería estar clara al reservar, y de haberlo sabido no hubiéramos reservado allí. Por otro lado, el apartamento no estaba limpio. No es que estuviera muy sucio pero la limpieza dejaba que desear. No usamos la cocina porque no la necesitábamos pero nos alegró no tener que usarla, ya que no hubiéramos querido cocinar en ella. El apartamento estaba pasable de limpieza pero el pequeño balcón no parece haber sido limpiado en años. Solicitamos entrar antes o poder dejar las maletas, y no fue posible, lo cual podemos entender si no estaba disponible, pero eso significó que tuvimos que gastarnos 15 euros adicionales en dejar las maletas en un locker ya hizo que en precio resultara menos interesante. Además, entras a las 3 y tienes que dejarlo a las 11, lo que hizo la visita muy corta. Aunque esto es cada vez más habitual, lo normal es entrar como tarde a las 2 y salir a las 12. Esto ya nos pareció excesivo. Resumen: no repetiremos.

Toilet sink plug doesnt work so you cant fill the sink for a wash. Shower room area - sink very slow tap. Takes ages for hot water to come through. Noisy late at night - street cleaning and late night drinkers.

Er was 1 avond een vreselijk feest boven ons appartement in 1 van de andere appartementen. Wat een lawaai tot diep in de nacht. Het was onwijs gehorig. Zonde van ons geld want geslapen hebben we nauwelijks.

• Ashley (7/5): Excellent location for central Malaga - The apartment 4b was central to activities in Malaga. It was spacious and had a modern look to it. It had all the facilities needed for longer stays with washing machine, cooker, oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, hairdryer, coffee machine and iron with iron board (small). The apartment does need some repairs. The stair rod at the top of the stairs to the bedroom is loose and this can cause an accident. There is also issues with the socket behind the microwave. It doesnt stay on and I did get a shock from touching the microwave. The shower room in bedroom area needs cleaned properly. Both shower heads were disgusting to the point I cleaned the smaller one just to be able to shower. The water in the hose when I removed the head to clean smelt awful. The shower cubicle also had spores of mould in the corners of the cleaning and the tile floor was dirty. The sink unit in bedroom was dirty on arrival and the drawer to the sink unit in the bedroom also needs checking as it doesnt open properly. The pillows for the bed werent the best and they only had one extra pillow. The iron was covered in residue so again I cleaned this before we could use it. No bin bags provided in bin for kitchen but toilet room had one in the pedal bin. Despite these issues we would still visit the apartments again if we come back to Malaga for a few days but maybe have a room where toilet and bedroom are on the same level. I have photos of the issues on my phone. to send to host.

Rez de chaussée assez sombre .Salle de bain adaptée à personne handicapée donc une vasque et pas de possibilité d accrocher la douchette .Le canapé convertible grince .trop de sms pour enregistrement puis consignes pour une nuit 😳

Las tazas acorde al tamaño de la cafetera, era muy grandes, o muy pequeña la cafetera.

• Laura (7/5): Buono ma buonissimo - Posizione centrale, molto vicina a tutti i servizi. Letto molto comodo e stanza comunque molto spaziosa dotata di cucina, soggiorno, bagno separato in due e stanza per dormire. Ascensore praticamente inutilizzabile, scale ripide e gradini alti. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo la stanza non era molto pulita (ho dovuto sciacquare io la doccia da peli e polvere), il lavandino vicino alla doccia era otturato, forte odore di pesce nel frigorifero. Il water è in una stanza separata rispetto alla doccia (tra l’altro con l’asse del water che si muoveva ogni volta che ci sedavamo).

• Caecilia (7/5): Centraal gelegen en sfeervol appartement. - Sfeervol appartement met geoeg ruimte voor 2 personen. Fijn groot bed. Bij aankomst regende het. Dan is het wel een donker appartement. De airco in het woongedeelte deed het niet. Er was een lamp stuk en de stank in de toiletruimte was buitengewoon onaangenaam. Na melding werd e.e.a. snel gerepareerd. De stank is niet aangepakt en daar moet beslist iets aan gebeuren!! De douche geeft een dun straaltje. Wij waren er een week.

After that there's a very small lift to other floors. Online check-in system kept sending me reminders to register in advance, although I already had.

• Jaime (8/5): Great location, clean and generally good value - The location was fantastic; right in the historical centre. Communications from the host were great. The apartment was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. All in all a great place for a good price. There was a bad drain smell from the shower from time to time, but once the shower was run for a bit, it did clear. Also, I would have loved some comfy seating. The apartment slept 2 people but had a large table for 4, which took up most of the room downstairs. Would have been lovely to just have a bistro table in the kitchen and 2 small easy chairs.

Zuwegung zum Eingang des Apartments oft sehr stark verschmutzt. Wichtig: Zugang des Apartments eine Stunde vor dem angekündigten Abreisetermin nicht mehr möglich. Es erfolgte aber schnelle Abhilfe.

• Trish Ireland (6/5): Disappointing - The location was right in the centre of the town. The bed was comfortable. There was a mouse in the bedroom on our last morning. There were dead birds on the roof outside our window. The rooftop bar next door is 12 ft away from our window. The stairs had no handrail and there was a piece of laminate sticking out on the steps, it was a trip hazard. The shower could do with an upgrade and the sink did not drain and smelt.The entrance hallway was untidy and not welcoming
• Z (7/5): Overall we are happy during the staying, worth the money. - Location good, WhatsApp responded really quick. Because of the location is in the center, taxi is not accessible, need to walk about 4 minutes from the possible drop point to the hotel. We stayed 2 rooms and found both bathrooms very moldy. During the entire stay, no room clean/service. Need to throw away the garbage when returning the room which I never experienced this before from other hotels although the waste collection point is close by. Entire building has bad sound proof, can hear loudly the food steps from upstairs. When 2 person shower it sometimes has not enough hot water and we didn’t shower long.

• Paul (8/5): Fab location. Great staff - Having a separate upstairs bedroom. A full size kitchen. Fantastic location in the heart of the historic city, but also quiet.bright and airy upstairs. The cleaners wer great. Decent pressure and alwayys hot shower. TVs upstairs and downstairs. Air conditioning. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Good wifi. No sofa. Only hard dining chairs downstairs and a single soft chair upstairs. The shower base filled with water and drained slowly. We had to leave it between showers. The washing machine had a slight leak when i used it. The kitchen aircon unit dripped, leaving pooled warer where the glasses and mugs were kept. The lift was tiny.
• Romana (7/5): Zklamání - Poloha v centru historického města Foto na bookingu neodpovídalo vybranému apartmánu.Apartmán nemá dostatek denního světla,jediné velké okno které je jak výloha vede na chodbu,takže každý kdo vejde do domu vás vidí pokud nezatáhnete.Booking uvádí check in od 14,30 ,byl až od 15h.Za deště se po vstupní chodbě v dome valila voda.Koupelna by snesla trochu rekonstrukci a větší úklid.Byl nám přidělen apartmán 1A pro handicapované i když jsme takový nevybrali.Hoste by měli být upozorněni, že nemají chovat hlučně.

• Matthias (8/5): - Sehr, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, schnelle Reaktion auf Anfragen. Schöne zentrale Wohnung, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Wie von anderen zuvor geschrieben, sehr sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten die Wohnung im 1. OG/1B, man hörte jeden Schritt in der Wohnung obendrüber, teilweise auch jedes Wort, wenn laut gesprochen wurde.

• Urban (6/5): - The bed was amazing! The location is excellent! There is a lot of room and the team responded quickly to the inquiries via WhatsApp. The apartment basically has no windows: there is next to zero outside light. While it offers amenities like dishwasher and washing machine, washing powder and washing tablets are not provided. In the same line, there is also no cloth to wipe dishes The shower head could also be cleaned better.
