- laurence (3/5): Négligence et abus vu le prix de la nuit !!!! - L emplacement, l immeuble et l’appartement si il aurait été nettoyé A l arrivé on vous demande 50 dollars pour récupérer les clés , et on s aperçoit que les 2 clés sont dans l appartement…car quand on part on nous demande de mettre les 3 clés dans l appartement pour piéger les futurs vacanciers comme nous ??? Ménage et lit non fait , nous avons dû faire les lits et nettoyer la Salle de bain , les toilettes …etc … poignée fenêtre cassée, j’ai tout noté .. j avais trop peur qu en plus on le prenne la caution …. On vous dit pour 7 et il manquait un lit ?????? Donc on a du s arranger .. honteux !!! Piscine soit disant ouverte et nous avons essayé à plusieurs heures et c était fermé…

Didn't like the point of getting charge only for a simple check in at the lobby and then finding out they were not supposed to charge me at all ,,seems very peculiar, could the lobby personnel be pocketing that money:( ?
- Emily (2/5): AVOID IF YOU NEED DEPENDABLE ACCOMMODATIONS - ***Unreliable and unprofessional***As stated in previous review, this host will wait until check-in to cancel your reservation. If you rent with this host you run a high-risk of being without a place to stay the last minute. Upon check-in, the host will try to direct you to cancel the reservation on your end to deflect responsibility onto the guest. After research online, it is clear the host utilizes multiple 3rd party platforms to double book this property. It's incredibly stressful and unacceptable, especially for travelers relying on confirmed bookings I cannot stress enough to rent from a different condo owner in this complex (also recommended by a previous review) In the Midblock Miami complex, there are numerous superhost owners who truly value the safety of you and the quality of your vacation.
- Rosita (1/5): Bad - - We totally prepaid our whole fee for our stay. Upon arrival we had to pay an extra fee of 50 dollars per person. A Total of 200 dollars for us. The host promised we would be refunded for this amount. Sadly we did not hear anything from him anymore. After one month we still did not receive the amount back. Very stressful and very bad communication!

However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two adults. Also, multiple buttons on the oven didn't work.

- Rachel (8/5): Great Location - Great location, spacious, and clean accommodations! It was a little difficult to find and get into the room. The access key to the building didn’t work which made it tricky to get in and out. When we checked in, the person at the front desk tried to charge us $200 more dollars for a building fee. We didn’t pay though. The owner of the place was great to work with. The management of the building was not super helpful.

Would definitely return and/or recommend to family and friends visiting Miami who want more of an apartment style place. Walking distance to the Design District and to Midtown. Quick ride over the causeway to Miami Beach. Grocery and pharmacy nearby. A little on the noisy side because it's in the heart of the city, but, it is perfectly manageable.

- Jasmine (6/5): Be prepared to have hidden fees - I liked the location it was close by everything. No instructions were provided prior to arriving. You have to pay a $50 per person fee just to be in the building after already paying for your stay. Nobody informed me of this, you put 3 people are coming and nobody communicates it to the staff so it’s a 30 min check in process. The owner of the condo stated he would refund me my $100 then he stopped responding to me. The location is the only reason i stayed. The microwave didn’t work and it got really hot in the middle of the night. There was a large bleached looking stain on one of the covers.

- Claire (5/5): Average - We liked the location and the gym The reception staff was incredibly rude and slightly dodgy trying to charge us upon arrival, making it difficult to retrieve our credit card form, charging us to leave our luggage for a couple of hours. Towels were fluffy. The kitchen didn’t have basic items like a kettle or a peeler. You need to buy everything from soap, salt & pepper and dishwasher tablets. There was no spare key making it quite difficult to access the building if you were not with the key holder.
- Marie (3/5): Awful stay away - Very modern building very nice in the outside and the amenities were amazing from my fast tour around 10pm everything was closed but the building itself has a spa for massages, botox , mini golf and pool. And that’s where it all ended and that is where the niceness stopped. 1 maybe my fault but I had to park off street parking if the gage was full and being handicapped not a good thing… I didn’t see that part when I booked and the owner tried charging me 45 dollars a day then dropped to 30. 2. The stove cooked either high heat or extremely low and the alarm 🚨 went off one time so even though we wanted to cook after going to my fav store across the street Trader Joe’s I had to throw out the groceries no cooking. 3. This apartment would be greater with a master bedroom it makes no sense why 2 I believe full beds in a room (I guess for more occupancy). Needless to say hubby and I slept like 1950 (in separate beds) it was weird happy Valentine’s Day 4. If you want to charge this much for a place make sure it isn’t your storage unit full of cabinets that belong in a garage and call it Wonderful or MODERN. 5 the refrigerator if you need ice and place a cup the door will kick back and open (no ice either) 6. My husband know I’m super allergic to dust so he found a mop bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned but he did not clean the vents (I’m home still have allergies fml) 7. The balcony door does not lock at all so yeah with valuables on hand I was not leaving anything behind 8. The curtains for the room where shoved next to his storage unit area and the closet was more storage (whatever) 9 the best I left for last …..when you arrive you have no clue where you are arriving….. thanks to the lobby personnel I was helped but when I called the number on booking for info as to apartment number the person on the other line would for instance tell me the apartment number immediately hang up.(RUDE) then if I was asked another question I didn’t know he would do it again.!!!! I have never in my life dealt with anything like this ……. It is absurd that someone would be in charge of accommodation access and treat people rudely.

- Jonathan (7/5): Ok spot if your looking to party awful parking - Room was clean. Nice view. Parking was awful. No street parking. Had to park in parking garage. We had to park a ways from midblock. Then walk all the way there check in pay $32 fees for each adult plus cost of room. Go up to our room find parking garage pass. Then we had to go back to where we originally parked and move our vehicle to the midblock garage. I should have googled where the location actually was. It is right in the middle of clubs and bars. It would be a great place to stay if your there to party but traveling as a family not so much. A plus side was the building is sound proof. A great thing with the bars and clubs loud music outside. We didn't hear anything.
