• Amelia (5/5): A bit frustrating since there was no cellphone service, but the wifi was good and fast. - I did not like that someone came into our room while we were out just to make the bed but not to actually clean. (ie: sanitize the floors, sanitize the toilet, sanitize the sink). There was no 'do not disturb' sign to hang outside our door to let them know we did not want any turn down services.

• Camille (9/5): Très bon séjour dans le centre historique - Le logement est facile d'accès et bien équipé. L'arrivée en autonomie est pratique. La connexion wifi est bonne. La localisation est idéale pour visiter le centre de Naples, on peut tout faire à pied. La rue est assez bruyante mais c'est le centre de Naples, c'est assez normal. Les scooters roulent de jours comme de nuit. Nous avons quand même bien dormi et le lit était de bonne qualité. La chambre est un peu sombre du fait de l'architecture à Naples, mais cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé car nous ne faisions qu'y dormir. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle, l'eau chaude un peu capricieuse parfois et les joints pourraient être changé (traces de moisissures) mais rien de bien grave. Nous n'avons pas eu de voisins de chambre très bruyants, mais l'insonorisation pourrait être améliorée notamment dans le couloir commun.

La nostra camera era interna e dava su una viuzza. I telefoni non prendevano e non funzionava neanche la wifi. Ci siamo sentiti "sequestrati" e isolati dal mondo. • Caterina (8/5): Great find for a couple of nights - Excellent location, in the heart of the historical centre, great self check in instructions. Felt completely safe as a solo female traveller. Room was clean, coffee and sweet treat available Bed was well used and not particularly comfortable, okay for a few nights but by day 3 I’d had enough. No full length mirror only a bathroom mirror.

• Jagoda (9/5): - Savršena lokacija na Spaccanapoli u samom srcu povijesnog centra. Via Tribunali najzivopisnija je ulica koja postoji u Napulju i ocrtava sam grad. Vrlo jednostavan pristup i ulaz u zgradu kao i u stan. Lifta nema, ali je to samo 1.kat. Prostor je udoban i lijepo uređen. Kupaonica je malena ali dobro organizirana. Čistoća je vrlo dobra, a posteljina miriši ugodno ! Svaki dan je dolazila čistačica. Žao mi je da se nismo susreli sa stanodavcem. Neka vas ne zastraši ulazni atrij u zgradu jer je star i neuređen, ali u konačnici i to je draž Napulja

• David (5/5): Na jednu noc za tu cenu dostačující. Na delší pobyt bych to spíše nedoporučil. - Levné ubytování, možnost self check in kdykoliv i během noci. Nebylo zameteno, dveře od pokoje jdou velmi špatně zamknout, velmi měkká postel která se skoro propadá na podlahu na pravé straně. Je slyšet dost hluk z okolí. Není zde signál a wifi nefunguje/funguje velmi omezeně.

• Jasmine (9/5): - It was actually in a good location from the centre of the city. The room was super clean and spacious. I felt that price was so reasonable, and the room was very satisfying. They have a TV and great bathroom. It's in good location, but since the property is owned by private owner, i had a hard time finding the hotel. And i booked the room last minute, i couldnt notice the whatsapp message from the owner, so hard to understand the system and the enter code to find the room. They dont have a hugd sign of the hotel, but they just have a small sign in the passcode place, which confused me a lot.
• Sofia (5/5): Good place, overall neutral/bad experience - The property accomplished with what we expected, private bathroom and bedroom, both clean. Check in was easy When we entered the property we attempted to use the WiFi, to realise it didn’t actually worked, and when inside the complex there was no signal at all. I had to went out the complex to let the admin know and with a stay of one night arriving noon and leaving early morning this was kinda a big issue due that we had to organise tours, check in in other places, check itinerary and everything being outside of the property when internet is one of the facilities paid for. The manager didn’t offer any courtesy to compensate for the lack of this, which I could have considered good if offered to compensate.

Communication with the host is weak, they don't answer the questions and give wrong info, e.g. checkout one day earlier and pay for the city tax for the second time.

• Catherine (10/5): Clean, convenient location and great value for money - The room was very clean, location is great and close from the town, restaurants etc and an easy walk to the station. I would say it is very good value for money. The host Ann Sophie is very helpful and easy to contact, she offered to book me a taxi to the airport which I really appreciated! No negatives :)

But Napoli as a town is not my thing very dirty smelly noisy not like other Italian towns - Location is the centre which is good if you wish to walk around. But it is very noisy and dirty- Neapol is like that 🤷‍♀️ Nice thing is the coffee machine available in the corridor. We had a family room the smaller part with single beds had a bad mould smell … it has a small window which needs to be closed unless you want to hear all noises from the street (slamming entrance doors are very loud( impossible to sleep at night) beds are not very comfortable

• Violeta (9/5): Great stay in the heart of Napoli - Easy self-checkin, host very kind, great location, clean and well kept apartment, renovated very nicely in an old town Neapolitan building. A nice touch to provide coffee, water, tea and some small cookies in the entrance. It was cold outside but inside the temperature was perfect. Well insulated. Everything was great - i was scared about it being noisy at night as a main pedestrian street is facing the B&B but the windows are new, very thick and well sound-proofed.

No elevator on premises and it was difficult hauling luggage up several flights of stairs.

La habitación limpia, camas relativamente cómodas y la anfitriona pendiente todo el tiempo, aunque no llegamos a verla. Repetiría. La entrada al edificio y las escaleras. Todo sucio, viejo y las paredes que se caen. Sorprende el contraste al entrar a la habitación. Le doy buena puntuación por ello, pero no os asusteis al llegar.

• Silvana (8/5): Excelente, solo un pequeñín detalle - El alojamiento está ubicado justo en una de las calles donde se desarrolla el turismo, por lo que solo debes caminar y llegarás a muchos restaurantes y ferias. Excelente ubicación. Se notaba que estaba remodelado, todo limpio y nuevo. No le coloco 10 solamente porque toda la noche sentimos un ruido como de un animal comiendo o royendo algo, lo que nos preocupó bastante. Miramos debajo de la cama, arriba en el techo y nada, pero ese constante ruido toda la noche no nos dejó descansar. Debo decir que es un edificio viejo por lo que quiza este ruido estaba fuera del control del alojamiento. Por lo demás, todo excelente, desde la recepción hasta la comunicación, y nos dejaron guardar nuestras maletas. Muchas gracias por todo. Ruidos externos a la habitación
