Janine (9/5): Tolles Hotel - Tolle Lage. Die Parks liegen maximal 20 Minuten entfernt. Frühstück sehr gut. Große Auswahl. Bis jetzt das beste Frühstück auf unseren USA Reisen. Zimmer schön groß. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe nur eine kleine Sache zu bemängeln. Zu wenig Haken im Bad. Es waren leider nur 2 Haken vorhanden. Im Flur auch keine Haken vorhanden.

Auf dem Zimmer erhielten wir eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit mit einer netten handgeschrieben Nachricht , So geht guter Service!! Smart tv vorhanden (Netflix usw.) Top Hotel können wir weiterempfehlen !!! Das Gym ist recht groß allerdings recht dürftig ausgestattet . ein multifunktionsturm würde locker noch reinpassen

GENESIS (1/5): Serious mismanagement of guest property and zero accountability - Location I had a very concerning experience at Vacation Village at Parkway that I feel others should be aware of. After checking out, I realized I had left my laptop inside the locked safe in my room. I immediately contacted the hotel and was told that security had checked the unit and that the safe was empty. Based on that information, I had to return to the property and spent several hours there while multiple staff members (front desk, security, and housekeeping) attempted to locate my laptop. I was given completely conflicting information about who had access to the safe, and despite several people being involved, no one was able to find it. I was ultimately told the laptop was not found and was advised to file a police report. This process took hours and significantly disrupted my day, delaying my return home until late at night. The following day, I received a call from the hotel informing me that my laptop had actually been in their possession since 12:00 PM the day before—while I was physically at the property being told it was missing. This level of miscommunication and lack of internal coordination is unacceptable, especially for an item that was secured inside a safe. To make matters worse, on the morning of checkout, housekeeping entered my room at 9:00 AM while I was still inside and in the shower, before the official checkout time. I have contacted the hotel requesting a refund for this experience and have received no response. Also, rooms could have been cleaner. I found pubic hairs on the tub on the first day of arrival and dirty dishes. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.

Gabriela (9/5): Nossa melhor escolha em Orlando, sem dúvida! - O hotel é muito bom! Já virou nossa principal escolha em Orlando. Ele é bem conservado, o chuveiro bom e o tamanho dos quartos excelente. A conveniência de ter o shuttle para os parques é um diferencial que conta muito pra gente. A localização é ótima, os funcionários sempre muito prestativos e educados. O melhor hotel que ficamos em Orlando! Alguns pontos que poderiam melhorar pra ser nota 10: o shuttle poderia ter mais horários ou passar no hotel um pouco mais tarde (devido ao horário de abertura dos parques), as camas são de casal e poderiam ser um pouco maiores e o café da manhã poderia ser em um período maior. Outro ponto é a taxa para receber os pacotes de compras online, mesmo para quem já está hospedado e irá retirar o pacote no mesmo dia.

Gockenbach (9/5): Great price and great stay. - It was located near I-4 and there are restaurants within a miles from the property. It’s a newer property. The staff was very friendly. The gym was small and didn’t have much exercise equipment. But, the hotel is new and clean.

Perto de centro comercial e restaurantes, de carro. A pé,nada no raio de 1km. Café da manhã apenas razoável, para um hotel 4 estrelas e cobrado à parte. Horário encerra às 9:30h durante a semana. Poucos funcionários, o que deixa o atendimento lento e incompleto.
