• Dora (5/5): - La posizione è perfetta, vicino alla stazione trastevere e il personale educato. Il letto è scomodissimo, ho dormito poco e male. Avevo la schiena a pezzi. Secondo me è proprio da cambiare.

• Marina (9/5): Magnífica habitación - Ludovico es muy atento, nos recibió él para el check in, y como llegamos antes de la hora nos permitió dejar las maletas mientras arreglaban la habitación, incluso nos invitó a un café. Para la salida tampoco tiene impedimento para dejarlas allí si es necesario. La habitación muy grande, con balcón. Todo nuevo, los muebles, el baño, la cama extra grande y muy cómoda. La ducha con agua caliente perfecta para descansar después de tanto andar por la ciudad Teníamos una nevera en la habitación con agua y zumos de cortesía. Y también podíamos hacer té dentro del cuarto. También estaba la posibilidad de hacer café en la cocina y la sala común que venía muy bien para empezar el día. Estancia muy buena. Muy recomendable. Y si tienes dudas Ludovico contesta al momento por WhatsApp. Un crack! La zona está bien, tranquila y se duerme perfecto. A unos 20 minutos andando de Trastevere, donde encuentras un montón de restaurantes y un buen ambiente para tomar algo. Pero quizás después del día visitando Roma los 20 minutos se hacen largos, igualmente tienes tranvía que te acerca al hotel, así que no es gran problema.

• Margen76 (9/5): Bardzo dobre miejsce przy dworcu Roma Trastevere - Obiekt znajduje się w kamienicy przy głównej ulicy Viale di Trastevere. To kilka pokoi na 3 piętrze (jest mała winda) o różnych rozmiarach i wspólną małą kuchnią oraz niewielką recepcją (czynną do 18.00). Po tej godzinie wejście jest bezkontaktowe (kod do wszystkich drzwi - potem można użyć kluczy, które znajdują się w pokoju). Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, dosłownie 5 minut pieszo od dworca Roma Trastevere (skąd dojedziesz w 5 minut do Watykanu w okolice placu św. Piotra, a w 20 minut do centrum i dworca Roma Termini). Wyposażenie jest w dobrym stanie, bardzo wygodne łóżko, ledowe oświetlenie, sejf i lodówka, łazienka z drzwiami przesuwnymi. Pokój ma balkon (jest on współdzielony z 3 innymi pokojami - części oddzielają donice z roślinami, w każdej jest stolik i 2 krzesła). Okolica czysta i bezpieczna.

• Lea (10/5): Incroyable séjour magnifique - Tout était parfait, l’emplacement était incroyable à 2 min à pied de la gare nous avons trouver grâce à notre hôte ludovico des places gratuites à coter de la chambre, ludovico répondais très rapidement à toute mes demandes et a su m’éclairer pour passer un incroyable séjour dans la ville je recommande a 100% le séjour ici merci pour tout Rien
• Christine (10/5): A great deal in Trastevere - I have stayed here a couple of times because it is one of the best deals in Rome! The location is very convenient to get a tram, bus, or train to anywhere you need to, plus it's very easy to walk into Trastevere or Testaccio. I like having the electric kettle in the room to make coffee and tea, but also appreciate the free espresso machine in the kitchenette. The small fridge is a plus, too. The shower is amazing and the heat was perfect (December). The staff and Ludovico are very pleasant and helpful. Maybe it was me, but the bed seemed a bit too firm and not as comfortable; could use a mattress topper?

• Antonia (10/5): I would definitely come back to this place on my next visit to Roma. - Clean, tidy, great room cleaning service. They have a small terrace, great view. Ludovico is a great host! He gave me many recommendations and answered WhatsApp promptly. Third floor with very small elevator if you had two suitcase had to make two trips.

• Barbara (7/5): - La posizione è buona: è vicino alla stazione di Trastevere e anche alla fermata dell’autobus. Nei dintorni ci sono bar, pasticcerie e ristoranti. Il primo giorno del mio arrivo ho trovato il bagno non completamente pulito dopo il cliente precedente e anche la sedia presentava cenere di sigaretta. L’ho comunicato subito alla struttura, che è intervenuta immediatamente per effettuare la pulizia.

• REBECCA (8/5): - Good location, with plenty of transport options nearby. Room was generally clean, however the quilt in-between the top sheets did have old coffee stains. Our room faced the main road and had a balcony, but wasnt overly noisy. Small communal kitchenette area if needed.

• Troy (6/5): Good Airport Overnight - Decent price for Rome. Close to Trastevere train station connection to Fiumicino airport. A few places to eat nearby but no big grocery stores. Bed mattress was basic, no boxspring. Just ok shower, not hot and low pressure. Shower base edge was covered in black mold. Would take a few minutes with a scraper and bleach to clean. Great fridge! Check in staff very nice. AC worked good.

• Jacob (6/5): It was adequate. - There was no breakfast provided. It wasn’t close to major attractions, but the transportation available (buses, trolleys,trains) were immediately accessible. There were lots of towels provided, and lots of hot water for showers. The bed was too hard. The cutlery was not clean. Water in the kettle had little bits of something floating around. The checkin was within a narrow window of time (2pm - 4pm), otherwise initial checkin access to the accommodation would have been difficult.

• Eduardo (8/5): Lovely place to stay in Rome. - Accommodation in a nice residential area, so quiet and not too full of tourists. Good facilities and nice to have a coffee machine in the communal area, so you can buy your own pods. Lovely kitchen area if you want to cook your meals or buy and eat at home. Nothing really, great place.
• Iva (7/5): Good - Good location, close to tram and train station. Cute balcony and goog communication with the owners/managers. The room overlooks a rather busy road, so it can be very noisy for a light sleeper. The bedsheets had an awkward setting - no cover for the duvet, just top and bottom sheet so it didn’t feel very sanitary. Overall the cleaniness could be improved.
• Samaneh (6/5): Pleasant - The location was convenient, but unfortunately the bed was quite uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Considering the quality of the stay, the price felt a bit too high for the service provided.

• Michal (8/5): Very good - Very good location, check-in was seamless even though we arrived at night. The café downstairs, Giuffre, is great, it was nice to start there every morning. The noise from the street was really bad, the problem is not only the busy road and tram tracks right under your windows, but also the windows are not providing any sound insulation, the same is unfortunately true for inner walls too, so youll be able to hear your neighbor's every word. The second night I bought ear plugs and then it was no longer an issue, so earplugs are a must here! Mattresses were too soft for me, but that's I guess down to personal preference.
• Orr (8/5): - Check-in was delayed due to miscommunication, which was not really accounted for. The room's description is relatively accurate. Location is relatively convenient (easy transport to/from airport), tram to the touristic center, many facilities around. Room was relatively clean. The (shared) kitchen is useful for those who need/want to do basic cooking (in Rome this seems uncalled for). All in all, very decent value for money, but if you have a short time in the city - you are probably better staying closer to the center.
• G (9/5): Comfortable place, kind staff - Very kind and responsive staff, super close to the Roma Trastevere train station. Room had an air conditioner with both heating & cooling function. The cups were a bit dirty when we first arrived, but it was not a big problem as you could wash them at the shared kitchen sink.

There was a safe in the room which was handy. It was close to the train terminal and many restaurants in the area. Thanks to Ludovico for recommending a great pizza restaurant to us. We enjoyed our stay there.

• Charlotte (10/5): - Très belle expérience ! Ludovico est un hôte très agréable et conciliant, le logement était particulièrement bien situé et accessible même le soir. Le quartier est très calme mais il y a assez de commerces pour ne manquer de rien. Gros coup de cœur pour la pâtisserie située juste en bas ! Je n’hésiterai pas à louer ce logement lors d’un prochain séjour. Les seuls points d’amélioration serait que les terrasses soient mieux séparées les unes de autres et que la lumière ne reste pas allumée toute la nuit dans les parties communes.
• David (7/5): Would consider staying again as Rome is fabulous - Cleanliness, bright colorful room , comfy bed, balcony to the road, decently sized room and bathroom. Good area to be close to my fellow travelers. Getting in to the property with my phone not working. No one around when I checked in. Fortunately a fellow guest showed me as he could hear the bell going several times. Coffee machine not very good no milk. Electric sockets old fashioned but working , no usb power points. Otherwise excellent. Didn’t put me off staying there again. No breakfast there

• Christine (10/5): A great place to stay in Trastevere - This is my second stay at La Riviere, and I prefer it for when I need to stay in Trastevere. It is very close to the train station and there is a tram to take you further into Trastevere to explore. The room is basic, but well-equipped. It has everything you need: comfy (if firm) bed, a desk and chair to eat or work at, a mini fridge (they provide water and nice juices for free), good AC (it was HOT that week), and a very nice shower. There are also blinds to pull down at night to block out light during sleep. This time, I had a room with a balcony and I enjoyed watching the Trastevere traffic go by while I had my morning coffee. There is a larger fridge, sink, and espresso machine in the common kitchenette; I would have preferred a few more coffee pods, but appreciated that this was an option! Overall, it was another great stay and I will choose them again.
