• Karine (5/5): Attent de 2h pour récupérer les clés !!!!! - Emplacement du logement très bien : proche (400 m ou 12 min à pied) du metro Caledonian Road desservant le centre de Londres. Propreté du logement et qualité de la literie Très décevant !!!! Attente de plus de 2h dans le froid (mois de février) pour récupérer les clés prévus normalement à 15h. Pas de possibilité de contacter le propriétaire. Le numéro donné n'a jamais répondu à nos différents appels. Il a fallu faire intervenir Booking mais ce dernier nous a quand même fait attendre. Nous avons bien cru à une arnaque. Nous avons du annuler notre visite prévu dans l'après-midi et pas de geste commercial du propriétaire malgré notre demande. Une boite à clé serait plus simple. Dans le logement, pas de pression au niveau de la douche et pas vraiment d'article de toilette : ce ne sont que des reste de gel douche des précedents clients.

• David (10/5): Estancia muy cómoda y la casa resultó que tenía transportes muy cerca para moverte por toda la ciudad - La verdad que muy cómodo, la casa resultó muy bonita y agradable, se accede por la parte interior de un parque realmente tranquilo y bonito, nos atendió Andrew a nuestra llegada, no habla español pero nos entendimos en inglés a la perfección, magnífico trato y magnífica persona, muy agradable Se echaba de menos que no hay televisión

• Max & Charlotte (7/5): Bien situé, au calme mais hôte injoignable - Très bien situé, à 10mn à pied de la station de métro "Caledonian Road". Appartement spacieux, lumineux, avec une terrasse extérieure équipée d'un barbecue. Le mitigeur de la douche était cassé. La température de la douche se règle à l'extérieur de la salle de bain, au niveau de la chaudière à gaz au fond du couloir. Literie de qualité moyenne. La lumière de l'extérieur est mal occultée par les rideaux de la chambre. Pas de volets ou de store dans la chambre.

• Charlotte (9/5): A very nice stay. Breakfast on the patio… wonderful - I really liked this cute apartment and especially the patio where we could eat breakfast every morning, enjoying a wonderful smell of jasmine flowers. It was very quiet, in a nice residential area, not far from the Caledonian Road underground station. I would stay there again. The water in the shower was scorching hot, it was not possible to regulate the temperature and take a cold or lukewarm shower (which would have been great in hot weather). The deposit was high (300 pounds) and because of the currency exchange differences we got back a bit less than we paid.
• Sergey (7/5): Good - location of the apartment is really beneficial: 1 it is situated on the Piccadilly metro line, same with the Heathrow airport/Piccadilly circus/ Covent Garden/ Kings cross railway station/ museum quarter and many more famous places. 2 it is really close to the city center 3 there are stores and cafes near the apartment 4 it is not fare from the metro station and from bus stops 5 it is a quiet place ( we traveled with our little one) + there is a small playground around. when we arrived, it was clean enough. "-" There was no hygiene kit presented. There were not enough paper towels.Also, we didn't find a bed set ready for our kid. The water regulation in the shower works a bit odd. Our sign in was not nice because the representative was late for 1 hour and was quite not friendly. But together with this I have to say that support team worked fast with all our complaints and helped us.

• Susanne (6/5): What a pity, that so much things are broken! - A flat wirh a little garden, near to the underground The dishwasher was broken, no coffeemashine, 2 little very dirty italian coffeemashines...in the bathroom, the light was broken, in the shower the water was too hot, you can't regulate it and you can't mix it with cold water, the water tap was broken
• Josip (4/5): We expected a better stay. No value for money. - The location is OK, not far from the city centre (by bus some 25 mins). Some shops close by. Wifi was good. The host Krista was a very kind and helpful. There is a small terrace. Toaster full of crumbs, dirty table cover and kitchen cloth. Thin walls: we could hear the neighbors making strange noises until 2 h in the morning one night, could not sleep. Only thick, very warm bed linen provided, not suitable for the temperatures on the days we stayed. Huge 300 pound safety deposit required before check-in. Extremely smelly refrigerator, to the point that the smell stays in the food and makes it uneatable - probably due to chemical cleaning product - terrible, never experienced this before. The water in the shower was at best mild and could not be set to a bit hotter - kids hated it. No salt or pepper in the apartment.

• Michael (10/5): Nice, clean an cosy apartment, at 7min walk from the tube station - Very clean Nice apartment with all needed equipment. Could give more info to park the car - like a heads-up to buy a visitors parking ticket, to avoid high costs.
