Demiral (1/5): - I stayed here for two nights, if you can even call it a stay. First of all, everything was dirty; the bathroom, the washing machine smelled bad, and the room had a musty odor. There were small hairs everywhere, and even the slippers in the plastic packaging was dirty. But the worst part was finding a cockroach in the room. Besides the lack of hygiene, there was a lady at the reception with an attitude that was definitely not guest-friendly. I would not recommend this place at all. Even though it is close to the airport, it is absolutely not worth it. You can clearly hear airplanes flying over the hotel during the day and throughout the night as well.

For people that have no problems with continuous airplan - Nice and clean apartment, with good positioning and friendly staff. But be aware that you might have to walk five stairs to the apartment and in some hours of the day and night at least 4 airplane per hours fly over. The dangerously low door from the hall to the living area.

ruweyda (8/5): Great flat, clean, comfortable, helpful and kind staff, excellent value for money. - The tranquility. Very quiet apart from the occasional plane (property is nearby the airport). Balcony door didn’t close but it wasn’t a problem for me. Even as a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the property and surrounding areas.

I stayed in this hotel; the apartment was beautiful, spacious, and had all the amenities for comfortable living. It was truly amazing, with a breathtaking view and impeccable cleanliness. Очень шумно от самолётов, т.к. они идеально над головой пролетают и очень близко. С открытыми окнами громко. Жили на последнем этаже.

Inna (10/5): Остались длвольны! - Отель замечательный, расположение его просто отличное, есть парковка рядом с отелем и водопад в пешей доступности и магазины. Район тихий. До аэропорта на машине примерно 25 мин. Отдельно высшей оценки и похвалы заслуживает персонал на рецепции. Они всегда с улыбкой отвечают на вопросы и готовы были помочь и решить любые наши проблемы, без них мы конечно же не справились бы. Просто отлично что персонал говорит по русскому языку, это даёт ощущение что ты дома. Большое спасибо вам! Вы классные:) Определённо будем останавливаться у вас ещё!)) Понравилось всё, было смешно очень получить " секретную комнату" :)) Персонал с чувством юмора и это просто супер ! 😀

Аlexandra (8/5): - Номер отличный, просторный, удобный. Оказался с двумя спальнями, хотя мы бронировали с одной. Правда, вход во вторую - с балкона, как бы с улицы. Хорошее место вокруг, рядом приятно гулять вечером. Самолеты прямо над головой - конечно, специфический опыт, при их пролете невозможно разговаривать и хочется заткнуть уши. Опасались, что не сможем спать, но нет - мы были уставшие, уснули без проблем.
yvette (8/5): Convenient, everything we needed for our stay. - Good sized apartment with everything you need, large comfortable bed, close to shops and restaurants, very friendly staff. Was perfect location as we were visiting relatives at the hospital. I struggled with the stairs as we were on the top floor and there is no lift, very close to the airport so you need to remember about the noise but we got used to it after a while.

Pakize (10/5): - Близко к аэропорту-останавиливались уже дважды-перед вылетом и после перелёта-удобно расположен, шаговая доступность к нижнему водопаду и парку-персонал приветливый, заселение быстрое-единственное неудобство-отсутствие лифта-но ребята на ресепшен помогают с багажом))) цена невысокая-оптимально для ночлега))) В номере есть кухня и всё необходимое для приготовления , есть ванные принадлежности, если у вас нет цели длительного нахождения-однозначно рекомендую)))

Pokoje w apartamencie ABC przestronne a łóżko super wygodne ( materac ). Z czystym sumieniem polecam ten apartament ( pomimo często latających samolotów ) dla osób zwiedzających i aktywnych to żaden problem :)

Serviettes en vrac en entrant (voire photos, nous n'avons rien touché !) Draps sales. La vue sur la mer, c'est pas de face. Intérieur comme parties communes, beaucoup de choses non terminées (voire photos)

The apartments are already dated and need some refresh. E.g. not all sockets worked, shower sliding doors were half broken. The bathroom doesn't have active ventilation. The walls are quite thin, so if you have noisy neighbours, it's a problem.

Alper (5/5): A budget apart hotel with maintenance issues - The bedroom ceiling was falling off. The toilet was not clean. Shower heads had calc on them. The balcony door did not close. The name should have been a hint for me. The owner did not even put an effort into naming the place (they called it ABC), so why should they maintain or clean it? For the price I paid, it was not worth it.

Они обещали заселить нас в наш номер на следующий день, но так и не сделали этого. Нас заселили в другой номер, который был ужасно грязным. Мы попросили хотя бы убраться в номере и убрать кухню, которая была в ужасном состоянии, и они пообещали нам, что пришлют уборщицу, но никто не пришел. Сервис отвратительный. Девушка на ресепшене постоянно сонная и недовольная.Что у неё не спросишь,ничего незнает. Я не рекомендую этот отель!!!

Deși trec avioane pe deasupra aproape tot timpul,noi am dormit fără probleme 😉. Apartamentul este utilat cu aproape absolut tot ce ai nevoie. Curățenia nu se face in detaliu,vasele de bucătărie a trebuit să le spălăm ca să le putem folosi.Nu mai spun că unele dintre ele sunt pline de grăsime arsă și tăvile de aragaz la fel. Le-am spălat și le-am folosit doar cu hârtie de copt. De altfel nu sunt suficiente prize,iar în dormitorul matrimonial lipsea televizor și rămăsese doar cablul neacoperit.

There was constantly water leaking on the floor so it was always wet. The sofa bed is not confortable to sleep, so just consider as if the flat has only 1 double bed. We think it is not siutable for more than 2 people.

August Zweiter Aufenthalt: eine Nacht kurz vor unserem Rückflug Positiv: Lage sehr nah am Flughafen (für Reisende praktisch) Waschmaschine zur Nutzung vorhanden Zimmer beim ersten Aufenthalt (1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten) Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen ist es sehr laut, da die Flugzeuge direkt über das Hotel fliegen Beim zweiten Aufenthalt (nur eine Nacht, Ankunft um 1 Uhr nachts, Abreise um 8 Uhr morgens) gab es leider kein Entgegenkommen beim Preis, obwohl wir bereits Gäste waren und direkt vor Ort gebucht haben – der Preis war sogar höher wegen kurzfristiger Buchung Keine bequeme Schlafmöglichkeit für alle: Zimmer hatte nur 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett, sodass eine Person auf dem Sofa schlafen musste Kartenzahlung war nur mit zusätzlicher Kommissionsgebühr möglich (angeblich wegen Steuern), Bargeld hatten wir nicht – wir mussten daher per Überweisung an eine private IBAN mit offenem Verwendungszweck zahlen, was für uns nicht vertrauenswürdig wirkte Fazit: Praktisch für einen kurzen Aufenthalt wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen, aber Preis-Leistung und Zahlungsabwicklung sind aus unserer Sicht verbesserungswürdig.

Fluglärm, das dritte Zimmer ist über Balkon erreichbar, das ist sehr schlecht, wenn man nachts auf Toilette gehen will oder wenn kleine Kinder dort schlafen. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht im Schlafzimmer. Kein Aufzug.
