• YUE (5/5): The stay was neither outstanding nor terrible, but it didn't make me feel comfortable. - Good location Relatively more flexible check-in and check-out times This was the 2nd most expensive stay in my Italy trip but my least recommended. Only its location is acceptable—no other pros at all. I can not find “luxury ” in anywhere Key issues • No free bread or kitchen • No basic amenities: shampoo, shower caps, tissues, slippers • Plain, shabby room furniture • Mattress was way too soft for me. Even the slightest movement made the entire bed creak and shake, constantly disturbing my roommate. • Hair dryer needs holding the button nonstop (hard for women to dry hair)

• Daniela (5/5): - Very good location from restaurants and Vatican. Metro 15mins walk away to reach other places. I spent four nights at this property, and unfortunately, I experienced some issues. There was a neighbor who spoke loudly on his phone every night, often around 11 PM till very late which made it difficult for me to sleep—quite frustrating. Additionally, we had a late flight, but we weren't allowed to leave our luggage there until 8 PM, which was inconvenient. Overall, these factors impacted my stay.
• Chuito (8/5): - El acondicionador de aire casi no enfriaba, le dijimos a la persona de mantenimiento y nos informo que el compresor es compartido con otra habitación por lo que talvez era la causo del mal funcionamiento. Ademas nos informo que hablaría con su jefe para dejarle saber la molestia que causaba eso. De lo demás tiene una buena ubicación y bastante céntrico del Vaticano.
• Guest (5/5): Posizione top, camera da sistemare - Posizione strategica per metro Ottaviano e bus. Staff gentile È una stanza in un complesso residenziale di vari appartamenti, comodo l’ascensore trovandosi al 4’ piano ma omesso il fatto che la sala sia in comune con gli altri ospiti. Stanza che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata (muri segnati, tende sporche). La nota dolente è la doccia, le foto non rispecchiano ciò che abbiamo trovato. Doccia con tenda terribile, talmente corta da far uscire l’acqua mentre ci si lava e molto poco igienica. La pulizia delle camere avrebbe bisogno di migliorare. La parola “Luxury” non è appropriata!
• Raphael (8/5): - Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt neben dem Vatikan und unweit vom Fluss entfernt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man muss beachten, dass es kein klassisches Hotel ist wie man es kennt, sondern ein Wohnhaus mit mehreren Zimmern. Es gibt keine Lobby oder Empfangsbereich. Auch habe ich lange Zeit nicht gewusst wie ich ins Hotel hineinkommen soll, da es von außen nicht angeschrieben war. Aber es hat dann eh alles sehr gut funktioniert, wenn man weiß wie ;)

• Rosada Esposito (9/5): - La struttura è ubicata in una zona strategica, a pochi minuti dalla metro A, ed in un quartiere tranquillo e curato. L'host gentilissimo e cordiale ci ha dato indicazioni utili per muoverci in città. Camera pulita ed in linea con le foto presenti sul sito, silenziosa e confortevole. Ideale per passare un weekend in città.
• Aline (10/5): Great apartment at walking distance from historic buildings in Rome - Great apartment at a walking distance from the Vatican and from historic buildings like the Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon and, if you'd like to walk just a bit further, the Colosseum. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and charming. The apartment is clean and in great condition. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to public transport as well.

Needs more attention to Cleanliness. There was noticeable mold on the shower heads, and in showers / walls. Kitchen faucet needed repair. Staff leaves their food in the refrigerator.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - De los 3 días que estuvimos, 2 no hubo agua caliente, y aunque hacía mucho calor, el agua de la ducha salía congelada (muy fría), por lo que prácticamente no pudimos bañarnos. La ubicación del hotel estaba muy bien, y la atención del personal de servicio fue muy buena, pero no pudieron solucionar el problema del agua y realmente estuvimos muy insatisfechos por ese tema. Esperábamos una devolución o descuento que no quisieron realizar ya que sufrimos mucho por este problema, estamos muy desencantados con la respuesta por parte del manager del hotel.

Air conditioning is working well. Got the impression that we had the entire apartment. Needed more clarification that we are only getting a room and the kitchen is shared with no living room. Check in instructions could be a little better. Entire room smelt good and fresh, but bathroom smell is very foul. Shower drainage should be fixed as it was flooding when you shower.

The property does not offer breakfast but it has a kitchen we could use for preparing our breakfast. The street was noisy due to the heavy traffic but this is not the fault of the owners

• Brenda Isha (10/5): - Lo único incómodo fue el elevador para llegar a la propiedad. Un elevador muy pequeño. Pero al final de cuentas funcional. Nuestro anfitrión fue bastante amable y nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones para pasear y transportarnos y lugares ricos para comer. La habitación nueva, remodelada y en excelentes condiciones. Lo único malo fue que la calefacción la apagan en la noche y tuvimos un poco de frío. Pero eso depende de la administración del condominio en si. Ojalá pudieran ampliar el rango de calefacción en invierno.

• Nino (6/5): - La struttura non è realmente come viene descritta e cioè: siamo arrivati a Roma presto e avevo chiesto di anticipare il check in, invece siamo stati sistemati in camera dopo le 2 ore e mezzo di attesa.In modo molto frettoloso la receptionist,al suo arrivo,ha consegnato le chiavi,fornito 2 veloci notizie di accesso alla struttura , richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno senza alcuna consegna della ricevuta che ad oggi non mi ha ancora fornito.Non è presente un bollitore per stanza come indicato nelle foto,bagno doccia e sapone liquido per le mani idem.A fronte del pagamento effettuato mi aspettavo più servizi e più disponibilità da parte dei gestori della struttura.Non ritornerò in questa struttura..
• Kevin (4/5): How do I get inside - No information about how to enter the building and no way to contact office. Air conditioning was slow to work but did finally get the temperature down. Lift was small as was the entry door.

• MICHAEL (10/5): Stay Inn Rome - The Stay Inn Rome was an excellent choice for our visit to Rome. It is very close to many sights including Vatican City. We were able to walk to most everything. The host was very accomodating on our late arrival. We were given a short tour of the surrounding area when we arrived, so we knew where the closest market, taxi stand, and Metro station were. There is an elevator in the building, which really helped. The room was fully remodeled and very comfortable. The double-paned windows kept the street noise out at night. Note, the bus stop that the airport bus dropped us off at was only a 5 minute walk to the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Rome!
• Kathryn (8/5): Review of Luxury Suites - * Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. * Can hear other occupants entering and leaving the Suites. * This was not a hotel, but an Air Bed & Breakfast. This was not disclosed to us ahead of us arriving. * Received approval to drop off luggages prior to check-in, via email, but when we arrived at 9:30 am. Nobody was available to assist. We sat outside waiting for someone to assist us. Called the “hotel” and received no response until 11:00 am. * We expected a “Suite”, but it is just a room with 2 sets of mattress, a TV and a chiller refrigerator. I carried medication which required it to be refrigerated. * No abilities to have ice cubes. No freezers available.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Rome vacay - Wasn’t what was advertised. It’s not an hotel!! We got in late,they were aware of arrival time, texted them while in taxi from train station and again as we were getting out of the taxi. Had reservations for 2 beds for 3 people specially. When arrived, 2 beds were there, but 1 did not have bedsheets or blanket. Location was great. Just was not the accommodations that was advertised. It’s really closer to a 2-bed, with bath private dorm. Shower had a lot of soap film on bottom floor of shower.
• Alyssa (4/5): - American POV. The bed felt like a board of plywood. The walls had marks all over them and it even looked like a spill on it. The shower was missing a door so it leaked everywhere. It's an apartment with 4 separate rooms, in a building that has been converted to have a "shared" kitchen type space. The lock is so loud to enter the apartment, it woke me up if people came after us. We stayed 10 nights and the cleaning done was sometimes new towels and our trash emptied. Never saw the sheets changed. Photos are deceiving and not what I would expect for luxury. I was aware of the poor plumbing in Rome but flushing was a nightmare compared to other locations we visited. The toilet would run for hours at night.
