Wir würden immer wieder kommen und empfehlen das Hotel jedem der eine entspannte und unkomplizierte Reise hier her machen möchte.

Nur wenige Meter zur Waterfront. Das Hotel hat einen gewissen Altbaucharme. ÖPNV-Anbindung mit Bus ab Besiktas Meijdan oder Kabatas.

Der var på ingen måder noget elektronik der virkede optimalt, fjernsyn men ingen fjernbetjening Om aften og natten kunne man opleve en strøm af mænd komme og gå og blev bekræftet i at der var to udenlandske kvinder der arbejdede som prostruterede trods mange opfordringer blev der ikke gjort noget

The room was clean, everything in place, nothing missing, nice smell of the room and the whole building. Yussein is the front desk guy, he is very nice and welcoming. The bed was extremely uncomfortable – I could feel the metal springs all night and woke up with back pain. The room and bathroom were very small, making it hard to move around, and the towels were old and stained. Even the staircase was very narrow. Our stay was only for two nights – if it were longer, we would have canceled and left in the middle of our stay. It was such a bad experience, and we will never return to this hotel again. - Maria (9/5): Extremely good value for money. - Great small hotel in a very good area in Istanbul. This is my second stay here and I am very happy with the service provided. Personnel speaks English and is welcoming. Highly recommend for a short stay in Istanbul. The comment is more for the area and not the hotel - if you are travelling by car you will have difficulties with the parking, but this is inevitable in this area of the city.

- Ghala (7/5): Pleasant stay for solo travellers or couples - 1. prime location- Perfect neighbourhood, lots of adorable local restaurants, supermarkets and desert shops and calm not particularly touristy. 2. friendly and polite reception staff. 3. later check out time at 12 and can keep luggage for storage. Rooms tend to get a bit hot at times but wasn’t a problem for me. My room was on the ground floor so it was quite noisy at times, I’d suggest a room on the 1st or 2nd floor instead.

- Eslem (7/5): Für paar Tage OK - Es ist zentral in Ortaköy alles ist in der Nähe. Zudem ist der Check in ebenfalls sehr reibungslos gewesen Wir hatten mindestens 6 Fliegen jeden Fliegen. Das war definitiv kein schöner Anblick.

We were able to borrow an iron when we needed it and found the room quiet at night. The bathroom was slightly musty as there is no window in there. However this didn't bother us too much.

The location is good, but there are only buses around there. No metro/train etc. Sometimes there would be noises coming outside in the middle of the night. It was a little bothering. There was no sound block I believe. Also, the wifi at midnight would just stop working through the whole night. We asked them to fix it, but it did not work. Also, even though they told us the hotel staff's work hours are from 9 a.m to 9 p.m, most of the time there was no one behind the counter. So most of the time we had to ask for something on their whatsapp.

- María Cristina (10/5): Great gem in Ortakoy - I had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were incredibly supportive and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel’s location is perfect, right by a supermarket, the Ortaköy pier, and a bus stop that makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and at ease here. It truly felt like home, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon! Everything was great

- Seda (7/5): Decent place apart from the serious mold and smell issue. - We stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor. Room was small but still a decent size with Ortakoy standards. The bed was comfortable. The design of the room was functional. The staff (especially the housekeeping staff) was kind and helpful. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. There was also a very heavy and horrible smell in the room. Finally; they have parking but the daily rate they gave me in May was more than the rate I got from the Radisson Blue down the road. So I parked at the Radisson.

The place was very clean and perfectly suitable for a short city break. Personnel extremely helpful as I had to change my travel plan and needed a date change. It was done and I was able to enjoy the stay.

- Ene (10/5): - - Property rate: - Very very clean - bed was so confortable - bathroom, even tho it was small, it was more than enough - hotel’s area is very safe, you will easly reach any tourist objective either by taxi or by public transportation. - near the hotel (vis-a-vis, literally 1 meter away from hotel’s door) you will find a very good restaurant, we enjoyed kunefe(and not only) from the bottom of our hearts :) Staff rate: - Reception guy… bro is awesome, he knows english very good. If you don’t know the city, you can ask him and he will kindly response you with accurate informations that will help you explore this wonderful city. -

- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional - The receptionist, Hussein, was a very kind and empathetic, welcoming and funny young man. He made our stay in Turkey more enjoyable and he was very helpful with everything. We reviewed the hotel 5 stars because of his kindess and help. You could see that he tried his best making everything perfect. The blinds in the room could be a bit thicker, at night you can see the lights from the shops across the street. Also, the windows, even if they were closed fully you could still hear people outside as if they were in the bed with us.

- Famil (1/5): Bad - The location was very good. The people at the reception were helpful but not professional. The room was much smaller than it looked in the photo. One day there was no water, they said there was a water shortage in the neighborhood. One day, while I was sleeping at night, water started dripping from above. I told the reception, they couldn't find another problem at first, then I told them to look in the room upstairs. Turns out they left the water on in the upstairs room. They didn't use anything other than shampoo. We asked for soap and they gave us shampoo again.

Then we had to change the room and we had a problem with the water the whole day there was no water and they mentioned they have a parking in Booking.com but unfortunately they don’t have a parking.

The hotel location near to artkoy beach is less than 1 mints walking you will reach to restaurant that selling potato and to the old masjid Very close to all shops and restaurants..near to bus station alao taxi available 24 hrs.. The value of the money is valid on this hotel ... Big thanks again the staff 🤩🤩 Nothing
