• Harsh (10/5): It’s a best treatment for relaxing day - Considering the price, having access to the jacuzzi and sauna was a great bonus. It made the stay feel more premium and enjoyable. I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the property. It felt well maintained and welcoming. The location was very convenient and easy to access. The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay.The space matched the photos and had everything I needed. Everything was awesome 😃

• Hollie (1/5): We never stayed. - We never stayed in this property We never stayed - we booked last minute, and when we called the owner we were told they don’t take last minute bookings - although the money had already been taken.
• Molly (7/5): Overall was a good stay just simply we felt a little upset about the hot tub being green on the last night!!! - Clean and nice inside The hot tub was green on the 2nd night!!! Location just seemed completely unsafe and not easy to find at all on arrival!!!

I was on the streets with my girl bestfriend d trying to find a new hotel and ended up with no money as they took a last minute deposit Everything. Like I said I was left extremely vulnerable on the streets of London on a important day for me and me and my friends suffered

• Tudor (1/5): unsafe apartment and street - nothing. Unsafe street. Unsafe dorm room with a cheap lock Nothing related to luxurious Old furniture Cheap chairs and table. Very small toilet. No private entrance, the entrance is from a bad looking at best coffee shop. The stairs going up very dirty.

• Marta (1/5): Absolutely bad - The host was good and helped us The area is bad, the building is dirty with a lot of dirty rubbish around, the entrance is shared with toilets and deposit of a coffe bar, the place is full of noise due to the bar at night too. The apartment is small, no wardrobe available. All towels didn't look clean, the bathroom is old and dirty, windows are broken. A spa is in the apartment, it generates a very hot temperature in the apartment and smell of a plastic on the floor of the spa. Definitively not recommended.
