- Francesco (1/5): Esperienza da incubo. Struttura improponibile, chiesto il rimborso. - Nulla Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura tramite Booking e siamo rimasti letteralmente scioccati. La sporcizia regnava sovrana, ma il peggio era il bagno: presenza diffusa di muffa, oltre a vasca e bidet completamente guasti e inutilizzabili. La situazione igienico-sanitaria era talmente insostenibile che abbiamo deciso di abbandonare immediatamente la pensione, cercando un'altra sistemazione d'urgenza per la notte. Abbiamo già avviato la richiesta di rimborso totale e speriamo che Booking prenda provvedimenti. State alla larga.

When enquired was told breakfast was only for the first day not every day. Shower and toilet was broken , all utensils in the kitchen were dirty. The beds had bugs in it.

Non è una struttura e semplicemente un appartamento diviso con 4 stanze, quindi tassa di soggiorno pagata inutilmente. Per finire infissi di bassa qualità, il traffico si sentiva tutto !

Везде грязно, плесень, на всю комнату только одна резетка рабочая, телевизор просто для красоты не работает, написано что завтрак включено - по факту просто капсулы для кофемашины, обещали принести что-то к кофе утром по факту ничего не принести. Не приятная ситуация с ключами предыдущий жилец должен был съехать до 10:00 по факту забрал ключи с собой оставив свои вещи в комнате, мы приехали в 18:00 ключей не было ждали ещё 2 часа пока нашли прошлого жильца и ещё 30 минут ждали пока нам отдадут ключи. - G (1/5): STRUTTURA CHE NON DOVREBBE ESISTERE - Camera sporca, bagni in comune rotti con grandi perdite d'acqua che sono arrivate fin dentro la stanza, praticamente impraticabili, lenzuola vecchie e puzzolenti, asciugamani inesistenti, struttura fatiscente impianti elettrico non a norma. Colui che gestisce non riesce a risolvere i problemi. Sconsigliato è dir poco e rapporto qualità prezzo indecente. Abbiamo anche assistito all'intervento di due pattuglie di carabinieri per le lamentele di una signora straniera non contenta del servizio

- Gianluca (1/5): Pessimo - Soluzione che non consiglierei a nessuno: il bagno (come indicato era in comune) lo abbiamo trovato con pavimento completamente allagato, il water oltre a essere sporco e pieno di peli non è dotato di tavoletta, la vasca è rattoppata con del nastro adesivo e le pareti piene di condensa e muffa; La camera da letto, anch'essa con muffa negli angoli, si presentava con delle pareti unte di liquidi schizzati, il televisore (previsto dalla descrizione ) non era possibile alimentarlo in quanto il cavo non arrivava alla presa elettrica; la colazione prevista non era sufficiente per quanti eravamo; la cucina era in comune nonostante non fosse indicato nella descrizione. Non siamo scappati in quanto arrivati oltre le 20 non avremmo trovato nulla. Si allegano foto.

- francesca (1/5): PAUROSO!!! - Che fosse ben collegato col centro Non mi è piaciuto che l'acqua del bidet non scendesse pur togliendo lo stoppino, poi il fatto che eravamo in tre e ci hanno dato UN singolo asciugamano, mi hanno messo giusto un lenzuolo nel lettino, non c'era sapone e carta igienica nei posti in cui dovevano stare.

Esperienza terribile , partiti per risparmiare qualche soldo, ma avrei preferito spendere €100 in più piuttosto che finire in un appartamento del genere. Water senza asse e coperchio, muri Con muffa, peli pubici sparsi in giro, odore forte e impregnante nelle stanze, tapparelle non funzionanti, porte inapribili a meno che sei Houdini, servizio di Key box che sembrava una caccia al tesoro....... Un consiglio a chi come noi prova a risparmiare qualche soldo NON ANDATE QUI, in nessun modo.
- Julieta (6/5): Mucho dolor de espalda - Normal,estaba limpio dentro de todo,la zona es tranquila y el trasporte funciona bien. Hay dos baños uno pequeño y otro un poquito más grande con una pequeña ducha compartida, ambos baños se comparten con otras personas. Pero tenes llave para cerrar por adentro. Muy incómodo el sofá cama,no volvería a alquilar aquí por ese gran detalle porque al final de andar paseando uno quiere descansar y descansar bien. Pero no había manera,me quedó doliendo mucho la espalda. Y para mí tendrían que arreglar los enchufes.

Les draps étaient Salle et poussiéreux Les meubles étaient abîmés Sans chauffage La douche pas équipée et colonne de douche défectueuse . Sur le site c'était écrit petit déjeuner mais il n'y en avait pas. C'est une fois après avoir booker la chambre qu'on me parle de taxe à payer. C'est inadmissible. La transparence devrait être votre priorité. L'adresse indiquée sur le site n'était pas là même une fois sur place. Vraiment c'est un scandale. C'est après mon séjour qu'on me donne les informations pour l'internet.

- Valeria (1/5): - Siamo scappati non appena arrivati in stanza. Ci è stata data una stanza usata già da qualcun'altro con letto disfatto annesso. Una bottiglia di acqua usata e camera e lenzuola maleodoranti. Un incubo.
