It is located within the Elements Mall, and a short walk/escalator down to the Kowloon station & airport express. The room was perfectly sized for us, with two cozy bedrooms that made our stay very comfortable. The hospitality truly stood out; the service was impeccable and made us feel right at home. The location was also a significant plus, with convenient access to transportation options. We particularly enjoyed the breathtaking sunrise view and the stunning sight of the night residential buildings – truly a feast for the eyes! The shared infinity pool with W Hotel added to our luxurious experience. This trip is making my family truly memorable! Can’t wait for the next visit.

Right on top of the mall so you do not have to be worry for anything. And of cause nice harbour view. Gym is bit small but not much people are using. Positive: - very nice and comfortable beds - rooms were kept clean everyday - good food options nearby the apartment Negatives: - the lounge for independent study was old, not enough space for studying - COVID measures (example - wearing a mask in the lounge, not allowed to use the swimming pool) - average facilities (should make the gym bigger, renovate the lounge) All in all, I’d rate this place an 8/10.

Reading room and lounge room is a luxury amenity. The complimentary coffee is great and nothing beats sipping a good coffee while enjoying the view.
• keibb123 (10/5): Top notch serviced apartment with extraordinary view and services - This is my first time staying at the Serviced Apartment in Hong Kong and everything is way beyond expectations and we had a relaxing time during our stay. The HarbourView Place locates atop a big shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and MTR station are within the walkable distance that you can find everything you need just around the corner. We stayed at the 1-Bedroom suite with ocean view and view is gorgeous. We have enjoyed the best sunset in the year and never get tired of the sunning view. Thanks to the effort of housekeeping staffs, our room was always kept tidy and organized. The front desk staff were also very friendly and professional that we could always get help from them. We would definitely visit the HarbourView Place again and highly recommend to those who are looking for a place to stay in Hong Kong.

I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment, the size of the apartment was very generous and the view of the harbour is to die for! The staffs at Harbourview Place is nothing but top notch. On top of these, the location of the place is extremely convenient, right above the MTR station and Element mall! I am impressed by the picturesque view from my room with an unobstructed sea view plus the amazing city skyline. You will never get tired of the view from day to night time which truly embark the essence of Hong Kong! During our stay, both the front desk and housekeeping staff are very helpful and warm-hearted. They sent their warm greetings every time when we passed by and made us feel like we were welcoming back home. The outstanding services and facilities are also beyond expectation. Our room is always cleaned and maintained in a spotless condition. The cosy room setting creates a home away from home atmosphere where we cooked a lovely feast at the kitchenette, we spent an enjoyable reading time in the study room and lounging on the sofa to praise the breathtaking sunset. While we also had a good time in the excellent gym and outdoor infinity pool. It was a pity that we could not spend more time in the pool because of the unstable weather during the stay. However, it was a rewarding experience which we could get to embrace the beauty of the city from a different angle from the rooftop pool. Thanks to the prime location of The HarbourView Place and its connection to the surrounding facilities, we could be able to spend our holiday well regardless the poor weather. Directly linked to the Elements Mall and atop the MTR station, you could literally get everything you needed around the corner with a wide range of choices from restaurants to boutiques. You will certainly be amazed how convenient the place is without doubt! The HarbourView Place is a highly enjoyable and recommendable place for all travellers to Hong Kong. • RachelTsee (10/5): Living in the dream - Room Type: 1-Bedroom Suite View: Splendid sea view overlooking Central Size: Decently sizeable for couples and 2+1 families. The room is nicely furnished, so it feels even bigger than it originally is. Location: One stop away from the CBD, 3 stops from the airport. Amenities: Fully equipped gym, One of the largest shopping mall in HK, banks, Cinema, etc. All connected within the complex. Rooms: Everything you need is here, comfortable bed, TV with over 40 channels (Premier League included), Kitchen with everything... Services: Warm, all-rounded, but you can hardly notice they’re around so can give you more privacy. I’d say, no matter you’re in HK for Leisure or Business, this is where to go to, definitely deserve my recommendation!

Connecting to the Kowloon Station and the Airport Express, it was really easy for us to get to Central (~5-10 minutes). Also, the proximity to Elements the shopping mall with various restaurants and a huge supermarket was so convenient that we could get all daily necessities in just a few steps away. The room was neat and spotless everyday under the care of the housekeeping staff. Spacious living area with fully equipped kitchenette made us feel just like home. The glamourous sea view both in the daytime and at night marked the zenith of this trip. Also, you won’t wish to miss the stunning and breathtaking view at the rooftop swimming pool. We really enjoyed our time at The HarbourView place.
• AVDBLD (10/5): my home away from home - I travel to HongKong very often for work and to visit family, in the last couple of years I have started travelling with my 5 yr old daughter, I would 100% recommend the Harbourview place! Location is amazing, it is literally where Kowloon MTR station and airport in-town check-in is located not to mention the fact that its entrance is practically inside the Elements shopping mall where you would be able to find just about anything including a cinema and an ice skating rink! The service has NEVER let me down, from the leasing department to housekeeping, there is no request too big! I must say I was particularly impressed during my most recent stay. Unfortunately due to the demonstrations in HongKong my flight was cancelled twice, on both days the staff promptly notified me of any changes in flight status, airport situation as well as in-town check-in service/airport express train availabilities. The leasing department promptly extended my stay with minimal paperwork. In striking contrast, I received NO notification whatsoever from the airline I was flying with (Cathay Pacific!!) - yes still angry! But anyways, the Harbourview place simply is amazing. It is truly my home away from home.
• vickyhohin (10/5): A Whole New World - My stay at the Harbour View Place was awesome! The sea view of my one-bedroom suite was incredibly stunning both in daytime and at night. The room was spacious with luxurious sofas and two high quality LCD televisions. The kitchenette was clean and well equipped. Since drinking a cup of coffee in the morning is my everyday routine, the Nespresso coffee machine here was just so perfect to fit my habitual need. The customer service is excellent without a doubt. My room was spotless and tidy as before after the housekeeping. The front desk and operational staffs were all very courteous and the door attendants have always greeted us with the warmest smile, which made us feel like home. The gym room was a cool place to work out while the rooftop swimming pool was surprisingly astounding and “instagramable”. The lounge on 50/F is also a great place to relax and enjoy some quiet reading time. Meanwhile, the location is super convenient as it is located atop the Kowloon Station and the Element with a wide range of restaurants and boutiques. It is definitely an ideal choice for travelers because it takes only a few minutes’ walk to reach the airport express from the apartment. The Harbour View Place created one of the most unforgettable 3D2N experience in my lifetime. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who looks for a serviced apartment in Hong Kong!

I will definitely return to this fabulous place if I have the chance. The reason why I chose The HarbourView Place is due to its proximity to several shopping malls like the Element and HarbourCity with wide range of food choices. Also, airport express and metro station is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The leasing staff answered all our questions patiently and quickly arranged us a room that fits all my preferences. Once I checked-in to my room, the gorgeous sea view stunned me and the living space was immaculate and more spacious than it looks from the photos. The rooftop pool was exceptional and a perfect place to relax. The service quality of every single staff was superb. The housekeeping made sure our room was spotless everyday. The doormen greeted us with big smile every time. The front desk staff were all attentive and assisted us with the luggage even when it was 2am. Overall, I couldn't find a single reason why not to stay in theHarbourView Place. I am highly satisfied with the exceptional service and will return in the future.

• Scarlettyang0203 (10/5): A luxury place to relax - I spent 2D2N in The Harbourview Place in Kowloon in early June. It was an unforgettable experience for the excellent room, facilities, and convenience, kindly assistance that offered by both leasing and operation staffs. Our One-Bedroom Suite faces the city with a wide view. The gorgeous bathtub faces the bedroom and we got an excellent subwoofer playing our favorite songs in high quality which really makes us feel like home. Also, we have a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with carpet, and a tidy bedroom with electric safe and second LCD television. One of the best things I like is the rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi where you can have a full picture of the area. The attendants kindly helped to cover my personal belongs when it starts to rain. Also, the gym on the 50/F is quiet and offers brand new pieces of equipment. The sauna and lounge room are both great places to relax afterward. The doorman in the lobby greeted us with the warmest welcome, and kindly help us with the luggage. We called operators several times, they are always attentive, and will finish their job quickly. I left several pieces of my personal belongs on departure date and the staffs quickly informed me and wait at the lift out of the lobby with my belongings covered by bags. My friend said this's the best-serviced apartment she had ever tried.

The cheerful and hard-working housecleaning staff keep your room in perfect condition. The hotel staff anticipate your every need. The location is very convenient with access to shopping and dining, and the MTR train line. The views of the harbour are breathtaking. The pool is great. I love the breakfast buffet at the W Hotel. The first impression has already matched my picky requirement of the living place: clean, spacious with gorgeous and stylish decoration. The home style theme has created the comfortable and welcome atmosphere for me to rest and enjoy. The room is well furnished including the most tiny details from washroom amenities and cookeries to the washing machines. The welcoming kit is careful enough to help me settle in fast and allow me to freely choose my way of living instead of fitting in the lifestyle of new place. The common facilities are well equipped as well. The equipment and service like towel, sauna and showering place were inclusive. Working out with the open scenery are really enjoyable and motivated. The visual delight has upgraded when I was swimming in the rooftop infinity pool. Dipping in the Jacuzzi, the enjoyment has been maximized by the endless city view plus Champagne bought in the rooftop bar. The staff are friendly and helpful. Once I have request an extra blanket at 3 a.m. and the staff has efficiently delivered my needs with nice service. It shows their professionalism and reflect the motto of “servicing with heart” which I appreciated the most. Their tiny acts like door opening and warm greeting has boosted my attachment to here. The centered location has offer extra marks for the stay. Right downstairs was the luxury mall, Element with diverse and high quality shops. It was also at the point where three main railway station meet. Therefore it can send me to every part of Hong Kong in a short period of time, no matter the vibrant CBD area or the far-reached country side aka Yuen Long. I am beyond grateful to enjoy this five star experience in Harbour View Place.
• DayTrip828309 (10/5): Forever my home in HK - We have moved to Canada years ago but every year we come back to HK and stay for 3 - 4 months. We have tried several service apartments here until we found The Harbourview place and decided this is our home in HK. The thing we like the most about this place is its convenient location. It is located right above elements mall, which has everything you need - grocery, restaurants, cinema and even ice skating rink. The mall connects to the Kowloon MTR station, which is only 5min away from Central station, the heart of the city. Apart from that, the place itself is just very clean and cozy, with a warm tone interior design, that makes it feel more like a home than a hotel. And of course they have a fully equipped kitchen. Last but not least, the staff’s service is exceptional- that is actually the reason why I am writing this review, to thank them for my stay over the past 4 months. From leasing office (Ursula is the one who handled my booking and she is very smart and helpful!), front desk to housekeeping, everyone tried their best to make sure I had a pleasant stay. That is very sweet and thank you all of you! I will see you guys next year! 😊
