- Gülsüm (3/5): - Gute Lage und freundliches Personal Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht den Bildern – einige Möbel waren beschädigt, und insgesamt wirkte es nicht besonders gepflegt. Die Dusche war stark verkalkt, hatte keine richtige Halterung an der Wand und es kam nur wenig Wasser, und wichtige Ausstattungen haben gefehlt. Mit mehr Sorgfalt bei der Instandhaltung könnte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein.

- Merve (6/5): Konum iyi sadece - Oda geniş ve rahattı konumu itibari ile tercih edilebilir ama deluxe oda deniz manzaralı diye fiyat farkı ödeyip aldığım odanın fotoğrafla alakası yoktu. Denizi görmüyordu zaten bunu sorduğumda ise kata göre değişiyor dediler bundan haberim yok? ayrıca king yatak diye yazdıkları şey 2 yatağın birleşimi arada sürekli bir boşluk oluştu hiç rahat değildi. Neye fark ödediğimi anlamadım açıkçası. Bir tane bile su konulmaması da kötü. Konumu için tercih edin ama fiyat farkı ödeyip oda almayın beklentiyi karşılamıyor.

Klima,tv,buzdolabı,kurutma makinesi hepsi mevcut ve çalışıyor Biz çok memnun kaldık kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. - John (8/5): Great room, great location but hotel being renovated. - We were looking for a nice room in a hotel close to the 4 Seasons (as were attending a function) and it delivered that well, and had a great view of the Bosphorus. The hotel is undergoing renovations. The ground floor is a building site and there is dust on the stairs. The entrance was through a side door that didn't say hotel so when we arrived we weren't sure we were in the right place and couldn't find the staff (note every other time we went in or out the desk was staffed, so it was just bad luck on that occasion). We were on the top floor and so away from the disruption.

- Jan (6/5): Friendly staff and great location but some disturbance due to ongoing construction - The staff was very friendly and the location is good, right next to the ferry terminal and the BAU campus in Besiktas. The room was ok and they are currently in the process of upgrading/renovating the property. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction work ongoing during my stay, leading to noise and dirt Also the room was not completely finished, e.g. bed lamps were still missing and the door frame was still only partly assembled. Also water pressure was low sometimes so it was a little challenging during showers.

So 4 of my Family members had to sleep for one night in a Room that has capacity for only 2 People. The next day we checked out. The Showers werw also not properly working!! We are still waiting for our Money!!! So don’t Book this Hotel! Its a pure Scam!!!

The location is amazing right next to restaurants, bars atms and all other amenities a tourist would need. Only one room has the view of the bosphorus and it was not available. The standard room is very small with just enough space for a suitcase.

At first there was a little hiccup with my reservation however, Mr. Yavuz resolved the issue right away therefore, I decided to stay longer. The location is very good as you're in the heart of Besiktas with shopping, and transportation all near by. The wifi was very strong. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and respectful. Mr. Yavuz and his sister were great hosts. My only complain would be the hotel is right across the street from a busy road and a restaurant that stays open 24 hrs therefore, it could get a little noisy. I would recommend the hotel to get noise proof windows for the future. Other than that, everything was very good. NA

- Seda (5/5): Good location for Europe side interests..bathroom and stairs issue is a problem. - Location, staff was nice and helpful. There is no elevator and we were on the 4th floor;66 steps up. Thankfully the staff carried our bags up. The shower floor was built such that the water drains out of the shower as opposed to towards the drain..creating a huge flood in the bathroom which nearly ran into the room..they were aware of the issue but didn’t say anything until we said something..(we needed many more towels to mop up water).

- Pal (2/5): I still don't believe this happened - Okay, so we lost EUR 1200 here and I am not particularly happy about it, but I still try to be fair. To begin with we forgot that we had a 2nd separate reservation, which could not be cancelled and the hotel staff kindly arranged cancelling that so we got off to a great start. But then we did not sleep during our first night because the hotel is right next to one of the busiest streets in Istanbul. We had to move to another hotel. The hotel fee was not refundable but the nice (seemingly nice) guy at the hotel said he does not want to ruin our holiday and will refund the money. He also added: you should have been more careful, as we clearly say in our description that we are on a noisy road. I just checked the hotel description three times this morning - there is nothing about that. So we went back 24 hours later, but there was a technical glitch and they could not give our money back. Okay, fast forward a few weeks and the original EUR 1200 fee has been reduced to EUR 750 (don't ask me why) and despite me giving them our bank account numbers, for some reasons the transfers were always cancelled. Then one hotel person promised a Western Union transfer, which never happened and then ultimately the hotel manager told us to stop wasting their time and go away. Booking.com customer service also confirmed that they can't do anything. So I don't know why we were led on and I don't know why we were promised a refund.
- Tom (8/5): I will definitly come back here - Really friendly owner, super helpful and gave nice advices. Also, kuddos to the staff, really friendly too. Location is great, room were tidy, internet was working great for me (WiFi) and A/C too. Since I need to fill this in, I would say, that the neighborhood is quite lively. It can be a bit noisy, but I have a deep sleep, so did not bother me much.

- Jan (8/5): Hospitable stay in a cute, cozy hotel - The staff of this hotel is one of the friendliest and nicest I have ever had in any stay. They are extremely helpful, and solving any issues or problems you might have, immediately. They arranged us a taxi & transport whenever we needed. They immediately provided what we asked for and constantly checked if we were comfortable and happy. We were very pleased with their kindness and hospitality. The location of the hotel is also very central in Beşiktaş. The decorations are nice and cute. The room we slept was very quiet & comfortable. But I think the rooms in the main street side are a bit noisy. Our guests didn’t have a problem with that, but if you are sensitive to noise, it might be a bit difficult to sleep in the rooms on the main street side, so I would recommend you the rooms at the back side.

- Amy (10/5): Exceptional - We got married in beşiktaş and were looking for a clean and central place to rest our heads for a few hours. This is central beşiktaş and the location is great. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The place is spotlessly clean and is cosy with just a few rooms, it has a nice vibe. Everything is close, bars, cafes, the ferrys, shops, but it is up a little side street so has a peaceful feeling. I would highly recommend.
