When I emailed the staff about it noone answered, even though they’d sent me a message on booking saying hope we enjoyed our stay. Also closing and opening two doors wasn’t very convenient.

• Karolina (8/5): Było super, choć pogoda zmienna w Atenach - 3 dni pobytu i codziennie inna 😉 - Apartament czysty, w pełni wyposażony. Obsługa miła, pomocna. Super lokalizacja - w samym sercu Plaki i wszędzie blisko. W większości apartamentów, kawa, herbata i cukier są dostępne. Warto dołożyć takie saszetki.

• Ružena Keratová (8/5): Ubytovanie v tichej lokalite v centre - Ubytovanie v centre 10 minút pešo od Akropoly, všade sa dostanete pohodlne pešo, napriek tomu celkom tichá lokalita. Jediný problém sme mali s muchami, asi sa práve prebudzali po zime. Neotravovali, len chceli von.

• Katarzyna (7/5): - Bliskość do najważniejszych zabytków. Duża ilość łóżek. Jak padało, to w łazience przeciekał sufit w jednym miejscu. Nie można dogrzać pokojów klimatyzacją, bo przy suficie nie są przedzielone ścianą.
• Doumit (9/5): Doporučil bych pokud dojde k vylepšení nedostatků, které jsem zmínil. - Lokalita je perfektní , kousek od Akropolis a všude kolem se nacházejí velice pěkné restaurace. Doporučil bych restauraci IONOS Potraviny jsou také blízko o dvě ulice. Zařízení ubytování se rozpadalo. gauč je rozbitý. Pračka pere dlouho a zbytečně. Teplou vodu musíte pustit bojler a čekat v dnešní době v Evropě. Žehlička je špinavá a zničila prádlo. Žehlící prkno nemá potah .Okenice bouchají a dělají hluk, budili nás v noci. Motorky jezdí často v ulici a k tomu hned vedle je buď diskotéka nebo zábavní centrum, kde hudba řvala do 2h do rána.

• Juan (10/5): - Todo...limpio, holgado, moderno... buena conectividad para llegar desde aeropuerto al metro y luego al alojamiento en menos de diez minutos caminando... es impresionante el entorno cercano... está literalmente TODO cerca... Acrópolis, Estadio, Templo de Zeus...etc... lo mas grandioso es que Plaka está interconectada con todo y es un lugar vibrante y hermoso con sus restaurantes, las luces, las piedras lisas de sus calles...etc... en fin... no nos queríamos venir. Agradezco toda la gestión oportuna de parte del anfitrión y todo el proceso es 100%confiable y acompañado en todo momento...gracias!!!! Saludos desde Chile!!! Todo perfecto
• Anna (7/5): - Great place, in the heart of Plaka, close to Akropol and Acropol metro station. Good contact with helpful staff. Very clean. But ... it is a room in the basement, right entering the street, so you must keep the window and the door closed. After it is closed all day, becomes a bit dump and smelly, but with very good heating on, and keeping the door open for a while, it is fine. The oner was helpful, but when we had some questions about the washing mashine which did not want to stop or about a possibility of leaving luggage after check out - we had to wait long for answers, WhatsApp did not connect woth him etc.

Manquait de quoi faire la vaisselle, pas d'éponge ni torchons.

• Mohammad (9/5): Amazing place - Amazing Location, at the heart of Plaka, close to the market, close to all sorts of restaurants and coffee shops. 10 minutes walk to Accropolis, 10 mins walk to National Garden, then 5 mins from there to Olympic Stadium, 10 mins walk to Monastiraki, 20 mins walk to Legabitus hill and so on. We only got a cab from airport and then a train to airport, other than that only walked. Property is nice, clean and overall OK. Toilet was quite cold but it was OK overall.

• Kit (4/5): - Super beliggenhed Køkkenredskaber ikke brugbare. Tefal belægningen var skallet af toaster, gryde og pande. Skærebræt meget skåret og beskidt i rillerne. Lejligheden var iskold, da vi kom. Det tog mange timer at opvarme den. Det regnede ned gennem taget på badeværelset i køkkenet og gennem døren til det lille værelse. En af skodderne foran vinduet kunne ikke åbne, så lyset kunne ikke komme ind. Derudover var et godt lag støv på lamperne. Dørhåndtaget til det ene værelse faldt af, da vi forsøgte at lukke døren. Vi har skrevet tilbage til mailadressen som stod angivet, men ingen reaktion fra dem.

Las jaboneras del baño estaban llenas con agua. A la cafetera le faltaba la jarra. La entrada es un poco empinada y escalones altos. El resto bien.

• Susan (7/5): Curate's Egg - The location is amazing and we had a fantastic holiday. The top floor accommodation was a good size. Sadly, the decor of the apartment and the facilities were poor. No mattress protector. Curtains falling off the rail. Hanging window shutter. Frozen solid freezer. 1 wine glass for occupancy of a potential of 5 people. 5 coat hangers Insufficient toilet roll, toiletries. Cigarette butt on floor on arrival. No washing up liquid or toilet cleaner. No dish cloth. The shower head is blocked and does not function as it should. The lounge area is bleak and uncomfortable. IF this apartment was upgraded and adequately equipped...the rental could be doubled.
• Gregory (9/5): Great unit close to everything with excellent restaurants close by. - The unit is in a great place close to a number of excellent restaurants and within walkig distance of the acropolis and other attractions. We initially had some trouble getting the key code due mainly to our inability to use our phone when we arrived in Greece.
• João (9/5): - The apartament is quite big and it is in a perfect location in one of the best neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants, even though extremely quiet. The exception was on the saturday when one of the restaurants had a dj with music until midnight/1am. The bed in very confortable and the apartment was not too hot or too cold, and even if it was the case it has air conditioner and was functioning (I stayed in october 2025). I didn't take photos of the apartament but it is exactly as advertised When I return to Athens I will try to stay here again 😊 The fridge made a bit noise since the it is an open space but it didn't kept me for sleeping and I am bit sensible.

Tuvimos que estar pir el centro de Atenas cargando con las maletas y las mochilas hasta ir al aeropuerto. Le escribi el dia antes a los propietarios pidiendo poder retrasar la salida o dejar en algun lugar nuestro equipaje y ni me contestaron. Nos quedamos con un mal sabor de boca en nuestro ultimo dia😒

• Giuseppe (9/5): Ottima accoglienza ai piedi dell'Acropoli - Posizione ottima, praticamente ai piedi dell'Acropoli e il quartiere Plaka molto carino, ricco di attività e vicinissimo al parco nazionale, al parlamento ed alle fermate della metro con il quale raggiungere l'aeroporto. Appartamento enorme e con tutto l'essenziale per un soggiorno piacevole nella capitale greca. Non abbiamo trovato nulla che non ci sia piaciuto o che non sia stato all'altezza delle aspettative riscontrante durante la ricerca dell'alloggio prima di partire rendendo il nostro soggiorno un piacevolissimo ricordo.

There was no personal contact with the staff, the room was not cleaned daily and we were not expecting our room to be in the basement. It had a certain smell to the place.

• Núria (9/5): Fantastic location! - The location is fabulous: you can walk to all of the main tourist attractions from there. The bed and the sofa bed were big, enough for a family of 4. The double bed was creaking a little bit, but that's it!
• Amina (9/5): Superb - The location is the best! Apartment is pretty spacious and well equipped with everything. Only minor details like kitchen paper, extra package for rubbish, slippers and toothpaste can be added. We really enjoyed our stay :) Only 3 very small shower gels were provided which is really few for 3 people for 3 days. Also, there was not any liquid soap which is a must. I think the rubbish in the bathroom was not taken out as there were toilet papers inside. There was a red stain on one of the sofa’s cover. I think, the cleaning can be improved.

• Chris (9/5): Great location - Location is perfect, in Plaka but off the main street to be quiet, but coffee, restaurants a block away and supermarket only a few blocks.away. Having our own kitchen was one reason we chose this place. We were happily surprised to have access to a washing machine and ironing board. The bed was comfortable and the apartment quiet We saw dead cockroaches in the entranceway and behind the washing machine. No live ones, they're just bugs, but got us weary of leaving any food out. You have to manually turn in the hot water 1/2h before taking showers or doing dishes, that's a bit of an inconvenience.

A fabulous part of Plaka, quiet and perfect to rest, but so easy to get anywhere in the inner city. Everywhere was 10 minutes walk, the metro, the Acropolis, Plaza and its winding streets, the Botanical gardens. Around the block from the apartment was a lovely square of excellent restaurants and a further 100m away a very convenient and well stocked grocery store. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine and filter coffee). Breakfast sat at the balcony was wonderful! The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The clear instructions for the hot water system ensured hot showers all round. At a push; maybe a second pillow! We were really happy with the apartment and its location.

• Katherine (1/5): Terrible Landlord Special - Great location but that's about it.. Absolutely terrible suite, bed was very uncomfortable and you can feel the springs any which way you move. The basement unit, which wasn't listed as such, had a bug infestation, including over a dozen moths and cockroaches. There were marks left on the ceiling from previous moths killed. The bath was moldy as was the shower curtain from not being cleaned, and the towel hanger was broken. The hand soap was diluted water that didn't lather.
• Jo (10/5): Fantastic location, excellent apartment, highly recommend - The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. The little balcony is such a haven. Beds are comfortable and it’s very quiet a night. Absolutely fantastic location with bars and restaurants literally 30 seconds walk away. We would definitely stay again. It’s very picky but the towels are a little thin. Some new ones would be appreciated.
