• Gip57 (9/5): Excellent séjour dans une ville acceuillante et chaleureuse, tout comme les Porte di Partenope. - L'emplacement est idéal, dans la vielle ville proche des quartiers les plus intéressants et de lieux incontournables (Duomo, Musée Archéologique, Spaccanapoli, Rione Sanità,…), de dizaines de restaurants. Très bien desservi par des lignes de Métro et de bus. Les chambres sont très propres et confortables et les jeunes responsables sont accueillants et au taquet. Le prix est très raisonnable pour les standards locaux. C'est une adresse que je recommande volontiers. Rien de particulier à signaler.

Cei de la receptie niste oameni foarte draguti, ne-au ajutat cu informatii si chiar cu un taxi sigur si la un pret normal ( 20 euro) pana la aeroport dimineata devreme( trafic redus). In jurul cladirii...totul este Napoli style:)

Etre trop souvent obligé de communiquer par WhatsApp, et comme dans la plupart des sites, aucune communication en français !

• Stephan (6/5): Gutes Zimmer, fehlerhafte Beschreibung - Das Zimmer an sich ist gut, sauber, für die Innenstadtlage auch relativ ruhig. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Beschreibung der gebuchten Wohnung wich bei unserer Buchung in zahlreichen Punkten von der Wirklichkeit ab. Bei Ausstattung wird explizit mehrfach eine „eigene Küche” angegeben (mit Kühlschrank, Küchenzeile, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herdplatte, Kaffeemaschine u.a.) Eine solche ist in der Wohnung selbst nicht vorhanden, es gibt lediglich eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Auch andere Angaben stimmen nicht. Angegeben sind extralange Betten über 2 Meter. Die Betten sind unter 2 Meter. Geärgert hat uns die Reaktion des Vermieters auf unsere Beschwerde über Booking, der jegliche Abweichung bestritten hat. Wifi ist nicht besonders stabil. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug.
• María Dolores (3/5): Mejor, buscad otro alojamiento. No se corresponde con lo que ofertan. - La cama, bastante cómoda. Lo único bueno del “hotel”. Pedimos una triple para no compartir cama mi hija y yo. Nos dieron una doble, primera protesta que les dio igual. El frío, una heladera. El suelo es de baldosa y no funcionaba el aire caliente; hay que decir que llegamos pasadas las 12 de la noche, con lo q os podéis imaginar la noche “calentita” que pasamos. He llamado a Booking para q intentaran llegar a un acuerdo con el alojamiento y no fue posible, ya que para ellos, todo estaba perfecto. En la reseña de Booking, dicen que tienen vistas; si, a un lugar que mejor no menciono. No llegan los taxis hasta la puerta y si venís por la noche, aseguraos de que os deje cerca ya que es muy complicado llegar con maletas; es un segundo piso, sin ascensor lo q tampoco aparece en la reseña del alojamiento.

Inmejorable en cuanto instalaciones físicas. 2. La cercanía al centro histórico espectacular. Fuimos y vinimos varias veces al día de lo cerca y fácil de llegar...caminamos solo 4 minutos y es genial. Un par de tiendas hindúes cerca te solucionan las compras para el dia... 1. No nos gustó que para una estancia de 10 días, debieron estar más atentos al cambio de sábanas y toallas... Además sugerimos que tengan a la mano recomendaciones claves para quienes vamos de afuera sin idioma ni conocimiento, poder brindar datos como taxi a aerop, lavanderías, farmacias, para una urgencia... Etc Afinan esos pequeños detalles y será genial !!

• Nikos (9/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καλό. Πολύ καλό σε μέγεθος. Όλα τα βασικά στην κουζίνα. Υπάρχει και μια κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα όπου υπάρχει μηχανή για εσπρέσο και φρυγανιέρα. Τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται στον 2⁰ όροφο αλλά δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ. Έτσι πρέπει να ανέβεις 61 σκαλοπάτια. Επίσης το κτίριο βρίσκεται μέσα στην παλιά πόλη. Στα 5 με 10 λεπτά βρίσκονται πολλά απο τα αξιοθέατα. Εχα μία άσχημη εμπειρία μόλις 30 μέτρα απο το διαμέρισμα στα στενά της παλιάς πόλης και όχι πολύ αργά αλλά περίπου 10 και τέταρτο το βράδυ. Δύο άτομα που επέβαιναν σε σκουτερ προσπάθησαν να μου κλέψουν το τσαντάκι μου. Δεν τα κατάφεραν αλλά με έριξαν κάτω, χωρίς ευτυχώς να κτυπήσω.

• Francesca (8/5): - Posizione ottima, la struttura è vicina alle principali attrazioni del centro storico, che distano 5/10 minuti a piedi. I letti sono molto comodi e la pulizia impeccabile! Menzione d'onore per il bagno, con una doccia grande e comoda. Forse la camera da 3 persone potrebbe essere un po' più spaziosa, ma si riesce comunque a stare bene. Gli host sono molto disponibili e sempre reperibili, inviano tutti i dettagli tramite whatsapp e poi si può fare tutto in autonomia. Molto soddisfatta!

Destacar la posibilidad de dejar maletas de forma gratuita. La habitación era un pelín fría (yo fui en el mes de noviembre) y tarda un poco en calentarse. Pero pasado un rato con el aire caliente ya de esta bien.

Confusion about access because the excellent video guide showed different codes to what we were given in the text and we opened the wrong box for our key. To be fair, if I’d just ignored the video it would have been OK.

Consiglio di modificare il soffione grande della doccia, quello presente nella stanza non era molto funzionale. • ANNA-MARIA (10/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή - Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, καθαρό, απόλυτα λειτουργικό. Τα παιδιά μας άφησαν να μπούμε και νωρίτερα από το προβλεπόμενο τσεν-ιν, αφού το δωμάτιο ήταν ήδη έτοιμο από πιο νωρίς. Οι πληροφορίες που μας έδωσε η Άννα ήταν πολύ χρήσιμες καθώς και οι συστάσεις για εστιατόρια. Ήταν κοντά σε δύο στάσεις του μετρό Cavour και Museo μέσα στο ιστορικό κέντρο και κινούμασταν σχεδόν παντού με τα πόδια. Συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα την διαμονή εδώ! Μόνο ο καναπες-κρεβατι ήταν λίγο άβολος αλλά όλα τα υπόλοιπα εξαιρετικά.

• Adnana (7/5): Good - It is close to metro stations and it was overall clean. The price was ok. It also has a large kitchen that you can use. The shower hose was broken and there were no toiletries nor slippers (even though they are mentioned in the description). because there was no one at the frontdesk, I left a note on the desk. After 2 days, we found shower gel in the bathroom, but the shower hose was still leaking.

• Elena (9/5): Super comfy and clean stay. - The size of this room was so big and the bed was super comfy! Very clean, with many amenities for breakfast. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to save on meals. The area is super safe, as well as entering and leaving the building. Maybe next time to have more soap, toilet paper. There was noone to ask and we bought our own. Nothing that couldn't be solved :)
