Dommage que la langue française ne soit du tout pas parlée. Le MÉNAGE ! sur 5 nuitées, UN seul passage pour le ménage et seulement pour vider la corbeille et changer les serviettes ! pas de lit refait ni salle de bain nettoyée !

• The Moyle (9/5): Perfect bridge stay before cruise departure! - The property was easy to access from the Miami airport. It also was conveniently located next to multiple food facilities for quick meals. The complementary breakfast was impressive with a large selection as well as awesome views. There were a few rogue hairs in the shower that were not ours and the rooms look a bit dated/worn.

• Marilyn (7/5): The visit was fine but it could have been better. - The breakfast dining area was always kept kept clean and organized. The food was delicious and fresh. The room felt damp and we kept adjusting the temperature with the attempt to remove the dampness.
• Pamela (1/5): It never happened. After disregarding me as a customer I surely was not going to do business with t - I did not actually stay there due to the shuttle not showing. They're 1.1 miles from airport i was in the designated waiting area, u called the hotel 5x, was told the shuttle was in ots way each time. After 1.5 hours, I got a taxi to hotel and had a rental vehicle delivered to the hotel parking lot. I then secured an AIr BNB and drove (myself) into the sunset. I would not recommend this hotel to any travelers $$$ Not right out lied to me 1x, not 2x but 5x. I paid $55 in cab fare and wasted an hour + 45 minutes waiting on a shuttle that, once I got to the hotel, was parked with no driver present.

We waited at the lobby for about 30 minutes, and when we asked when it would arrive, the receptionist told us it would be another 30 minutes. We had to order a taxi from hotel to the airport to not to miss our flight.

Aucun effort pour que des non-anglophones comprennent ce qu'il dit. Heureusement ses collègues ont été plus agréables, corrects et compréhensifs. Impossible d'éteindre la climatisation, trop forte dans la chambre. Nous avons dormi couvert de deux couettes + pulls à capuche. Il faisait trop froid ! Une demande a été faite à la réception mais le problème n'a pas été résolu.

I just loved watching the planes land and take off. I would have loved to use the swimming pool, just not enough time this trip. I will keep you in mind on our next trip. I did feel the cost to pack as a guest was a bit much. Plus the shuttle and breakfast we could not use due to our flight being so early. Disappointing! There are a few restaurants and other businesses walking distance which was nice. The website isn't very clear about the shuttles, I had to take it in a different place to where it said. The size and look of the room is nothing like what it appeared to be in the pictures and the price was ridiculously high for what it was. But the room was comfortable, a bit noisy (Both the A/c and the outside were a bit louder than expected).

• julian (9/5): Estancia confortable, limpio y ordenado. Desayuno bastante aburridor para amas de 3 dias de aloja... - La ubicación es ideal, queda cerca a todo en MIAMI. Excelentes vistas y habitaciones muy limpias. Buenas instalaciones en general. Los baños limpios. El costo del parking no esta incluido y es de $18.00 USD x noche. Lo cual es bastante absurdo por el precio del hotel. El desayuno es aburrido para quedarse mas de 2 dias no varian la comida solo el estilo del Huevo. Por lo cual no vale la pena pagar desayuno. Mejor comer a los alrededores para mas de 3 dias.

WLAN funktioniert gut. Zimmer sin recht geräumig und modern. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Es gibt einen ATM im Hotel. In der Nähe sind kleine Restaurants. Man fühlt sich nach einem langen Flug sehr wohl. Die Zimmer sind zwar schallgedämmt. Man hört aber doch die Flugzeuge und den Highway. Wer da empfindlich ist, den könnte es stören.

• Serge (5/5): Minimal comfort for maximal price - It is close by the airport. However, walking in between is impossible. We depend on a free shuttle which operates every half hour. For the price, comfort is really minimal. The equipment is old. There is a bed, a desk and a chair. Breakfast is served in throwaway dishes. Buffet is ok but far from what we can expect for this price. The free wifi is conditioned to you becoming a member and leaving away your data.
• Ross (8/5): - Comments are about the airport shuttle. We waited over 1 1/2 Hours for the shuttle. Hotel was contacted and they said it should be there shortly. After 45 minutes still no shuttle. Had to take a taxi which costed us $50 US. which the hotel refused to pay. Just said sorry next time it should be better. So much for the free shuttle.
