Su ısıtıcısı, temel tabak, bardak gibi servis eşyaları da var.Kahve ve çay eksildikçe yeniliyorlar.Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.Bir dahaki gelişimizde yine burada kalmak isteyeceğiz.

• Lena (8/5): - Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes, schön eingerichtetes und okay großes Zimmer. Die Lage ist hervorragend, was auch der ausschlaggebende Grund für die Buchung des Hotels war. Leider wurden wir jedoch vom Putzpersonal geweckt, was sehr unnötig war, da wir noch über einenhalb Stunden Zeit hatten, um das Hotelzimmer zu verlassen. Da wir nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht haben und erst spät im Bett waren, hat dies den Aufenthalt getrübt und uns verärgert.
• Serpil (10/5): Tekrar tercih edebilceğim bir oteldi - Otelin konumu çok merkeziydi her yere yürüyerek kolayca gidebildik . Metroya ulaşım da çok kolaydı. Oda geniş ve yüksek tavanlı ferah bir odaydı. Büyüklüğü yeterliydi . Yorumlarda ana caddeden ses geldiğini vs okumuştum ancak ben böyle bir durum yaşamadım. Odalarda terlik ve el sabunu yoktu. Onun haricinde şampuan , vücut losyonu mevcuttu sadece negatif olarak bunu söyleyebilirim. Odada mini buz dolabı , kahve makinası ve kettle mevcuttu. Klima çalışıyordu bir sorun vs yaşamadık. Odalara şifreli giriş olduğu için biraz endişelenmiştim ancak sistem çok kolaydı herhangi bir problem yaşamadım.

• Erik (10/5): - Great experience, I’ve tried other hotels in Vienna but this one was by far the best of them all! Really good location and room that is clean and has a good AC system. The location is super central ans you can basically walk to any of the major tourist destinations within 10-15 minutes. The price is also very good in my experience, even for a relatively broke student. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Restauranter, barer samt butikker lå i kort gåafstend, og transportmidler ca 5-8 min gang herfra. Værelset var ikke noget specielt, men med en elkedel samt køleskab og en stor Sparbutik næsten lige ved siden af gjorde det let med hurtig morgenmad. Ca 24 timer inden indtjekning modtog jeg en dørkode, og systemet med selvbetjening fungerede fint. Jeg kunne godt finde på at bo her igen.

• Myeongsin (8/5): 나름 저렴하고 깨끗함 - 셀프체크인을 하면 메일로 PIN넘버를 보내줍니다. 그걸로 건물 출입구와 층별 입구, 방 비밀번호로 사용할 수 있습니다. 방에 들어가기까지 총 3번 비밀번호를 입력해야하고, 4개의 문을 열고 가야합니다. 시내 가운데에 있어서 이동은 간편합니다. 셀프사용이라 서비스랄 것은 없지만 웰컴 쿠키를 줍니다. 새벽 4시에 전기가 나가서 전화했는데 받아서 문제해결을 해주려 노력했어요. 방 바꿔준다길래 그럼 하루 일과를 망칠 것 같애서 아침 7시에 전기 올려줄 때까지 기다렸습니다. 방 조명이 1개뿐이라 무척 어두워요. 비엔나는 숙소가 비싸서 엘리베이터 있고, 방에 화장실이 딸려있고 깨끗한 것으로 만족했습니다!
• Amy (8/5): - This was the most spacious room we had in all of our travels around Europe. It is centrally located, beautiful, and clean. Since this is a self-checkin property, it isn’t immediately obvious where the entry is and the number of doors to go through to get to the apartment is ‘unique’ but that all added to the charm.

• Victor (10/5): - Loved the room and location. Clean, has a safty box, confortable, could make tea and coffee in the room. Easy check in. Did not like that the room was not completely dark at night, and you could hear the cars and people in the street, but it was not very disturbing for us.
• James (10/5): - The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, with a nice view to enjoy. The bathroom was fantastic, featuring great water pressure and consistent temperature. The in-room refrigerator was super handy. While some might find the multiple locks inconvenient, I appreciated the extra sense of security they provided. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be coming back!
• Dominic (8/5): - Excellent central location, though a bit hard to find on arrival due to the lack of obvious signage. Nice, clean room. The app/autolock system gets rather tedious, using your phone or codes to open three separate doors every time you’re coming or going. My room, 201, was quite hot and I was unable to keep it cool. I reported it and a lady came to see if anything could be done, but the heat seemed to be coming up through the floor and wasn’t able to be controlled. The only option was to leave the window open, which made the room unbearably noisy for sleeping due to street noise. Not great - I didn’t sleep well either of my two nights. The lady was polite and apologetic, but I wouldn’t stay here again due to this factor alone.

One drawback is the keyless system, and I would recommend making sure you have the correct code for your room (as there are 3 codes to get to the room) - I was locked out my room for about 30 minutes but the staff were able to help. Overall a great stay in Vienna and I would gladly return!

The location was perfect as it was close to major sites and transportation - with excellent choices for dining nearby. • Ramy (4/5): Good but can be better - Pros: 1- Clean room 2- Great location 3- Easy check-in (self) Cons: 1- Over priced (paid ~150 USD for 1 night) with regard to the room being very small. 2- No amenities in the room (no extra pillows, requested a child crib but found nothing in the room upon arrival, no iron). 3- No front desk and no place to breath other than your room. Book this hotel if you are NOT a family and ONLY if you are using the room just to sleep.

• Ann (8/5): - There is no staff, the question about the staff and service makes no sense. Wish there was an option to leave luggage for a few hours.

The service was all done through an app, but even then they got things wrong like so not disturb.. numerous times people access the room without permission. Bathroom was still dirty, had hairs from other guest on the tiles. In a central location not too far from all the sites.

Beware if you have not received your entry code which should have arrived 24 hours before check-in - contact the hotel and they will send a form which has to be completed before they will give you the code. They also knock on your door at 11 am on the day of departure and your door code no longer works.
• Rachael (8/5): Nice in everything but the room size! - The inside of the hotel was beautiful, everything was clean, and it was easy to get help. The location is great--a 5 minute walk to Old Town. The only issue was that the room was very, very small for three people. It felt like we were on top of each other. I could not tell from the online photo that is was so small. But otherwise, it was great.

A great supermarket next door and easy access to old Vienna. The #2 airport bus is about a block away running every 30 minutes with plenty of luggage racks. Overall, a great choice!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good stay; room’s ventilation needs revisiting! - Room was clean and big for a solo traveler! However, the room is hot like summer so need to “strategically” open the window. Open too wide and you’ll get too cold; open slightly and it has no impact (still the room is boiling). Another weird thing as well was the code sent was not working. Good thing there was someone from the management helped me to fix it. Overall, it was still good as the location is really near to the area I want to see

But the room was very hot even with radiator off and windows open all day in december. Too much traffic noise to have them fully open at night but we had to leave them open.
