Adeel (6/5): Pleasant - Clean, good location Heating worked (once we texted the landlord) but couldn’t have a shower during our stay as it was too cold. Owner didn’t respond.
Hayley (6/5): Not luxury - The area has everything you could need including a beautiful green space & park. However, the property is not luxury. When we arrived there was building work still happening, the apartment was not the one advertised, there was no oven as stated, the bathroom was so small I couldn't even turn around in it and there was a foul smell, like a blocked drain smell, in the bathroom. The bed was awful, the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on. The apartment was narrow, no decent views from the window as we were down on the bottom floor. Good points: fairly clean, an attempt has been made to make guests feel comfortable: coffee, shampoo, towels provided, decent size TV, iron, microwave. If it was advertised as a standard, basic room then there wouldn't be an issue for me. But describing it as a fabulous luxury apartment is misleading. Overall we did enjoy our stay. I wish we got the room pictured and advertised & I wish some had informed us that there would ongoing building work, when we returned on the Saturday there had been carpet laid and all the all cuts were chucked by our flat door. I can see what the owner is trying to do, but right now the flat isn't quite there. It will absolutely met your basic needs but don't expect luxury.
Kegsy (10/5): Perfect and fit for purpose! - This is in a great location and great property. I was going to a music event nearby and found it was clean, neat and tidy. I had a very comfortable stay. I have no complaints regarding my stay.
Jack (7/5): Once there great small apartment, good value for money - Easy to get in, clean apartment, quite modern. It is like the size of a hotel room but has a kitchen area and seating area which all you can really expect. Host was difficult to get in touch with and get information out of. Only received information the day before and would've liked to get it a bit earlier, or for him to confirm when he will give it so there is no worry.
