• Maria (8/5): Love it - Venue depuis la France pour célébrer mon anniversaire, j’ai été ravie de mon séjour dans cet établissement. L’endroit est calme, propre et parfaitement sécurisé. Tout le nécessaire était à disposition : Wi-Fi, équipements complets et télévision. Je recommande vivement ! le propriétaire peut mettre un peu de temps à répondre aux messages, mais il reste tout de même courtois et disponible.
• Suzanne (6/5): Nice views, spacious apartment, close to transportation - Nice views, spacious, close to bus stops and a small grocery store. Basics in kitchen. Host was relatively responsive. This is a nice apartment that would be really great with a few improvements to furniture to make it more comfortable, better maintenance and cleaning, and a few more supplies in the kitchen. Both beds are older and overly soft. Sofa is soft and sinks in the middle. There was no soap in either bathroom. We had to buy some. I would have appreciated more than 1 extra roll of TP since we were there four days. There is no coffee maker, only instant coffee, which no decent coffee drinker would like. I bought a French press and left it for the next guest, with some coffee. There were no dish towels to dry dishes. We bought paper towels. Host was slow to respond to these issues so we had to address them ourselves. The kitchen needed better cleaning; counter and table had film of dust/grease on it. It was hot so we had to leave windows open at night since there is no AC, so it was overly light and noisy. In fairness, the host did not say there was AC, but the instructions about adjusting the temperature led me to think there was. It was also an unsual heat wave, and hotter than normal for London.

• Tanya (8/5): Great, comfortable stay - Really nice, warm apartment. Was nice and clean on arrival which is important for us and communication was perfect. Only thing I could suggest is tea and sugar for those staying but great stay regardless.
• Rapar (7/5): Good - I enjoyed the location, the apartment was comfortable, there was enough space, and the parking was free. The cleanliness was not very good, there was limited equipment in the kitchen and no budy wash and shampo in the washrooms.
• Jenny (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean apartment. We had no problems with it. Nothing everything was perfect. Could do with a toaster! Apart from that, nothing.
• Frank (5/5): Modern apartment in a relatively new building. 2 bathrooms. - WIFI was good ; space in apartment, apartment was in a good condition and clean, free parking at the street next to our apartment. kitchen was limited equipped. There was very limited cutlery and crockery for 4 people. There was no toaster. We had to pick up the key 500m away (key box) and the key was slightly bent so we couldn't get it out of the lock of our apartment door. One hour later we got a new key. We only had 3 chairs and we were 4 people. The landlord wanted to get replacements, which he didn't manage to do within 4 days. no balcony furniture.

• Ondřej (8/5): Very good - Amazing night skyline lookouts from the living room. Modern nice apartment in relatively new luxury building. Nice 2 bathrooms. The double beds are too narow, especially for 2 non-coupled persons they are not sufficient...

• Katrina (10/5): Peaceful and safe - The apartment was clean and building felt secure. We were at a festival which was at the 02 arena. Getting uber in was fab just coming home from arena was not so great but again no reflection on property as it was a busy time No complaints as had everything that was needed. Probably a couple of extra towels as only given 1 each but this is not a criticism.

• Joanna (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very nice and clean. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, big livingroom and kitchen - very nice for a group of 4 people. The view on a modern district also very nice. there were few small things maybe to improve for future guests: 1. We had to wait for the host to give us the keys, so the box for keys would be a good idea for future 2. The towels were quite small and only 1 per person - so either you take a shower or you wash your hair 3. No paper towels in the kitchen, no other towel 4. Although we new where the flat is located, it was 1 hour by bus to e.g. Liverpool Station. Metro was located to far, than the bus stop.

• Zhelyazkova (10/5): Lyubina from Bulgaria - Modern and clean appartment in a new building. Very nice view from the terrace. I like the beautiful French windows. Very good equipped. The only remark is that there is no napkins and hand towels.
• Dzr_dk (6/5): Great apartment, but hosting and cleaning could easily be improved. - The apartment is large and spacious, with a nice wiew of the neighbourhood. Local supermarkets and bus stops are not far away. A good nights sleep is no problem as there is absolutely no noise at night time. Although we had agreed on a check-in time, we ended up waiting more than 2 hours for the keys to be handed over. When we finally gained access to the apartment, towels were missing. This was rectified by the host quite quickly. A thorough set of information on the apartment was sent AFTER we got access to the apartment. It contained information that we needed prior to arrival.
• Jessica (5/5): Decent location and apartment, some things need improvement - Nice spacious apartment, good for 4 guests, full size fridge and kitchen facilities. In a good location if you are driving, balcony, close to the O2 Windows didn’t open more than an inch and it was hot so we were quite uncomfortable. We had been in London since 6am after landing at Heathrow and we were exhausted, weren’t allowed to check in until 3pm so we had to have all our luggage with us around London, we explained to the host and asked for the earliest possible check in time but 3pm came and went, we were told we could go up at 3:30pm and we did but when the guy answered the door (unsure if he was the host or the cleaner) he told us to wait and closed the door on us because he wasn’t finished. when we got inside we found that there was still dried food on the counter, marks on the walls, what looked like mildew in the en-suite and old food and dirt between the couch cushions, along with a broken coffee table. Tried to wash some clothes and the washer door is cracked, put it on extra rinse and was still left with clothes full of soap and marks. The toilet in the main bathroom wouldn’t stop running and could be heard across the apartment. There are also absolutely no parking facilities, you have to hope that there will be a space available on the road outside which there often isn’t, otherwise park on another road somewhere. The apartment was nice but we were let down in many ways for the amount we paid.

• Nyall (10/5): I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, beautiful apartment would definitely stay again. - Very spacious, beds were comfy, shower in both bathrooms were great, balcony and big windows in the living room are nice. Excellent value for money apartment. Quiet area as well, felt safe Only thing would be location it’s not the closest to the supermarket, or tube station, but not too far away from them though! Bus stop is close which takes you to the tube station in 5 minutes. Small shop around the corner though which was handy. Tesco 10-15 min walk away so not too bad.
