Номера очень маленькие и "уставшие", некомфортные в плане компоновки: к шкафу и тумбочкам не подобраться, туалет, душ, раковина это по сути один и тот же квадратный метр. Сантехника протекает. На короткую остановку - ок. Если только ночевать

Le personnel de l'accueil est agréable et très serviable, à titre d'exemple ils nous ont gardé nos bagages toute la journée après le check-out. La chambre est agréable. Le petit déjeuner était bon. La rue extérieure est un peu bruyante surtout qu'il y avait des travaux de nuit (pas de manière continue mais par intermittence) mais c'est un peu partout pareil à Hanoi.

Das Badezimmer ist schimmelig, es riecht nach Abfluss und das heiße Wasser reicht nicht für 2 Mal duschen. Die Terrasse kann nicht Terrasse genannt werden. Das Zimmer wurde nachträglich auf dem Dach gebaut. Man fühlt sich nicht sicher.

L'emplacement près du lac Hoam kien est idéal pour visiter Hanoï car central (vous pouvez presque tout faire à pied). Je recommande cet hôtel.

- Worrad (9/5): Comfortable - The beds were really comfortable and the room was nice and dark so we were able to sleep well. The air conditioning worked well.

Made tea while we waited for the rest of the family to arrive, give us a map n information of where to explore. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff were lovely n if u ever needed anything just ask 😊 Nothing was a great stay whole family felt at home and we were all very happy with our stay n the staff , even with raining and a-bit of flooding felt safe at the hotel

- Hayes (5/5): The staff were very friendly and helpful but the hotel was not comfortable - The location was great- 5 minute walk to the lake and great cafes/restaurants. The bathrooms were wet rooms and very slippy. No shelves or storage for toiletries so I couldnt unpack. The rooms would benefit from hooks on doors and some on the wall, and more hangers. The rooms and bathrooms were very tired. I was expecting more for a 4* rated property and I was disspaointed. Pictures attached.

- Armando (8/5): Good price, great location! - Perfectly located in a calmer area of in between the lake, the old quarter, and the French quarter. All must see places are located at 5/10 minutes walk distance. The receptionists are always available and very welcoming and willing to help and answer any question. It could work a bit more on the details. The room wasn’t super clean but okay. The bathroom is missing hand soap and the shower drain wasn’t working properly.

- Katerina (9/5): Funky & Classy stay! - I found the room absolutely charming, perfectly balancing funky, classy, and sophisticated touches in its interior design. Thoughtfully chosen furniture elevated the space in the best possible way, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location was central yet quiet, away from the bustle of the Old Quarter on the opposite side of the lake, while still being conveniently close to everything - from restaurants to all the city’s sights. The breakfast buffet, though compact, offered sufficient options, and the kind staff was always ready to enhance it with anything you felt was missing. The fresh fruits were especially delicious! Overall, I loved the style of this little hotel, with its colorful illustrations adorning the walls, adding a fun and playful touch. Strongly recommended!

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely return on my next visit!

I recon it was best hotel bed I ever had! Staff was friendly. Breakfast tasty and they even got me a quick snack before my early flight. One morning there was no electricity, for 1-2h.

The minibar has good prices on water and the hotel can book a luxurious taxi to the airport for barely any money at all. Will stay here again. The shower drain clogged easily, and the water from the shower quickly spread in the entire bathroom.

- Patricia (7/5): Just for the beds and the great sleep, I would still book here - Location was near enough to the center but far enough that it was not noisy The beds and pillows were so comfortable 🥰 The manager that would help us via WhatsApp was nice and helpful The man at the desk was not very friendly and did not speak English. We had to leave very early to catch a sleeper bus and he was asleep (got moody because we had to wake him up)

Quiet enough so you don’t have to worry about noise preventing you fr - Loved how it was close enough to old quarter and the lake, however it was on a quieter street. There were lifts up to the rooms, and the shower was semi separated by glass to prevent the toilet from being wet. I didn’t like how the shower was on the wrong side of the bathroom. You had to walk through the wet shower to get to the toilet. The fridge didn’t get cold enough and the water pressure was too light and would either be too hot or too cold.

- Carrick1636 (5/5): Not great - The staff were really friendly and the manager tried his best for us regarding the below issue. The hotel was in an excellent location. We gave them laundry to do which they advertised but when we got it back a lot of the items were ruined as they were dyed blue. They offered to wash them again to try and get the blue out of them but we had to leave the following morning. I'm unsure how much it would have helped anyway. The bathroom also had a horrible smell like sewage which would come into the room if the bathroom door was left open.

The location is excellent close to most attractions in the old quarter. Breakfast was a treat lovely fresh fruit as well as more traditional fair. A door or curtain on the wet room shower would be a good improvement.

Just a couple of ne - Location, friendly staff, comfortable beds The shower and toilet set up is a little annoying. You have to walk through the open shower to get to the toilet. Entire floor is then wet after a shower. No opportunity to leave your air con or fridge on while you are out, as you have to remove your card.
