- Anastasiia (10/5): - Very nice hotel apartments with a little kitchenette, super clean and overall great value for money. The location is not very foreigner friendly though, but was convenient for what we needed. There are a lot of local restaurants and cafes along with minimarts.

- Emily (10/5): Comfort in the Heart of Hanoi - We really enjoyed our stay at Granda Lake View Hotel and Apartments. The check in process was easy and our hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They had amenities like water and clean towels replaced daily. We enjoyed the view from our room and we were able to easily access food and shops nearby. It was about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the Old Quarter. We would highly recommend staying here!
- Richard (6/5): Its okay but not Ok. - The Hotel is too far from the Old quarter and no attractive spot to go. The communication is not good not good in English. But the room si big and very okay for a family.
- Marco (10/5): Great service - The housekeeping and laundry service was really great. The location is not good, if there is a need to get to the old city every day. But around the apartment, there are nice cafes and a WinMart. So, everything only a one or two minutes to go to buy a lot of food and enjoying a good cup of coffee For my demands, the apartment was perfect and showed a very good price for the service.

- Michael (6/5): It was a pleasant stay despite the occasional noise. - The intern who worked at the front desk had a nice disposition and communicated via Google Translate with me. I appreciated that the apartment was clean. The WiFi worked well. There were laundry machines on the 6th floor (but I didn't end up using them because I was there for a short stay). There was a cleaning service. The bed was comfortable. The seats were comfortable. If this business would like to market themselves as a hotel, they should provide food services (at least breakfast) Otherwise, 'apartment' should be in the title alone. A hotel provides more services for their guests (meals, tourism/tour advice, gym etc.) - none of which were provided here. Also, to be more competitive in the tourism industry, staff should speak another language beyond their native language. The walls are thin. I heard all of my neighbor's bathroom activity, elevator activity and talking in the hallway.

Complete with utensils, cold AC, everything inside the room is functioning well.. We're satisfied about our experience in Granda Lake.. Thank you so much the only problem is, they don't have landline phone in their room connecting to the reception area. We still need to go down to 1st floor to talk to the receptionist for our concerns.. But above all everything is very nice..

- Phat (10/5): Exceptional - room was clean, tidy, smell good, they have free laundry when I stay, the lift is quick and almost empty. the staffs were nice and professional. the area is local, quiet, plenty of eatery, the view from my room is nice. it's a bit far from downtown, but close to many important business locations in Hanoi. The room maybe a bit hot, you should to close all the curtain at noon for the aircon to get cool. however, it's not really an issue.
- Bonyfaciy (9/5): Superb - The view on the lake is wonderful. No matters when: in the morning or in the evening. It’s beautiful. Bed is comfy. Bedside reading lamp is missing though. The internet connection was stable. Cleaning is daily, laundry is included. The way to decent cafes and coffee-shops takes 5-7 min walk. The service could be improved. Some people on the reception are very friendly, some - not at all. Also, please let the cleaning staff know that it’s highly important to knock before entering the room. Some of them didn’t. As there are no signs ‘please do not disturb’ in your hotel, please, respect the privacy of your guests. Anyway, thanks for your hospitality. Mostly it was a pleasant stay.
